Description: The Jewel of Sustenance is a small, somewhat oval-like jewel that is one some ways akin to a ruby. Given the small size, the jewel is not carried in a bag or on a different form of container like another form of item. Instead, this jewel was imbedded into Neru's skin on Mount Myoboku, and given the odd look that the jewel has being part of the skin, is one of the parts of her body she keeps covered with bandages.
Materials: From one of the rarest jewels found on Mount Myoboku
History: During her times in Mount Myoboku while she learned and mastered Sage Mode from the toads, Neru was presented with the Jewel of Sustenance. It was Shiva in fact, one of the toad sage with whom Neru would be quite close thereon that spoke to her of it. Given the qualities of the jewel, Neru's own skill, and the faith they had on her, the precious stone would be entrusted to her. During one of the many times of meditation, Neru was forced to combat in her mind the Guardian of the Jewel, and having emerged the victor, she was deemed worthy, as Shiva had already imagined, to possess the jewel.
Abilities: Hailing from Mount Myoboku, the jewel has a number of characteristics that are endemic to the toad sages and Neru's use of Senjutsu. While Neru may gather natural energy during a battle to continue powering up her sage mode or access it, much like Shiva does the same if fused through Amphibian Technique, the Jewel is somewhat different but not all that much. Instead, the jewel is able to progressively attract natural energy into Neru's body for one of two purposes. Assuming she is not trying to access Sage Mode at said given time, the jewel would just attract natural energy into her body, given that it is in fact now a part of her body. However, the natural energy would then be converted to chakra, gaining 30 chakra per post. However, should instead Neru be trying to access Sage Mode, the jewel would instead just help to cut the amount of time it takes her to do so in half; whether she has the help of Shiva or not, and post transformation, resume its natural purpose.
