Mission:
Name: Execution: The Orchid Reaper
Rank: C
Type: Normal
Mission given by: Suna
Rewards:180, 3 SandOrchid Food Pills
Participants: Suna Genin Ninja
Daily: No
Description: A mysterious Scythe user has been keeping us from harvesting the Sand Orchids necessary for a number of very valuable items in Suna. This individual has not killed any ninja, but has severely injured and incapacitated several. Proceed With Caution

The thing about investigations that always...bugged Hinamori, was probably the fact that she knew so little about people that she hardly ever got any leads when it came to suspects. The lonesomeness that she typically enjoyed gave her no clues to the inner workings of others. But at the very least she knew more fundamental things. As she looked around the Sand Orchid Fields she took a deep breath and smiled. Really it was a lovely place, even as the sun began to go down and the air began to grow chilled. Fact of the matter was that it was nice to be out and about, even if she was not particularly fond of the mission. But well....it was better than nothing. She frowned as she took a look at her surroundings, something dark and shadowy catching her eye. Knitting her brows together she reached for her blade and began to move forward, ready to investigate.

The first thing she noticed was th flash of metal in the distance, a slight curved shape that she merely got a glimpse of fleetingly as the specter stole away into the darkness of the orchid grove. The orchids were grown in shelves upon shelves, with small panels to reflect light into the lower levels. Quite elaborate for just a flower patch though she was hardly the one to judge based on over-elaborate methods. Narrowing her eyes she peered through the darkness, taking a soft gulp as she kept her attention steeled for the intruder that lurked the area.
"Such a swwwwwweeeet girl."
She wheeled about to see the masked face of the culprit. They had snuck up right behind her in her distracted state! Immediately she brought her katana up defensively, wincing as she was knocked back slightly by the blow from that wicked scythe, the ringing peal of metal on metal. She foud herself to be breathing heavily as she swing her blade, forcing herself to remain calm as she narrowly avoided the edge of that scythe, weaving back defensively as she defended from blow after blow, and at long last a smoke bomb went off, wincing as she coughed and backed up, looking about fervently but to no avail. The person was gone. She shook her head and took a slow breath to compose herself. The being had vanished like a ghost and she was once again seemingly alone in the fields. Swallowing hard she began to get a feel for her surroundings, focusing her chakra to her eyes and ears in order to focus on her environment.

A rustle from her left caused her to shift her position, turning her attention in the direction and tightening her grip on her katana, slowly taking deeper, slower breaths. Those careful eyes of hers taking a moment to close briefly. She immediately heard the person closing in, and ducked her head as that scythe swung for her. The being had been going for her face the whole damn time. It stood to reason they would go for it again. Raising her katana there was a loud clang as her blade hit the scythe's ringing as it bounced off and she spun on the spot.
CLANG! Another impact slammed into her, though this time she braced against it, gritting her teeth and bulling her way through the powerful attack, metal hitting metal over and over as the pair duked it out, sweat beginning to form on Hinamori's forehead before she ran her palm along the blade of her katana, leaving behind a chakra string. That next attack she attached the string to that scythe before yanking hard, pulling the blade from it's owners hands and rushing in with her eyes narrowed and prepared to attack. Immediately that cloak flashed open, and a number of kunai were flung in her direction. Instinctively she spun about and unsealed Hinamari, the puppet acting as a shield to take those blades for it's master before Hinamori spun around and flicked her wrist, those threads snagging the kunai before they hit the ground, making her hand into a flog with those kunai, lashing out and scoring deep into that cloaked flesh.
The figure simply stood, wavering for a few precious moments, dropping to his knees before he simply dropped to the ground in a pool of blood, leaving Hinamori panting. She'd Done it!

Mission:

Name: Execution: The Poisoner of Kigawa
Rank: C
Type: Normal
Mission given by: Suna
Rewards:250
Participants: Suna Genin Ninja
Daily: No
Description: Someone has been poisoning the food in the Kigawa Rice restaurant, being one of the favored spots to eat for some of the higher ranked Ninja, it is important that this villain be stopped.

Kigawa was a perfectly nice place for getting food. Being a particularly nice resturaunt specializing in rice-based foods, it was a common spot for a ninja such as Hinamori. Admittedly mixing business with pleasure was one of those old sayings, but she needed to see how hings worked around the place, get an Idea for motive and if anyone was acting suspicious. The place was very nice, a traditional oriental style place with a few more modern pieces of art on the walls, but more or less it was a very conservative place. Food was a bit expensive as of late but the place wasn't losing too many customers, no doubt even when this was over the shop might have kept such high prices were the owner not such a painfully empathetic man. The moment she met him she felt like he was practically groveling at her feet for taking the mission. A good 5'10 and quite the portly man, he seemed genuinely distraught at having to raise his prices due to having to test everything for poison and throwinig out a number of the goods. The sincerity and personal touch the man put into his job was actually quite impressive. Even with such hard times she noticed him selling at the older prices or his favorite customers, which seemed to be just about everyone despite the raised prices on the boards. The man could not say no to his customers! The customers seemed to love the treatment,, and she herself found herself having to refuse several offerings of food to help keep her strength up for her investigation. In any case she noticed some of the staff were none too happy. The people were happy, and in fact the majority of the staff seemed to empathize with the owner, except for just...one. One very discretely angry male. He was, if anything, more reserved. As a puppet master who had to make her puppet seem more realistic, she recognized a fake forced smile on the man almost immediately. His angry grunts mixed into his speech, the gritting of his teeth. To most he seemed to be in a little bit of pain, and when asked about the grinding he wrote it off as a stomach ache, but she new the signs of anger quite well.

