Looks Description: Ichigo is a fairly tall and somewhat slender young man devoted to Neru, the Mizukage. Perhaps one of the most significant and lively physical features he possesses is his somewhat long red hair. In more than one occasion he has been complimented by his beautiful red hair. His eyes also tend to garnish quite a bit of attention as dark blue eyes like his are not very common. In most ways than one, Ichigo pays homage to the typical looks of his clan. His skin is of fairly light complexion, something that plays nicely in contrast to his regular Anbu outfit and his vivid red hair and blue eyes. His attire is very similar to those of most Anbu, with the standard uniform and armor pieces, and the mask. The latter he only wears occasionally like during missions or when requested. Since he is the personal guard of the Mizukage, wearing it is not always required, although sometimes it may be asked of him. Most would agree that hiding a face as good looking as his would be a crime against humanity.  



Personality Description: Ichigo's looks are not a very clear indication of his personality. On most circumstances, he tends to be very calm and collected...perhaps just slightly more so than the Mizukage. Though he is just as young as her, sometimes he tends to be the voice of reason, giving Neru unadulterated opinion and guidance on certain matters whenever she asks of him. He is aware of the effect he causes in a lot of ladies but he affirms it is not his intention. He is one that can be rather shy and easy to blush in some instances. However, he has his limits when it comes to matters like this. If the safety and well being of Neru is at stake, his personality takes a drastic change. He does not easily loses focus nor detracts from his duty. He has sworn his life to her and will do anything and everything in his power to ensure that the Mizukage is safe.

History: Ichigo, originally known as Kira, was born in Kirigakure around the same time Neru was found. He was told of his parents somewhat. There were rumors that they were civilians or shinobi from a different village, while others said they were just shinobi from Kirigakure like others. Truly, nothing was ever proven and there was no need for Kira to dig any further. All that was truly known, was that his parents were being held for information, and following the seemingly demise of the mother after childbirth, some other unfortunate event had occurred to the father.

With no much else to do, and with seemingly quite a lot of potential, he was thrust into the shinobi world and the academy. Gifted as he was, he happened to graduate quite early. Also early in his shinobi life, he would meet Neru for the very first time. It was her who had nicknamed him "Ichigo", a name which he would cherish and remain with him forever in place of his name. The name was not done teasingly. It was just a fun, endearing name Neru had picked for him, and he was alright with it. From that time on, he would always be somewhat close to Neru. While they were not on the same squads, the two would often see eachother in missions and even manage to ascend to become Chunin around the same time.

As an Anbu, he would find himself working with Neru even more. Whatever thoughts he had before about her would simply intensify as he truly saw her as a role model and as much more than a woman and a leader. The gracious, sweet, and kind nature which were so typical of her, and the ease with which she could put all of it behind to deal with the duties of a mission no matter what was asked of her. He truly felt endeared to her. As the time went by and they bonded further, he would see Neru go on to become the Mizukage. Initially, with no personal Anbu guard, he was one of the first to volunteer for the position. However, he was not the only one. Unlike ever before, there had been quite a lot more candidates, all which possessed great power. In part it must have been because how beautiful, revealing...and simply sexy the Mizukage was. However, in part, it was also because the young and powerful Mizukage had an unorthodox personality that was easy to get attached to and love. And for that, he tried. After several tasks and battles to decide, the grueling struggle saw his work pay off when he was selected to be Neru's personal bodyguard. To be fair, the two of them were quite happy to see eachother and be working together again. Ichigo has promised himself he would do his very best to help Neru.
