Looks Description: Kiyomori is an averaged sized shinobi, no taller than a black bear, or so he likes to think. With his wavy right-spiraled hair, comes his light grey serious eyes. With such a serious expression of seriousness on his face, most of the times it is baffling to tell if he is telling a ‘joke’ or not. Despite his hatred towards his midnight colored hair, Takagawa also has enormously thick eyebrows. And sometimes, people seem to notice his freakishly long eyelashes, which makes Kiyo feel uncertain of himself and embarrassed. Located slightly below his ‘girly features’ is Kiyomori’s perfectly aligned nose. Not to big, skinny, or long, Kiyo was blessed with a beautiful nose. And even further below that is his medium sized mouth. Occasionally, Takagawa carries chapstick because his lips become dry easily. Lastly to complete his facil look, Kiyo has small pointy ears that he hides behind his hair. This is not on purpose, but only because his hair is monstrous, almost like a living thing.
Takagawa is physically active, and instead of poking his perfect nose into books continuously, he also likes to play sports. Playing sports is optional for Kiyo, and he does it when he has time, since he is always busy with something important. But even with such a busy schedule, Kiyomori tries to allocate time to do some sort of physical activity. Whether it be basketball, volleyball, football, etc. Through time and with serious dedication, Kiyo achieved a good set of biceps aend triceps, and even a st of abs. Not to mention, he has a good amount of strength located in his calves.
Kiyo wears appropriate wardrobe for wherever he plans to go. Most likely, other ninja would noticed Kiyomori in the official Kirigakure uniform, but he doesn’t like wearing it every single damn day. Thus, Takagawa likes wearing everyday clothing. Everyday clothing would be like shirts, shorts, flak jackets, or anything that suits his mood really. Sometimes, Kiyo may even wear accessories to go with his clothing but that is very seldom. For some days when Takagawa has a day off or chooses to relax, wearing a simply boxers is all he needs on to fully relax and enjoy the rest of his day.
Personality Description: Kiyomori isn’t the shy type, infact he likes to express himself wildly, but still remains serious about everything to a certain extent. For example, Kiyo likes having fun like hunting wild animals, but still remains conscious about the responsibilities he has as a high ranking shinobi. He can’t simply leave himself open in the wild and act like a complete fool of himself, when he maybe should be doing something more imperative. Takagawa is very nice to people, probably every single person, but he can become very mean when people do not follow his instructions correctly. This may only be caused by stress, or the irritation of idiocy from dumbfounded people.
Admittingly, Kiyomori loves to think of himself as a blessing, and thinks he is perfect in every single way as a shinobi. A cocky bastard is what some might call him, but in his point of view, Kiyo thinks of it as using ignorance to an advantage. Using depressing, misleading, or even dangerous information to hint to the target, and crush their spirit from the inside. Most of the tactics that Kiyomori uses in the battle field he got out of comic books though, so it’s all probably all a fluke. Takagawa loves to read and research about past generations, the successors who made history. Unlocking hidden secrets, deciphering hidden languages, and learning something new is always ecstatic to Kiyo.
Now, Kiyomori is like any other guy, and has the same disgusting characteristic that women seem to hate in men most of the time. Takagawa is slightly a pervert, and occasionally receives nose bleeds when encountering beautiful young women. Kiyo thinks of this pervertedness as a curse, and doesn’t like when he gets into this sexual state, but he can’t undo what has already been done so easily.
Lastly, Takagawa is always fake when it comes to his personality. It may seem unbelievable, because he seems like your normal shinobi, someone who is trustworthy, and a good friend. But sadly, he isn’t. There is always a dark deep side to a person that never goes away, but Kiyo is an expert at disguising this darkness. He doesn’t give out too much personal information, so people could never tell what his true intentions are. Kiyomori is literally, the blue shadow of the mist.

History:
- The Blue Shadow starts small..:
- Since birth, Kiyomori was nothing but a blessing. He was the savior, the small yet bright boy that had saved his village from the destruction of the fiery meteoroid. Sounds crazy as hell, right? But this tragic moment did take place, very long ago within a small village in Kirigakure no Sato. This small village wasn't very wealthy, and wasn't known for anything special, that is until Kiyo was born. The farmers that had camped in the village occasionally collected a small amount of golden chips weekly, but it was never enough to pay off the government. They were always so damn persistent, and demanded more out of the village, even though the village was near its end. This village was so poor, that it was named the 'Mazushī Chippu', which meant Poor Chip in translation. Many people were suffering in Mazushī Chippu, either dying from illness, not being able to properly feed families, or the citizens all lost hope all together. Many shinobi nations doubted Mazushī Chippu, and thought of it as an unnecessary village, and even threatened to shut it all down. Distraught by the unneeded violence, the people of Mazushī Chippu used what little they had and evacuated the area 132 kilometers west. It wasn't because they were scared, but only because they felt they would be responsible for a war, and the people of Mazushī Chippu didn't want to see blood shed for no good reason.