After refusing yet another plate of food, she noticed the man stomp out back into the storage room, muttering over his shoulder about a bathroom break. Taking a look around, once nobody was loking she stole after the male. Watching carefully, as she slipped past the doorway she noticed the man vanishing behind one of the shelves, having completely gone past that door. Narrowing her eyes she slipped her hands into her sleeves, swallowing with a bit of nervousness before she put her game face on, an intense look of fierce determination as she went into the storage area. Looking around she didn't see much aside from the food, but her gut told her that this would not be a pleasant endeavor. Before she could get much further, the sound of arguing reached her ears and she stopped, focusing as she peered through the shelf beside her.
"-old me that you didn't know! I TRUSTED YOU!" The sound of a person being slammed against one of the shelves. She drew her kunai, having left her katana sheathed in favor of a weapon more suited for close quarters. Rounding the corner she stopped in time to see the man she had been suspicious of, leaning against the wall, her eyes wide as she noticed he was unconscious. Instead, one of the other workers, Kiyone, was holding a small bowl which she had clearly just used to bash into his head. On the floor was quite clearly, the poison next to several opened containers. The woman bolted. Narrowing her eyes, Hinamori immediately raced after the woman, flinging the kunai before her in the direction of the fleeing criminal, that weapon scoring nicely into the woman's side, eliciting a surprised yip from her as she suddenly crumpled to the ground as that kunai had embedded itself into the back of her calf.
Hinamori pounced on the woman, blade flashing as she pinned her to that spot on the ground, finishing the woman off with a jerking slash across the back of the neck. With a soft sigh the girl stood up. Shaking just a little, she turned and headed t the store to inform the owner that the culprit had been dealt with.

Mission:
Name: Protection: Sand Orchid Shipment
Rank: C
Type: Normal
Mission given by: Suna
Rewards:250
Participants: Suna Genin Ninja
Daily: No
Description: A shipment of valuable goods including a large number of Sand Orchid materials is coming in. Ensure the materials leave the village safely.

Hinamori took a deep breath as she watched the caravan being put together. The mission was being orchestrated by a man named Koturo. He was a decent man, with a stern ruggedness about him that seemed a tad course, and in particular made Hinamori rather uncomfortable about the job but well, she couldn't really control that. The man informed her that they'd be making a good twenty minute journey to the destination. Four wagons pulled by horse and they'd be there in no time. Three of the wagons held the stuff itself, the workers having the rear-most car. It seemed like a decent plan. The most likely place to attack was the rearmost wagon if they were seeking a quick snatch of some goods. Otherwise they'd have to attack the frontmost car in a direct assault, the easiest way for the Ninja involved to take them our. The least likely was an attack to the middle, but still present. As a result, Koturo and his best men were taking the middle car. The majority of the workers, given some weapons as well, were in the rear cart. And Hinamori was at the very front cart.

It was a long ride, and one that was a bit bumpy. Regardless she continued to keep an eye out for any trouble. The road itself was not too bad. IT was still light out so they had plenty of lighting to make out any attackers. However if it turned out that they were going to be attacked, she had a feeling that they'd have some means of covering their entrance and escape. For the time being she turned her attention to the driver of the cart. He was a young boy, certainly younger than her, though actually a bit taller. She was way small.... He had actually been talking the entire time, though she had admittedly not really been listening to him. He'd introduced himself as Sasuki. He was a bit of a punk, bragging about how he was going to get back at the robbers for what they did to his family. Which admittedly was a relatively sad story, but just the way he went on and on about it made her like him less and less as the time went on, to the point where she really hoped the bandits would attack already if only to shut him up.

As if on cue, there was a brief hissing noise as something sped toward the cart from off to the side. It didn't take long until she spotted the beast. It was some sort of summon. The thing was a massive snake, almost 7 meters in length as it raced for the cart, slamming into the side of the cart. She leapt from the cart the moment it jostled, her blade drawn as she raced for the beast, blade at the ready as the thing turned in her direction, that moth opening before a ninja charged forth from the things' ugly face. The man was dressed in white and black, a black gi underneath a full white vest, unzipped and flapping in the air as he performed several hand seals. Diving to the side she was barely able to avoid a spray of red darts, surprised as they sank into the ground and began to murk the soil. It was poisoned! Racing off to the side she winced as she could almost feel the darts peppering the ground around her, panting softly as she spun, summoning Hinamari, using the puppet like a shield as she raced forward, her katana drawn as more of those darts sank into the wood of Hinamari's chest. Once close enough, she spun about, her blade flashing as she slashed horizontally and tore into the man. Hoiwever she simply stared in shock as the body simply dissolved into shreds of...paper? She looked a bit more closely before her eyes widened. Explosive Tags! She threw herself away from the clnoe as it detonated, the snake hissing as it reared back from the explosion, injured from that attack as it vanished in a puff of smoke. Wincing she rolled off to the side, turning just in time to see the real Ninja rush at her, a large hatchet in hand as he raced for her. She yanked up her blade, pointing it up at the man's chest before wincing as she felt his body impact with the blade, killing him in the process. Panting softly she kicked the corpse to the ground, looking about before chuckling lightly to herself and shaking her head. It didn't take much longer for them to get the wagons moving again, he rest of the journey proving quiet. Once they arrived, Kotoru smiled and put a hand on inamori's shoulder, an appreciative smile on his face as he thanked her for her assistance. At long last the mission was over.

Mission:
Name: Protection: Kirimori Witness
Rank: C
Type: Normal
Mission given by: Suna
Rewards:250
Participants: Suna Genin Ninja
Daily: No
Description: A witness of vandalism has requested protection from a Gang, the gang is well known for taking care of such loose ends and as such has warranted the mission.

