Bloodline Name: Inferno
Bloodline Ability: Members of this clan have a variety of abilities,which are known as sins, based on their skill. These abilities are known as Inferno. Members can have multiple powers, but few have all nine abilities. Clan members are given ranks according to how many abilities they have. The more ability they have, the more they are respected. Those who successfully gained all 9 abilities are invited to join the elite group known as the “Inferno”.

Depending on your starting rank, you may start with different amount of sins. Genin and Chuunin begins with one sin, Jounin begins with two sins, and anything higher starts with three sins. The user can choose to start with any ability, in any order, except for Pride, which has a requirement, which is stated below.

How to gain more sins

To gain more sins, member of this clan needs to invest a lot of time and effort on it. The more sins they have, the harder it is to gain more. The formula for the cost of ryo for each skill is 500x, where x is the amount of sins you currently have. For example, if you have 2 sins, the cost to gain your third sin is 1,000 ryo.

Not only must they pay to get more skill, they must also create a post with a minimum wordcount, which also increase according to the amount of sin you currently own. The formula for this is also, 500x, where x is the amount of sins you currently own. So, if you have 2 sins, and you want to get your third sin, you have to pay 1,000 ryo and also type out 1,000 ryo. The 1,000 word post requires you to train your third sin, with quality. Once you have 4 sins, the next few sins require STRICT checking by the mods. That means your “sin-gaining-post” needs to be of high quality. Mods are allowed to reject and request you to rewrite it if they deem it “half-assed”.

Let’s go on with the cosmetic and feudal system. Everyone starts out with at most 3 abilities. They are all called “Sinners”. At this state, you are a newborn, slowly, but steadily, gaining and mastering your new found powers. At this state, you look no different from a normal human, But you will realize that there’s a tattoo on your back, symbolizing that you have been cursed by the heavens.

Once you gain your 4th sin, you will be known as a “Primus”. Upon reaching the rank of a Primus, you will feel as if the fire of hell is piercing through you, erupting from your very soul. At this point, your eyes will turn red, a fiery red color, symbolizing that you have been marked, and accepted as one of hell.

Upon receiving your 8th sin, you will be crowned and accepted into a secret known as the  “Inferno”, a group where only the elites exist. Only 3 may exist in this group, meaning if there are already three in this group, no one else can gain any ability above 7. As a sign of invitation into the Inferno, you will receive horns, growing from your forehead, symbolizing that you are, indeed, a prince of hell, a prince that is also adored by Lucifer himself.

Only one person may be of this rank, a rank that is not even known to exist. No one has lived to even know of this rank. Only one of the Inferno may gain this position, the position that is revered by all sinners. To reach this position, one must receive the trait of pride, which enables him or her to become the King and Master of this clan. Take note; even if you achieve this feat, you are still part of the Inferno, meaning the other two is your advisers. So, if you were to achieve this feat, you will not leave Inferno, meaning no one else may get their 8th ability until one of the 3 dies.


Secret Clan Jutsu: /


Clan History: Long time ago, before the ages of the Sage of the Six paths, war was a daily event. Death was also very common due to the wars fought between factions. Dante, a brave warrior, was one of the few who fought bravely for his clan. Dante has been through hundreds of wars, and he has slayed thousands, but it was only time till he becomes one of the few to fall. The day came, and his army was deliberately defeated soundly by their rival, who discovered a tougher metal. As he laid there on the verge of death, he met the Grim Reaper, who was there to collect his soul. Knowing that this meant he would die soon, he negotiated with the grim reaper to spare him, in exchange for the life of his wife. The Grim Reaper accepted, and within seconds, Dante felt his life return to him. By the time he regained his strength, the image of the Grim Reaper disappeared. Realizing the horrible mistake he made when he was cornered by death, he rushed home, hoping that it was all just a dream. To his horror, his wife laid there on the floor, motionless. He ran to her side, and swore to retrieve his wife.

After that day, he quit his job as a soldier, and began training. Few years later, when he felt himself strong enough, he went into the woods, and challenged the Demon Beelzebub to a fight. The demon of pride, Beelzebub, without a doubt appeared. He then fought Beelzebub until Beelzebub surrendered. Upon his surrender, Dante demanded that Beelzebub allowed him into hell. Knowing that he hasn’t a choice, Beelzebub brought Dante down to hell.

As it was told on the stone engraved with the story of Dante, Dante fought his way down the 9 gates of hell, slowly getting stronger and special abilities. Finally, he reached the lowest of Tartarus, and there he saw his wife chained by Lucifer himself, who was waiting for him. He challenged Lucifer to a fight, and after days of fighting, he saw an opening, and took advantage of it. He managed to stun Lucifer for a while. Knowing that he has no chance of winning, he freed his wife, and he carried her and rushed out of hell. Successfully escaping, he swore that from that day on, he will not form any deal or pacts anymore. His offspring somehow managed to gain his demonic power, much to his dismay.

CHakra Cost on these need to be bumped, 5 is not a great enough toll for these abilities.

