Description: A dragon's head made of water fires at the opponent, high pressure water from it's head follows it, making a geyser from where it's shot at. This Jutsu is able to be aimed at in direction, the dragon head will not bite or damage you but trap you as it drowns you of oxygen, for a few seconds minimum three maximum five seconds. Then following it is the damage of the strong and high pressured water. The high pressured water around is about two-three meters the dragon's head being three meters wide and four meters tall.
Weakness: Earth jutsu below can cancel it out and earth jutsu it's rank can penetrate it.

Description: With in ten meters, Mizuna can have a sphere of water encase her opponent and drown them till they go unconscious or die of lack of oxygen. The opponent has to be able to escape or break free to not be knocked out by the user's second post.
Weakness: Opponent must be in view of user, within the 10 meters, byakugan may be used to view.

Description: This is a step up from Rotation, over training the user can make Rotation have more qualities and such, his technique utilizes the chakra control gained through Gentle Fist training to release a huge amount of chakra from the chakra points on the user's hands/arms. The user can making a sphere of chakra, which has a dark greenish black chakra aura, which can be kicked pushed or punched at the opponent, dealing damage to chakra points and leaving the opponent stunned/paralyzed for one post. It also takes away fifteen chakra, from their chakra pool if it hits each rank up is five more added on. The diameter, size of the jutsu is four meters, each rank up its grows by four.
Weakness: This can be stopped/cancelled out by any jutsu it's rank due to no element. Also must have Rotation at least B rank and mastered Byakugan activated.