Hinamori was far more relaxed than usual for this mission. It was just protecting a witness. Normally her missions had involved investigation, taking out others, or protecting an entire caravan, but this assignment, all she needed to do was keep the witness alive for the night. The witness was male, 6'2, and relatively thin. His name was Kisu Otora. He was actually supposed to be a genin but he had failed his academy exam and was gong for his second time around, however before he could manage he'd ran into a gang trashing some village property. While higher ranked ninja were tracking down the culprits, the rest of the gang's associates were after the guy. She found him a bit...odd. He seemed actually pretty pleasant. He didn't really talk to her much, ask questions, or really interact at all. The guy was paranoid but tired, and almost the moment she'd arrived he'd fallen asleep. Lucky her right?

The guy's place was pretty secure, though not from really trying. Living near one of the village walls, he was in a sort of corner conveniently enough, so there were only two points of entry. A small window and the front door. After trapping the window she'd positioned herself outside his door. Originally she'd intended on being inside, but for some reason there was some sort of musk about the man's place and she had decided it was best she remain outside the door. It would make it easier to detect any unusual scents such as gas or smoke.
She'd been outside his door for no more than ten minutes when she heard the trap go off. Racing into the house she noticed him fast asleep with someone writhing in pain on the door. She'd set up a trap using sewing thread and Kunai. She didn't actually know if it was going to work but somehow it had managed, she made a mental note to purchase some ninja wire. A lot of It.

Rushing in she grabbed the intruder by the back of the head, slamming him against the wall and then sinking the blade of her katana into the man's leg, causing him to cry out as he went down and she bound him with a small length of rope. Turning she noticed two more leaping in through the window, diving to the side in time to avoid a glass bottle thrown in her direction. Rushing in she stabbed with her blade, downing the other before the third intruder's voice sounded out. "Water Style, Hydroneedle Jutsu!" She Dropped to the ground just as thing needles peppered the area she had been standing only moments before, eyes a bit wide as she rolled, racing behind the couch as more water needles were fired after her, piercing the couch and slicing through to the other side.

Narrowing her eyes, she whipped her hand out, casting chakra strings across the room, latching onto the Kunai from the windowsill. theNinja leapt back, as if expecting her to throw something at him, unable to see her threads. Instead she simply yanked hard, pulling those knives back and ramming the kunai into his back. The look of surprise alone caught Hinamori's attention the most, blood spilling from his mouth as he dropped to the ground, twitching and groaning as he brought his hands together.
"Marching army jutsu!" he blurted out before he opened his palms. Suddenly ants began to swarm out from his sleeves! Grabbing her client, she raced for the door and barged out of the room, avoiding the swarm of ants that began destroying the side of the room they'd been in, the millions of little things simply devouring everything from the couch to the floor to the wall. Panting, Hinamori raced down the alleyway, panting as she carried the man over her shoulders, no easy task to say the least.
It didn't take very long at all for her to get Kisu to the fallback safehouse. Admittedly she would have brought him there first, but the place was not as ideal as his place, having three entrances and exits, but having a much more fortified position in terms of having an easier means of patrolling the area. Thankfully however, it turned out to not be needed. Whatever had happened to the Ninja back at his place, it seemed the gang had backed off. And in a few short hours, the Anbu arrived, letting them know that he was safe and that e could come and identify the captured gang members. The mission was over.

Description: The Construction of a road connecting the village to a rather important mine is under way, however some miscreants have been attacking th site and severely injuring some villagers and eve some ninja. PRotect the workers while the road is being finished.

The assignment was a bit more complicated than the last one. The construction was between the sand village and a mine that had recently been made for some precious metals. IT was a ways away from the village and the road had been under construction for a while now, but according to the intel as of late there had been quite the surge in attacks on the workers. Be it for the mine itself or simply a means f sabotaging Suna's use of the road for the mine and supply of metals for the village, it wasn't quite clear, but regardless as the road was nearing completion it was her assignment to protect the workers, though she had a bit of a plan. No doubt thee dispatch of ninja would not go unnoticed, chances were the attacks would escalate and at that point it would be a key point to capture one of the attackers and from there route them out and keep them from continuing to attack the village. At least it seemed as simple. Though as she herself had learned many a time, it wasn't quite that simple most of the time.
The road itself was mostly done, the construction was going full tilt after all. One final section had yet to be put together. She stood at the northwest end of the road, looking over the workers as they toiled. The road was raised and made o special material of mixed sand and gravel. The mix was like cement and very sturdy. Her attention shifted to the outskirts. The Southeast side of the road was the safest, as it led out to open desert. The other end was a bit more of a complication. Dunes and piles of rocks littered the area, yet to be cleared away, and providing plenty of cover for any attackers. Frowning she took a deep breath, rubbing the back of her neck.