Limbo:
The first gate gained and discovered by Dante, the clan’s founder, was Limbo. Limbo is the ability to be the “unknown”. This means, by paying 5 chakra a post, the user can turn completely invisible. Not only is the user invisible; he cannot be sensed. It will appear as if he never existed. To execute this jutsu, the user forms a “veil” that is of 1 meter diameter around himself only. This does not affect anyone else within this veil. However, to execute and maintain this ability, the user cannot exit this veil. In short, the user cannot make any drastic movement. 3 post cooldown.

So this veil is cast on an area or on the person? Also they should be able to be sensed, if they don't meet the sensory requirements and all that stuff.



Lust:
The next circle that Dante went through was lust. Lust enables the user to suck opponent's life, and use it for your own gain. For 5 chakra, the user can empower his jutsu or next attack to absorb the opponent’s life to heal himself. Or, the user could just touch the opponent, and slowly suck out the opponent’s life force. Think of it as the opposite of edo tensei.

How much "life force" can this drain, give an example, so you can't just go around gripping people and killing them. I would also like to say to limit this to contact and not make it passable through jutsu Tai and Kenjutsu only.

Gluttony:
The third circle that Dante witnessed was none other than Gluttony. The user of this ability may use an extra post to charge up their jutsu with this power. Gluttony will empower this jutsu by increasing all the stats of the jutsu by 2x.

What is 2x? what would a D-Rank jutsu 2x equal?

Greed:
The fourth circle that Dante went through was Greed. The sin of greed enables the user to suck an opponent’s chakra for his own. Any attack or jutsu done by the user to the opponent will steal away 5 chakra from the opponent and will be gained by the user. Or, the user could hold onto the opponent instead.



Wrath:
The fifth circle that Dante witnessed was wrath. For 5 chakra, the user can empower his next jutsu to increase its stats by 2x.


again explain the 2x and make this unstackable with the previous 2x meaning no 4x jutsu enhancement.

Heresy:
The sixth circle that Dante went through was Heresy. For 5 chakra, the user can reverse the element of the jutsu. Now, this may sound confusing, and trust me, it is. For example, if I were to empower my fireball jutsu with heresy, instead of being countered by water, this fireball jutsu will counter water.


Tis says change the element of a jutsu. Is this your jutsu or anyone's jutsu? Also what happens to KKG's are they unaffected?

Violence:
The seventh circle that Dante entered was Violence. This circle was guarded by a minotaur for a good reason. The sin of Violence comes with two abilities, each depicted well by Dante.
The first ability is for ”the violent against people and property”. To activate this ability, 10 chakra is needed. The next damage dealt by the opponent onto the user is reflected back to the opponent. 5 post cool down

Is preparation needed for this? Or can it just be used in an instant?

The second ability is for “profligates and suicide”. The punishment for this is a genjutsu.

Description:After performing handseals, the user points at the target, and the target would fall into the genjutsu. Note, all this is just a vision.This genjutsu will summon gnarled thorny bushes to trap the target, preventing them from moving. The thorns will pierce into the target’s body and skin, and cause unbearable pain. On the next post, the target , still bounded and pierced by the thorns, will be mauled down and attacked by ferocious dogs, while still bounded. This will continue for another post, another post of piercing thorns and dogs ripping out your flesh and crushing your bones. 8 post cooldown

All you have to do is point at someone? They don't have to acknowledge this pointing action or anything? And it needs a range.



Deception:
The 8th circle Dante witnessed was Deception. This allows the user to transform into anyone or any animals he has touched before. By touching them, he gains the memory of exactly how they look. Although he gains their image, he doesn’t gain their strength or power. As for animals, he only get their innate ability. The only animals he can turn into are those that exist in the real world(OOC world).



Pride:
The final circle Dante went through was Pride. Being the lowest and final circle, this contain the strongest ability. This ability can only be gained when the member has received and learnt all 8 remaining ability, therefore this can only be learnt last. Being the hardest and strongest of them all, instead of the normal rule, this requires 6k gold and 6k word count. Also, a human sacrifice is needed(Must be PC). The innate ability of this sin is that the longer and more opponent the user fights, the stronger he becomes. First advantage he or she gain is chakra reduction. Let’s say a fight breaks out, and the user is against 3 person. The user post his post, Opponent A posts, Opponent B post, and Opponent C post. The next person to post is of course the user. This is the 5th post posted during the fight. For every 2 post, including the opponent’s post(therefore it is stated the more opponent he is against, he gets stronger), he gets a -1 chakra reduction to any Adept skills he has. So, since it is the 5th post, he gets -2 chakra reduction(no rounding up).

As for his speed, strength, reaction, and other stats, they increase by 20 percent every 3 post by the user(No, opponent’s post do the count). The cooldown of this ability is 1 OOC week.

No percentages, use the combat skill system to determine this stuff, there are no numbers set for speed and strength and all that stuff, so therefore percentages don't make sense in this scenario.