It wasn't as easy at it sounds, to suddenly move from one location 132 kilometers west. It was very fucking hard actually, and many people of the Mazushī Chippu died on the journey. Mainly because of the same illness that had killed off a majority of the citizens when they had lived in a civilized area, and even natural disasters. The Mazushī Chippu were very proud people, and used headbands made of cloth to represent themselves. Occasionally, the people made pit-stops to try to savage nearby cottages, in hopes of finding what little food and water they could gather. Though because the Mazushī Chippu were sloppy at being silent and off-the-radar, most of the cottages they targeted were ready to defend what was theirs, carrying fire arms and weaponry to harm anyone in their way. The adult citizens of the Mazushī Chippu cared more for the elderly and children than they did themselves, because they were the future generation that could turn everything up-side-down. Meaning, they could possibly create a better future for the Mazushī Chippu people, and spread acts of love throughout the shinobi world. Such a child of this future generation was Kiyomori Takagawa. Kiyomori was a newborn child, barely alive, but no quite dead. There weren't any beneficial resources to take care of a newborn baby at the time, so Takagawa was always sick. Believe it or not, he was the only baby. All the other children of the Mazushī Chippu village were around the ages of 5 and 7, and were reckless and dumb-asses as expected. Kiyomori was thought as a blessing, because at a such young age, he could grow up to be a responsible young man that could change the future.
Years had eventually passed, and Kiyomori the Successor, had grown up into a fine young man. He no longer traveled alongside the Mazushī Chippu, because he was taken away by a hostage family. Takagawa never even grew up to know his real parents, and instead was forced to take orders from impostors. These impostors had called themselves the Tugiki family. Every time someone would knock at the door, a ring tone would always come on saying 'Welcome to the Tugiki family Household' which was super irritating. What Kiyo didn't know, was that the Mazushī Chippu people that he once traveled with, all died out. He was the only survivor of the Poor Chip Village, and never knew it at all. Thus, this means that the Mazushī Chippu didn't properly educate Kiyo, but he educated himself instead. The Tugiki family worked him like a slave, but when he had spare time, Takagawa would take a moment to study something new before he was bossed around again. As it may seem, Kiyomori had a really messed up life style. He wasn't even aloud to have a certain amount of friends, or he would be burnt by a torch. A painful process it was, but Kiyomori dealt with the pain every single time. The Tugiki family weren't all that bad though, and Takagawa always remained respectful towards them. He was living with such a rich family, that they literally took showers in gold. They were also the ones to provide Kiyo shelter, food, and water. The food that he received daily was never enough to fill his appetite, a loaf of bread and a half filled glass of water, but Kiyomori learned to appreciate everything he received.
Kiyo had preparations for the rest of his life, because he didn't want to stay a chore-boy for eternity. The wind was blowing quite hard on this silent afternoon, and the suns' light slowly dimmed across the horizon. The birds forcefully tried to stay slightly aligned with the wind, slamming their small fragile bodies against it. All that Kiyomori had noticed was a faint shadow of a cat going further out into the forest. Even though it had almost been night time, the Tugiki family high class cottage lit up the area with flashing lights. It was like a parade and a party all together. The only problem was that distant neighbors always complained about the noise and lights when they were trying to get some shuteye. 'Ma, it's happening again.. the neighbors are causing a fit over the unnecessary raucous and lights.' he said calmly. Kiyo was so hesitant to tell his fake mother, Ma, about the neighbors fit because she never liked to put up with problems. 'These damn annoying motherfuckers, always wanting to get involved in my shit.. Kiyomori, get your lazy ass up and ward them off.' she would say with an angry tone. Maybe she wasn't angry, but just screaming since she was so far down in the cottage, but either way Takagawa did as he was told. Now at the age of 11, he used his big feet to wobble his way to the solid ground, where the angry mob of neighbors were gathering. Still weak from all the burning he received the previous week, Kiyo slowly raised his hand to suppress the pain. 'Please everyone, stop your arguing! The Tugiki family deeply apologizes for the unnecessary disturbances.' Kiyomori would yell with the little bit of voice he had within him, but due to exhaustion, Takagawa fell face first to the ground, and everything darkened around him.
It was the next morning that Kiyomori had recovered from his fatal illness from the other night. The sunshine was shining ever so brightly on his light grey eyes, annoying yet beautiful in his mind. Kiyo couldn't seem to remember what had happened the previous night, but he did remember angry people causing a loud noise, and the sound of something shifting. Ill-founded, Takagawa slowly shifted his body on what had felt like a box, and tried to push himself upwards. It was only then that he noticed a huge gust of wind slam against this box, shifting his body yet again, making him fall face first. Kiyomori was more afraid than he had ever been before. First he fell down unconscious, and now this shit? Attempting once more, Kiyo used what little upper body strength he could store and popped open the box he was trapped in. The sun cracks had fully opened, welcoming the beautiful fresh air to whip in.
Takagawa had no idea where he was, but he was happy to see a beautiful view for once in his life. The way had nature just covered him with love, it made Kiyo feel welcomed and wanted. And honestly, he hasn't felt that in a long ass while. The trees looked very healthy and good tasty looking fruits on them. Further out in the distance were mountains that one could notice if they squinted their eyes. It was all amazing, but the fun was all over when Kiyomori got serious. Where was he? Who brought him here? How did he get here? When did he get here? These were seriously developed questions that he asked himself, and wanted to know the answer too. Curious, Kiyo started looking around for clues that could help him better understand the situation. He found foot prints, blood, a headband with a symbol, and funny looking toys. None of these objects had seemed useful, but Kiyomori did like the headband, so he kept it. The only thing that was really left to do, was to follow the path up ahead, hoping to find a village or somewhere to camp for the past few days. This was the moment Kiyo was waiting for, the moment where he was free from evil people, and got to do what he wanted to do.