IT wasn't until a few hours when she noticed something was....amiss. The soft shifting of rocks here and there, and a brief moment with which to take in the information. The first arrow soared up high, the tip dipped in some sort of oil, the rag flaming as it soared toward the bridge. Cursing under her breath she rushed into action, drawing her blade as she went for the rocks. The sound of the arrow exploding was loud, no doubt it had been covered in explosive tags. Racing over the first mound she leapt up and landed right on the archer about to fire the next arrow. Wait....only one attacker?! She frowned, looking around as she wound up knocking the archer to their back. She couldn't quit tell the individuals' gender, but they immediately unstrung their bow, a loud SNAP sounding like a whip, that bowstring hissing as it lashed her across the face. She gritted her teeth, backing off as she brought up her blade, focusing on the opponent before her, narrowing her eyes and focusing her chakra to her legs, picking up speed and racing toward the woman, leaping up and arching her blade forward, that blade rushing forward to nick the archer's cheek as they dodged, their hands weaving a string of rapid seals before they inhaled deeply, puffing out their chest and unleashign a massive gout of fire. Hinamori barely moved out of the way, hissing as her heels were singed. By the light of the fire she could see the individual more clearly. They wore rags and some sort of scarf wrapped about their head like a turban as well as over their face to protect from the sand. The individual also had a martial arts gi on, the same color as the sand.
Grunting, she ducked the next crack of that whip-like bowstring, rushing in even as that string lashed along her shoulder, parting the cloth of her shuhakusho and lancing red along her shoulder as she slashed upward, tangling that string on her blade, yanking the woman in close and then turning, pulling a kunai free from her waist and stabbing in, slashing the woman's shoulders. A sharp cry indicated a clean hit before she spun, hooking the woman into a headlock before slamming her into the ground and using that bowstring to tie her up. She'd caught her! With the woman captured, it was only an hour before the road was finally finished, the woman was escorted off by some jounin for questioning. The mission was finally over.

Name: Retrieval: Stolen Mail
Rank: D
Type: Normal
Mission given by: Suna

Participants: Suna Ninja
Daily: Yes
Description: Someone has been collecting mail and hiding it all over the village, chances are it's a group of benin that enjoy causing mischief. Retrieve the stolen mail and return it to the people it belongs to.

Hinamori decided to take a break from the more complicated missions in the village. This time she'd been given a much more...simple assignment. Some of the mail had gone missing yet again, by the hand of her fellow genin no less. And it was the job of her to make sure that the mail was returned. The mail stolen this time was a package for a Tiyomi Karagusa, and a letter from a Kinjo Kiriko from his family. With a sigh she began to scour the village. Starting with the origin, namely the mailslots, she had separated the surrounding area into a grid, mentally marking them into rows of A through C and numbers 1 through three. Starting with B 2, being the area the mail had been taken from, she would score the area and from there go up to A 2 and go in a complete circle.

Despite the hopes that she would find it in the B 2 square, she'd had no such luck. No sign of the letter or parsol but a number of decoys, though the decoys were indeed rather...inventive. Ranging from packages containing a number of small animals, toys, and even some insulting objects. It soon became obvious...that she was bing watched when she found an ironing board in one of the boxes. With a tremble she clenched her fists and for once yelled out to her surroundings. "Y-YOU BRATS! I'm gonna wring out your little necks till I get juice! Do you hear me you little hooligans?!" she shouted, panting heavily in irritation before she kicked the ironing board to the ground and continued her search. In No time she had finished scouring the B2 cell and moved north to A2. Being a residential district, it wasn't long until she spotted a few of the little miscreants scampering off, and she was sorely tempted to go after the little shits and give them a good ass-kicking, no matter if the runts were bigger than her in some cases. Taking a deep breath she focused, channeling her chakra to her eyes as she began to look around. IT was at that point that she spotted it...a pile of packages of letters, and two genin setting them around. However, looking up and spotting hinamori, they immediately bolted. Fuming, Hinamori raced to the spot, looking around angrily as they ran off, gritting her teeth but looking down to the piles and sighing.

As she searched through the piles she realized the real ones weren't in there, specifically when she heard soft snickering rom the shadows, narrowing her eyes she whipped about, her hand flashing as she fired a kunai, a soft yelp sounding from the alleyway before the pit pattering of running feet. Sighing she shook her head, making her way over to retrieve the kunai. Thankfully it seemed to be undamaged for the most part. Rubbing the side of her neck she picked it up and slipped it into her pocket, looking about.
However something caught her eye. The mail! She leaned down, picking up both the parsol and the letter. The little shit must have dropped it when shed almost hit them with the kunai. Picking them up she smiled triumphantly and went to deliver the mail to the proper places.

Description: The Sand Orchid are a valuable resource for the Sand Village, keep aggressive weeds from the fields and ensure they stay protected. Crows are also a mild concern.

Hinamori smiled as she found her way in those Sand Orchid Fields again. It was a pretty impressive place, even having already seen it before. The orchids were a valuable resource after all, and it was a pretty easy mission. She got to work immediately. Her job was to weed the area and also shoo away the crows in the area. Though that was simple enough. Finding a large podium, she simply unsealed Hinamari and used her as a scarecrow for the time being. She sighed and hopped down, looking around at the orchids. It was actually quite interesting to see how they harvested them. The orchids had several components. The flowers itself were partially encased in swirling large leaves, these leaves were not only tough but resistant to extreme temperatures, making them an excellent material to use for clothing as they protected from extreme heat and cold from jutsu or even the heat from explosions.

The flower was a different story alltogether. Being incredibly valued for it's ability to keep Ninja going and restoring their chakra, they were one of the many exports that gave Suna revenue. Her thoughts however were briefly inrerrupted by ...quite the view.
https://2img.net/h/i39.photobucket.com/albums/e177/karst294279/Females/Zensho%20refs/6e73e292-ecf6-42e8-80a5-d0841140a10e_zps1ee10303.jpg
He was quite the sight. Tall, dark, and having a considerable attire. Surprisingly enough he too was weeding the fields! She gave a sheepish smile and waved to him from her spot. Seeing her, he gave a suave smile of his own and gave a slow, smooth wave of his own before making his way over much to her surprise.
"Hey, you don't mind if I join you? this is more fun when you're with someone right?" he reasoned, a smirk on his face. She didn't know what to say and simply gave a sheepish smile and a nod of her head. With a reciprocative nod he went back to work by her side. Suddenly she found herself incredibly distracted by the male, her thoughts drifting now and then as they worked, much to her duress and distress.

