Kon'nichiwa Jinsei, is an unique blade that isn't really used for just striking the target or doing physical damage. This blade instead is a sealing blade that instead of cutting flesh, cuts one's own chakra as it is shot out in the form of jutsu.
Because of it's sealing properties, instead of the wielding skill of it working based off of one's weaponry skills.
This skill is based off of Fuuinjutsu. One must have at least a Adept skill in fuuinjutsu to wield this blade.
The blade works by holding the blade in the direction of an incoming jutsu. The blade then absorbs the jutsu and coverts the chakra used with that jutsu into chakra for the user. Replenishing their chakra supply by half the amount the jutsu that it absorbed was.
This blade can also destroy seals up too B-rank by placing the blade on a seal, shattering the seal. Giving it the nickname; Skeleton key of all seals.
This blade can't absorb A and S-rank jutsu. It also can't absorb taijutsu, puppetry, or weaponry techniques. Unless there is chakra present in the attack. For example flying swallow or chakra enhanced strength.
Origin: The Kon'nichiwa Jinsei is an ancient blade said to be owned by a legendary ninja who asked the gods to give a tool to protect his village and loved ones. The gods supposedly gifted the man this blade to protect his loved ones and village. He used the blade to absorb the attacks of invasion, protecting those he cherished. The blade has since then though, been passed around the shinobi world and is a blade of legend. Many ninja have died in attempts to gain the blade from it's past owners.
