After that the water sphere will spread threw most of the clouds and make it rain in a area of 100 meters all of the drops of rain will take the form of small sharks that will make small explosions and burn after making contact.
Weakness: they can be dodge as try have a space between them in each drop.

Take out burning and explosions. Dont see how Suiton will do such.

The second way to use the technique the user can Shoot the Shark Stream Like a beam of water crushing it's opponent if contact with the technique. Last the user can also adjust the technique into a sword for a more Strategic move and for Kenjutsu users.
Weakness: The technique leaves the user in a state of fatigue.

Define the parameters of the sword please, size etc. And how fast you can move in this dash. this is essentially LRA just weaker and slower.

Description: This technique is very simple the user places his palm on the ground as he release water into the ground breaking the surface of the ground lifting rocks and spears of rocks in the cracks water will rise in the from of a blade cutting or killing the opponent.
Weakness: this technique leaves the user in a state of fatigue.

Weakness not adequate. Clap hands is a no go, Please add real hand seals and at least 6.