The work certainly did fly by with him at her side. As they worked she remained absolutely silent like the weirdo she was, simply listening as he talked about himself, or so she thought at first. IT didn't take her long to realize that his stories contradicted themselves. But the common denominator was that they depicted him as some sort of hero or genius, peppered in with erronious and ridiculous facts spoken with a tone so confident that at one point she found herself smiling and nodding along to an explanation that the orchids originally grew on the undersides of rocks and that they treated them with chlorine so that they could grow in the sun. It ws ridiculous! But he was...well...him. And her being herself she didn't have the social skills to call him on his shit. Instead she remained silent and continued to pull weeds.

In no time at all she found that she'd completed the area outlined for her do deweed, as well as the section he'd been working in before, though his had had quite a bit more work than hers had. If she'd been one to care, she would have noticed that in joining up with her, he'd gotten to help her very little with her section, but she'd helped with almost all of his. Grinning, the man chuckled and patted her on the back.
"Right! Well that was an awesome hour and a half of you being silent and me saying nonsense. But it looks like we're done. I'll seeya around girlie." he noted with a grin, winking at the genin before turning and taking his leave, leaving her speechless.

Name: Helping in the Academy

Description: The Village has been having trouble with Ninja Academy students training on the rooftops and in the library, causing damage to the property. Make sure the students are kept in line, distract them with activities.

The Ninja academy was probably one of the more interesting places to be assigned. She herself had had a very rough time at the place. Really it had been a nightmare. Between her flat chest and the fact of how old, yet short, she was. She was a bi ticket for bullying, which had only gotten worse when the others had found out that she could regenerate her bones. IT had become a very popular game to trip her in the hallways or 'accidentally' hit her with things, even knocking her down stairways. IT had been utterly horrid. But hopefully that would not be the case this time. She'd been instructed to keep watch on the students. Walking through the hallways she sighed slightly as she looked about.
Plenty of memories in a place like this at least, between her own mishaps and the way she'd raced though her studies like the nerd many knew her to be. At the very least she was a genin now, and commanded some sort of respect. Seeing her headband the academy students often stopped to stare, causing her to offer a calm smile in their direction.

At one point she was actually stopped. She paused, confused as a trio of Academy students smiled to her and began showering her with expressions of admiration and curiosity as to what her specialty in juts were. A bit out of her league, but flattered none the less, she explained to them that her abilities lie in fuinjutsu, but that she had a great many skills. She demonstrated this by activating the seal on her back and causing Hinamari to be brought forth. The children were awe-struck to see her puppet and wanted to know how it worked. Ever happy to explain, as she was keeping them distracted and thus this was part of the mission, she went through the various parts of Hinamari and her weapon. Though she also explained how the Dragon-Control components allowed her to be inside the puppet and be able to sense her surroundings in much the same way that she was able to store Hinamari inside the seal on her back. ONe of the students was a bit less enthused than the others, stating that it was a bit cowardly. Smiling sheepishly Hinamori nodded her head in admission, that indeed some might see it as such, but that being a Ninja was about more than simply battle, and that such a device would be an excellent means of surveillance or even sneaking past enemy lines. The objective is far more important than brawling and possibly getting killed. The children were intrigued by this and all seemed very intent on learning the basics of puppetry and fuinjutsu. So she decided to give them a miniature lesson. For the first lesson she had them practice storing things like kunai and such into seals she made on a wide stretch of scroll. Sealing things like pencils, erasers, chairs, and even things like other scrolls. For the puppetry she knew tha it was a very rare skill, so she simply allowed them to look at her doll and explore the mechanisms, after removing the coolant capsule of course, not wanting them to do anything with that. They even took turns spending some time inside the Dragon-Control seal and looking through Hinamari's eyes. Before she knew it the day was up and she said goodbye to the students.

Description: Looking for some extra cash? We need some temporary assistants for the psyche ward in the hospital. Be it restraining patients or keeping them occupied. Do NOT injure the patients under any circumstance. Tranquilizers will be provided. Please do not use the tranquilizers recreationally.

The next mission was definitely a bit more unusual. The Psyche ward of the Hospital was in need of some assistance with some of their patients. Some shinobi obviously were injured on the battlefield, and some enduring great emotional scarring as a result. As such it was pretty often that some shinobi, especially the younger ones, suffered some mental difficulties if they were not particularly hardy of mind. She was given a set of tranquilizers to use in the event of a more violent patient and she sighed softly as she looked through the ward. Some of them were simply quiet, off to the side little things that stared off into space, forlorn as they relived fights or torture, some missing limbs, some not injured at all. IT was a sad sight indeed, especially amongst ninja. The more...active were of different tempering. Some simply wandered about, murmuring softly, looking around, trying to find something as if to bring about the missing pieces of their minds that had been lost long ago, those hands simply searching around. Others were lively, almost normal seeming, identifiable only by their gowns as medical patients and the fact that they had no scrubs or visitor tag. They were lively, active, engaging, but had something about them that was simply...unhinged. Something missing or broken that didn't quite click correctly. Hinamori was antisocial, but even she was put off more than usual by the individuals, as if some microdetail was nagging at her brain, warning her that the individual was not quite there.

