Looks Description:
Oda is a young boy of small stature. He has straight black hair that reaches his chin. He keeps his hair with one strand between his hair and the rest just hanging down and has deep red eyes. Oda can be found more times than not wears a cyan hoodie with two drawstrings hanging down the front of his hoodie. There is an image of a black star that is circled with a pentagram accompanying this he wears a black vest over his hoodie, furthermore, wearing cargo pants and black shoes to complete his outfit.



Personality Description:
Oda is a very sadistic, merciless, and short tempered individual he developed this personality over time slowly realizing how much scum walked upon this land always lazing around doing nothing and accepting anything as their fate never truly finding their own way of living sticking to the social stereotype. Therefore, he vowed to develop his own personality not conforming into what anyone wanted him to be but just letting his natural personality go loose. So over time he would find himself never truly caring about anyone and doing as he pleased when he pleased, furthermore this would be the traits that he hoped in the future would help him become the ruthless ninja his village would need.

In addition, he is very sarcastic and mellow making for a rather confusing child to have a conversation with only respecting those who have proven their stature over him being people of at least two ranks higher than him and this respect would dwell overtime unless he saw them doing a cowardly act or falling to a fatal blow on the battlefield. So there are people that he respects but that is a limited list that you can’t easily find your way onto it.  
In closing, he is still an immature person learning to take certain situations seriously and learning when to run and when to stay and fight for not ever retreat is a cowardly act but can be viewed as not losing valuable resources.  Also he finds himself learning new things and even though he dislikes ninjutsu is finding himself in situation where he is going to need it more often than he would wish slowly giving into the need for it. So he is all and all truly a developing person with only five hard points to his personality being sarcastic, mellow, sadistic, merciless, and short tempered.

History:
There isn’t much to say about Oda Ryōta other than that truly his life has just started finding his way out of the academy and becoming a genin at the age of fourteen. Though seeing as he wasn’t simply created the little information that can be mustered of this young ninja shall be able to display here today... Being born on September twenty second fourteen faithful years ago his mother Jan and father Jin Ryōta couldn’t have been any happier with the birth of their red eyed and black haired son. As he would grow up they would find his acts of violence and torment to some small animals to be “cute” and “harmless” though they would eventually come to find it to not be a phase he was passing through but truly a part of his personality… Therefore, eventually he would put up for adoption and eventually being placed in a family of ninja who would train him to become another ruthless blood thirsty killer that they felt this village would need. With this he would find himself passing the genin exams with easy cutting anyone or thing that got in his way and showing the great skills he had however, being beaten everyday by his father for he couldn’t use ninjutsu and was saw as shameful only for this act which would being the bowling hatred for ninjutsu and his father….
