General: Jenova is a very elderly woman who appears to be some what wise, covered in scars on her body from her days as a ninja. She is fairly tall and thin from old age, drenched in wrinkles and loos skins on her face. Although, her hands have resumed fairly un-aged. She is known for having good posture and giving off a proud air about her, even though she is aged quite a bit. She has grey/faded brown hair that she keeps the parted bangs in her face that go behind her ears, while holding the rest of her hair up in either a messy bun or a hair bun holder that is black in color.
Attire:
Jenova's attire normally consists of a light green, almost yellow shirt that buttons down the center with a high and tight collar that hides her neck as well. The shirt is trimmed down the buttons and collar with a white cloth. The collar protrudes out of a dark purple shawl that she wears that buttons in the center with a button that bears the village's symbol. Hanging from the collar of her shirt is a amulet like necklace that is a dark brown color, said to be made of the finest minerals that Iwagakure has to offer.
She typically wears a dark green/blueish skirt that dangles slightly pass her knees to her mid shins and is quite loose, causing it to flow with the wind and things of that nature. The skirt is quite plain. Beneath that she wears skin colored leggings and simple black slip on shoes. She normally carries a tool carrying pouch that is hidden by her shawl as well.
Anbu Attire:
When dressed in ANBU attire, Jenova is nicknamed the white monkey. A title she gained due to her unique ANBU attire. In her prime she was the head captain of the ANBU, but has since then in her old age handed the title over and just works in the regular units now. She normally dresses in ANBU ARMOR and what not beneath a white furred cloak that covers her entire body and her ANBU mask that takes resemblances to a white baboon with a light blue face. The attire hiding her complete identity.
Personality Description:
Jenova is a very loyal and sweet woman when it comes to the village. She values the village quite a bit is often times recgonized as one of the most loyal shinobi in the village. She is often times annoyed with the younger generation though and claims they're to oblivious to what a real ninja should be. She, has a wise attitude about her, knowing quite a bit about the world from her travels and seeing different faces, jutsu, and animals. She has an extremely powerful will, often times overcoming obstacles despite her old age. She refuses to let her age become a major draw back although, she will sometimes say she is getting too old for certain things.
When dealing with enemies, Jenova is very straight forward. She doesn't like waste her time on weaker enemies and often times tells people not to under estimate her just because of her age. Many people are actually shocked when they see her come out of her anbu attire, thinking that there's no way an older lady did the feats she has accomplished. She will often times tell people their techniques are interesting and things like that as well.
She has a heavy sense of humor, normally finding other peoples stupidity funny. She is known for saying sarcastic phrases and other remarks similar to that.
She often times complains at people for rushing journeys as well, she tends to take in the scenery around her and what not.

History:
|Birth| Jenova was born into Iwagakure by royality of the village, giving her a good start into life. Her parents were both healthy, her father being part of the Kage's guard and her mother staying home to take care of the family. Jenova had two other siblings, but Jenova would be the last living of them all.
|Childhood| Jenova grew up in a very nice life, with promise of a good life because of her higher upcoming. In her childhood Jenova often times didn't judge a book by its cover and was known for getting along with everyone. She was often times referred to as a pure child. She had a young love for Iwagakure and all its people. It was also during her childhood that she would enter the academy and begin to train as a ninja under the request of her parents, due to her looking up to all the ninja and her father in Iwagakure.
At the academy, Jenova was one of the best. She was quite friendly with others and even helped others with their skills. She became quite close with her siblings at this time. When graduation came around, Jenova graduated third of her class and put in a team with her two siblings as well. They endured missions together and grew as ninja. Until, a calamity struck the village.
|A Vow| When Jenova was about 14 the village was invaded by a unreal number of thugs, bandits, and rogue ninja who lusted to make Iwagakure their new home. Jenova was a genin at the time and was trusted with the job of helping evacuating the village while the higher ranking ninja helped. Jenova would help for awhile, but then realized her mother was no where to be found. Jenova was worried and talked her siblings into heading to their mom's house to find her. When they arrived, they found their mother being attacked and tortured by the invasive forces. Jenova and her siblings tried to fight them off but there were too many. Jenova's mother then ordered them to flee and leave her. She said she would distract them, but Jenova's oldest sibling wouldn't leave her side. After screaming at Jenova and her youngest sibling, they left. Leaving their brother and mother who were killed but bought enough time for Jenova to escape with her sibling. When she informed other higher ranking shinobi, they went to handle the men but her family was very much dead. Jenova vowed to herself this day that she would become strong enough to protect those in the village and stop anyone from trying to kill the people of Iwagakure ever again.
|First Kill| A couple months after the ordeal, the village faught off the enemies and claimed their village back after a three day war. The village was in ruins but they rebuilt it very quickly. After the invasion, only Jenova and her younger sibling was left. while on a mission with her sibling though, a group of ninja attacked Jenova and her sibling along with their sensei. Together they fought them off, but their numbers were too big and Jenova's sibling was killed. In anger for all her losts, Jenova's rage helped her kill the enemy ninja with her sensei. Her sensei was proud of her and this brought her to the rank of chuunin.
|Chuunin| Chuunin was the rank that Jenova spent a large amount of her life, until about the age of 45. Working as a guard for important people, the village, the kage, etc. She also was a go too person on missions. Making a good name for herself in the village. Jenova was then asked by her kage to become head of the ANBU team. She accepted, seeing it as a perfect job for her to help the village. She knew that the ANBU did the dirty work of the village and she was happy to be the tool that kept the village safe in the shadows.
|ANBU captain time| While ANBUA captain, Jenova grew as a ninja quite a bit and become one of the most respected ninja in the village. She was well known for her skills and just for her loyalty to the village, many kage's saying that she truly did care for Iwagakure. It was also during this time that she really learned more about the other lands, traveling to nearly every land and learned plenty of information on jutsu. She had killed a large amount of people in the world for the sake of the village. Holding a large amount of the village's secrets on her back.
|ANBU retirement didn't last| After being the ANBU captain until the age of 65, she retired. She felt that her age was catching up with her and though that maybe it would be better for her. But, this did not last long. For she still felt like she was an asset to the village and still wanted to help. Thus, she was re-assigned in the ANBU as a regular member. Currently helping the village out and teaching the minds of the newer generations at the same time. She strongly believes that even though she is old, she still has a lot of use in her. Her younger brother was killed in action when she rejoined the anbu, giving her more inspiration to continue and help the village.