It was not until she moved to the other rooms, the private rooms, that she noticed that some of them still had patients in them. Be they injured or simply put in solitary confinement, for their safety or the safety of others. She heard them, scratchings at the doors, even banging against the doors. One she had been warned about was being moved to a secure facility until his fate would be decided. It was a sad thing when a shinobi's mind bent, but it was even more dangerous when they broke completely becoming violent things that required chakra inhibiting drugs or simply wrappings that prevented them from using chakra of any kind. Shaking her head she moved past the area and back to the normal ward area. The day was, thankfully, not very eventful aside from a small bump here and there. One of the patients, particularly a Kiteru, enjoyed farting on the other patients, laughing in their faces and then running away from the nurses as well as the other staff. Hinamori had needed to body block while two other nurses wrestled him to the ground and sedate him. She'd really wished she could have used Hinamari, but for obvious reasons weapons were not allowed in the ward. IN no time at all it was the end of the day, and she began getting ready to leave. However she was stopped by one of the patients, a kunoichi. Smiling the woman handed over a small origammi flower that she'd folded, smiling and telling Hinamori that she reminded her of her daughter. Of course she knew the woman had no daughter, it was part of her....condition. So playing along she simply smiled and thanked the woman for her kindness and accepted the gift, watching the woman go back to hr seat before she took her leave, collecting her ninja tools and clothing. A strange mission indeed.

Description: Some of the paperwork at the Ninja Academy is being stolen now and then. Seems it's become some sort of tradition among this particular graduating class. Help the staff locate the paperwork, be careful as the students like to set up paint traps.

Once again she found herself at the Ninja Academy. Rubbing the back of her neck she took a brief moment to collect herself. The story went that some of the students were hiding some of the paperwork from the staff, finding it good fun to try and make it hard for their teachers. Perhaps one of the more unusual assignments, she didn't take long to find out that the current victim was one of the jounin that was new as a teacher. The students having good fun in taking his paperwork and hiding it. Sadly in a place such as a school finding scrolls amongst places like the library were a horror. But the students did have some tact, but mixed with deviousness. As they hid them in more obvious places, but liked to trap the papers. Meeting up with one of the teachers she was greeted with a sigh of relief.
"About time. Sorry for getting such a menial mission but it's good for genin like yourself. Anyway, one of the new places the kids have been hiding the scrolls are here and here. In the bathrooms and the courtyard. Do you have a preference?" He asked. This caused her to pause a bit, surprised. It was quite the trade off. The bathroom had a much more nefariousness to it. Despite the small space, the traps would possibly be a bit more elaborate, and unpleasant. While those in the courtyard had more to do, there would be less temptation on the student's part to make the traps elaborate as the courtyard already was full of hiding places for such things.

At long last she decided to help in the courtyard. with a chuckle he nodded his head, saying that he hardly blamed her. Leading the way to the courtyard she started to search. After a taijutsu demonstration, there were a good number of training dummies out in the middle of the courtyard in rows. The perfect place to hide the objects. It didn't take her long to find the first trap. A simple tripwire between two of the dummies. Kneeling down she had noticed the scroll first and foremost, but scanning it's surroundings she had noticed a triangle of tripwires around it. Kneeling down she searched for what they were attached to. Three small explosive tags, modified to blow paint instead of an actual explosion. Sighing softly, she used her fuinjutsu to deactivate the matrix on the tags, simple as it was, and removed them before undoing the wires and retrieving the scroll. The next was done in a very similar configuration, more tedious than difficult in her opinion. However she paused as she noticed something rather insidious. A trigger on the scroll itself! She frowned, looking closely at the mechanism slipped into the scroll. It was one of the tags! She actually smiled at he ingenious secondary trap, chuckling softly to herself as she deactivated the tag and pulled it free of the scroll, hearing the mechanism that WOULD have triggered the tag snap as she shook her head in silent admiration. Those little runts. Once she'd retrieved all of them, she moved back to give the scrolls to the teacher.

Description: Some of the Academy students have started some sort of gender war due to a discussion in class about weaknesses and strengths of team compositions. This has turned into fighting. Try to talk some sense into the girls. (Never Works)

1/2 for Daily

Hinamori sighed as she arrived at the small room involving several of the female academy students. As it seemed there was some sort of dispute between the males and the females of the class. After a particular lecture involving team composition and strengths, the debate over gender had ignited and turned into some sort of conflict. During recess the students had formed gender-divided sides and begun brawling to prove that one side was better than the other. In particular, a very recent encounter had ended with a victory for the girls, having managed to snag the boys in an elaborate array of tripwires and paint-filled explosive tags. This was in retaliation to a boys victory that had been as a result of one particularly talented taijutsuist in the class. However the tripwires had disabled him almost immediately, demoralizing the boys and resulting in the kunoichi being victorious. It was however a bit of a concern with the staff as the fights kept escalating.

With the girls it was her job to try and...diffuse the situation, informing them that it wasn't important that the boys thought themselves superior. However she didn't seem to be getting anywhere particularly quickly. The young kunoichi were quite furious, either by pride or moral obligation to knock the boys down a peg as a result f their bragging. Most noteably they felt their skills were fare more rounded. The boys having a habit of finding a talent and specializing in it to the point of having no base balance. The girls however had laid a solid foundation in many jutsu and many of them having more broad talents that they mixed ad meshed to work together. It truly was a thing to behold. The Maes were more spartanistic, diligence and individual accomplishments being a means of sorting out the strong from the weak, and the stronger members simply fighting at the forefront to do the most damage and serving as a boost of morale for the rest of their group. The Females meanwhile were more cooperative, using one another not just to cover weaknesses, but to amplify one another's strengths to capitalize on the boys weaknesses and win. Often times the girls would win due to better cooperation as they worked more cohesively as a unit, the boys meanwhile were more like wolves, hounding for glory or simply relying on the strong to carry them throughout the encounters. Not only that but the girls seemed to be growing more and more determined with each fight, either to rub victory into the face of the boys or to get revenge for a loss, something that was actually a bit scary. Nothing in her missions could compare to the pure unadulterated rage these girls held, as some of them recounted that they would have an incredibly high moral boost on a loss that had happened some four skirmishes ago that still fueled their fires when it came to fighting the boys.
However she managed to talk them into a compromise. They would try to have a peace talk with the boys in order to see if they could let things lie and stop the fighting. Enthusiastic she thanked the girls and left to give her report.

Description: Some of the Academy students have started some sort of gender war due to a discussion in class about weaknesses and strengths of team compositions. This has turned into fighting. Try to talk some sense into the girls. (Never Works)

2/2 Daily

Hinamori was quite surprised when it was requested that she come back to talk about this whole gender war between the students. It had actually escalated since her last encounter. True to their word the girls had arranged the diplomatic arrangement, but it had backfired. The boys had used it as a trap and set traps for the girls. The breach of trust had been an enormous fire for the girls and had resulted in a rather brutal 12 hours of fighting and some serious injuries on both sides. Not only that but the fighting had become far more intense. After fighting so long the Girls and boys had begun taking tips from one another. The boys rounding their skills and working more cohesively as a unit, looking out for one another whenever the girls attempted to swarm. Additionally the girls had also retained their rounded skills but also begun specializing in some respects for those that had particular skills in a particular area. This led to much longer, harder fights. However during the talks she noticed something...interesting. The academy students grades had actually been improving since the fighting had begun. The two sides studying rigorously in hopes of gaining an edge over the other side. An interesting thing indeed, and something that the students seemed completely oblivious of due to their focus on the conflict.

In any case she considered the situation at hand. Clearly a peace offering was not going to work, as such it was likely they would need to either separate the class or find a way to simply live with the conflict. The girls were beyond riled up and to be frank they seemed to be having a lot of fun. Or rather their version of fun at the least. She herself had always been confused at such things, but seeing all of this and hearing about what had been transpiring she'd certainly learned a lot about the social hierarchy within the two groups. The fights had been going on long enough that the groups had begun forming concrete leaders. The boys having one or two figureheads, mainly the leader and his right-hand guy, while the females had formed a sort of council with the most popular and most intelligent of the bunch.

Considering this she decided to talk with the council for the girls side. Mainly their primary concern was that the boys would simply double-cross them, being either A, too stupid to talk, or B, too scared of the girls to be ok with a compromise. The logic was present, however unsure she was of its soundness. While she might not have agreed with the particulars of the description she did agree that the boys would likely be very adverse to a treaty, as the rather vengeful girls would be very tempted to pay them back for their own treachery in this little conflict that had budded within the group. However at her behest they decided that a last attempt at a treaty would be wise, seeing as they HAD been demoralizing the boys side with a particular string of wins recently, as such it was far more likely they would be in a state more receptive to come to terms with the girls. With hopefulness in heart she shook hands with the four leaders of their little group and smiled as she went to make her report.

Description: This doesn't seem to be working. And to be honest, it's better off we just control it rather than try to stop it, so it's become a game of sorts. However some of the staff have become….overzealous. So we need you to be team Captains for the games. The games include Chalk Kunai and Shuriken. No offensive Jutsu allowed.

The title of the mission had certainly been...interesting. As it turned out the teachers had decided to use the little conflict and proctor the event rather than try to stop it. The students grades were improving and quite frankly were dong much better i their classes. Both sides had agreed immediately and the girls seemed surprisingly happy to have Hinamori as their leader, as the teachers had gotten a bit too...involved. With a sheepish smile she walked to the middle of the forest where the girls were encamped. They had stocks of chalk kunai and shuriken, as well as various other things. Offensive jutsu were not allowed unless approved. As such the students had even devised versions of jutsu that were more marking than damaging. Even Hinamari had been fitted with a paint canister for her Coolant Jet. Before long hinamori actually found herself having fun. Using her fuinjutsu she helped those on her side make ink seals on their arms to store extra chalk kunai and shuriken, even small katana with blades made of hardened chalk.
As well as traps that sealed large amounts of chalk or paint bombs within a seal.
when the first flare was fired, signaling the start of the fight she moved out with the rest of their forces. Moving in low, they retreated a small amount, having jammed their encampment with traps. The sign of the boys closing in was marked with a series of massive plumes of chalk and pain bursting up into the air, each of them smiling as gas mask had been provided, but the effects would be no less scathing as a number of them were given large amounts of paint or chalk on them. IF enough of one's outfit was marked you were out of the match. Once the rest of the traps went off she nodded to the four leaders of their forces. As one they moved in while the boys would still be recovering.
BEfore long Hinamori found herself neck-deep in the conflict. Hinamari's paint jet coming particularly useful as she soaked up its from the boys, relentlessly racing through their ranks with chalk katana in hand.
In no time she paused, spotting her counterpart, the genin assigned to be the Boys captain. A slow smirk on her face as she squared off. The boy chuckled at her puppet and put his and together, inhaling deeply. "Chalk art! Big Blast Boom!" Mimicing a fire style, the genin exhaled powerfully, sending a blasting cloud of chalk in her direction. Immediately she yanked Hinamori in close, using her Binary Cyclone technique to keep the dust away, the rotation keeping the stuff away before they raced in, chalk katana at the ready before she sprung on the genin, grinning as she and Hinamari scored along both sides of him, making him drop to the ground. Standing triumphantly she smirked down before pausing. He was...laughing? Opening up a vest, he showed a massive ammount of chalk bombs. IT WAS A TRICK!

Several loud blasts later, she and the genin were laughing and coughing as the academy students surged in and continued the fight, they themselves had been outted and watched as their forces clashed, chalk and paint flying as they enjoyed the match.

By the end of the day the boys had claimed a decisive victory. While they had bee setting traps, the boys had doubled around, flanking and cutting off the rear guard of the girls forces. And before she new it, Hinamori watched as the girls fumed and swore vengeance, already making plans. One of the girls had actually learned to make seals herself and the girls were already planning on how to better utilize the tactic Hinamori had provided, some even asked her where she'd gotten her puppet made, and later even some of the boys came to her to ask a similar question.

Description: Due to the low number of formed teams and the busy schedules of the higher ranked ninja, it's come to the attention of the village elders that some solidarity is in order. Meet with some of your fellow Ninja and get some training done, try to get along, and learn to work together. A United Village is a strong village.

Hinamori wasn't much for training with others. Training alone was simply one of her stronger suits, however recently with all the work at the academy she at the very least seemed to like kids. so it wasn't too bad when she found herself training with a genin fresh from the academy. His name was Vasuka Arojo. He was relatively tall, with long spiky dark hair and clan markings on his face along the bridge of his nose like tiger stripes. Something that looked quite interesting. In fact, the by was the same genin she had fought during her last mission! She was actually quite happy to see him, and excited about the training prospect. She knew he was a fire-style user, and primarily focused on taijutsu whereas she used kenjutsu. Therefore it was decided that they'd be training similarly. However she soon came up with a separate means of training. Namely she would use her Bone dust, which had been banned from use during her last mission.
As such he practiced attacking her while she defended with her bone dust, his testing of his ability to adjust the chakra flow to his body to break through, while she focused on keeping up with his speed and amazing combat reflexes, often having to use very broad bands of dust to block his strikes.

It didn't take long for things to escalate, soon she was not only trying to block, but also trying to catch him with surges of bone dust. He on the other hand had to work on avoiding the surges that were nearly invisible, his yamigan, an ocular kekkei genkai, that worked by showing shadows cast, even very tiny shadows cast by her dust on itself made her attacks visible to him, allowing him to avoid them as she continued to try and catch him. It was certainly an interesting Doujutsu and it certainly helped him in his endeavors. However he began to surprise her when he suddenly began using some sort of shadow jutsu to give himself brief but rapid bursts of speed to race toward her,

She was barely able to react as he began speeding around her, slamming into her small dust barriers, grunting as soon he managed to land a hit, knocking her down as she surrounded him with dust. As the fight progressed and more and more dust accumulated on his body, she simply used the dust to constrict the genin, locking him in place before she began sending streams of the dust around his body to lock him in place before slamming him into the ground and forcing a surrender from him.
The pair of them immediately agreed that the spar was a tremendous success, and after she retrieved all of her bone dust she helped him get to his feet, both of them smiling away as they headed back to the village. She admittedly still didn't get along too well, and he certainly didn't insult her by lying that she was well... a bit weird, but at the very least they respected one another tremendously and Hinamori actually found herself wondering if she'd managed to make a friend.

Mission:
Name: Suspicious Activities: Investigating a Dating Service
Rank: D
Type: Normal
Mission given by: Kotoru Himiyashi
Rewards: 150
Participants: Suna Ninja
Daily: Yes
Description: This Dating Service is a RIPOFF! I've been to the things a billion times and no luck! I suspect it's RIGGED. Disguise yourself as a participant and find out what's going on. (It's not, but the guy keeps putting the mission up out of paranoia)

This was, perhaps, the most unusual of the missions she'd been given. Of all the odd and unusual things she could have been asked to do. A dating service! It was quite unusual after all. A dating service had been giving a man no luck he believed that the thing was rigged. How on earth such a thing was possible she didn't know but well, a mission was a mission. Clearing her throat she found herself in the middle of a room with someone she didn't know. A date.
Smiling sheepishly she looked across at the male before her. He was relatively sheepish as well, tapping his fingers as he began asking her questions about herself, that she timidly answered and did her best to weedle around. Eventually he began to become more and more nervous, and at long last he leaned across the table. She stared, not quite sure what to do. Eventually he seemed to realize that whatever it was that he'd assumed was not quite true. Instead he simply retreated, appologizing profusely as he got up and left. IT was like this quite...often.
The next candidate was another male, not quite so timid he was actually pretty lax about the affair, seeming to be somewhat asleep for a good portion before rousing himself and rather uninterested. She began to wonder if he himself was here for other reasons as well. Outside of her comfort zone she attempted to start a conversation, asking what sort of occupation he had. At the very least he seemed to reply in a manner that told her he wasn't just dosing off, though really she found herself struggling to keep the conversation afloat, it was actually quite anxiety-inducing, it must have been what drowning felt like and she soon fell silent as the male fell asleep.
However, that last one, the final participant in the string of little dates was a very....surprising one. IT was the ninja from the fields. That dark hair, that calm smile, and the string of lies that spilled from his mouth the moment that he sat down. He was rather enchanting and she found herself once again snared by that odd combination of looks and personality. She hardly had a preference for the handsome types, and in fact if it had been just his looks she wouldn't have been bothered by him in the slightest. But the fact of the matter was that he was such a blatant liar. He didn't hide it, had no shame in it,it was simply something he did, with neither rhyme nor reason to justify. That coupled with his looks just melded together. His attire was just as unabashed, slightly revealing of his youthful form, but certainly by no means skeevy of risqué.He had a taste about him like a refinement of wine. It wasn't that he was redeeming, he was pleasantly unredeeming and unusual in a manner much like her own. At last when the...date, was concluded she found herself rising to leave, and the last thing he did before leaving, was take her palm, kiss the wrist, and then take his leave, only after he left did she realize she'd completely forgotten to ask for his name! Whens he finally returned to the client she explained all that she had gathered from her experience, and that nothing of a suspicious nature had been uncovered. With a sigh and a nod he could not help but agree and dismissed her. A strange mission indeed.
