Basic Healing Fire Techniques 73m2

Name: Healing Fire: Warm Body
Rank: D
Type: Ijutsu
Used For: Supplementary
Element: Katon
Range: Short
Duration: N/A
Hand Seals/Charge up: 2 posts.
Description:
This is the most basic Healing Fire technique. A person will begin this technique by placing both hands on the patient's chest. They will then send fire nature chakra throughout the skin in and around the chest area. Once the chakra is in the lower areas of the skin, the heart and surrounding arteries begin to warm up. Once the heart begins to warm up, the blood begins to warm up, and once the blood is warm, the rest of the body will be too. People observing this technique wouldn't see anything other than someone with their hands on another person. This jutsu should only be performed if the patient has a low body temperature as overheating someone could prove fatal. It takes 2 posts to fully heat a body. Heating the body involves great chakra control, and as such, should only be performed by ijutsu adepts or masters.
Weakness: Must be an ijutsu adept or master. Must be able to touch the patient's chest. Holding this technique for longer than 2 posts will result in minor burns in the patient.

Name: Healing Fire: Relieving Mist
Rank: C
Type: Ijutsu
Used For: Supplementary
Element: Katon
Range: Short
Duration: Maintainable, D-Rank.
Hand Seals/Charge up: N/A
Description:
The next step up from Healing Fire: Warm Body. This technique concentrates on healing a specific area that has been wounded. A person will begin this technique, not by touching a patient, but by covering their hands in red fire nature chakra. They will then hover their hands over the wounded area. This allows the user to send tiny amounts fire nature chakra to the patient. This sending of chakra looks like a glowing red mist. The heat-based chakra in the mist causes the muscles around the wound to loosen up and totally relax. By relaxing the muscles in an inflicted area, the nerve endings in the area also become relaxed relieving the area of pain. It should be noted that this justu does not heal any wounds, it simply removes pain.
Weakness:Must know Healing Fire: Warm Body. Does not fix wounds.

Name: Healing Fire: Cauterize
Rank: C
Type: Ijutsu
Used For: Supplementary
Element: Katon
Range: Short
Duration: Up to 2 posts.
Hand Seals/Charge up: N/A
Description:
This technique begins almost like Healing Fire: Relieving Mist. The user coats one their hands in red fire nature chakra. Once covered, the hand hovers over a wounded area. When ready, the user will shape their hand like a gun, and increase the heat in the tips of the two pointed fingers. The heat in those two fingers is comparable to that of the core of a campfire. They will then touch the wound of the patient with said fingers and slowly drag their fingers to wherever the wound applies. The intense heat of this jutsu burns the upper layer of skin, causing the skin to melt over and eventually harden as scar tissue. This stops any bleeding and/or infections that could occur from having an open wound. It is extremely painful and causes scarring, which is why users of this jutsu only use it if nothing else can work.
Weakness: Must know Healing Fire: Warm Body. Leaves the patient with a scar. Extremely painful.

Name: Healing Fire: Swirling Cups
Rank: B
Type: Ijutsu
Used For: Supplementary
Element: Katon
Range: Short
Duration: Maintainable, C-Rank.
Hand Seals/Charge up: Snake
Description:
The art of Swirling Cups is an old art. Not many people practice it, let know what it is. From out of the snake hand-seal that the user starts this technique with, 4 little blue flames that enhance chakra flow appear. Enhancing chakra flow is something every shinobi would love to do, but this technique is sadly only usable on patients who are completely still; making it useless for battle. These little blue flames are hovered over 4 of the patient's chakra gates (It is not known why 4 is the magic number for this jutsu, but anymore than 4 and the body starts to damage its self from intense chakra flow and any less seems to have no effect). Once they are hovering over the right spots, the user of the justu will place glass cups over them. This concentrates the fire chakra directly to the chakra gate. The way this technique works is by using fire's inherent high energy to excite chakra gates and get them to release more chakra then they normally would. Not releasing so much to cause damage, like unleashing a gate will do, but enough for medical ninja have a much easier time performing operations and other such procedures, due to chakra's inherent healing properties. The technique speeds up any other healing technique by one post, per post maintained.
Weakness: Must know Healing Fire: Cauterize and Healing Fire: Relieving Mist. Must have 4 glass cups. The patient must remain still and lying down. Can cause minor burns if maintained for more than 5 posts. Can cause severe burns if maintained for more than 10 posts.

Approved!

However take note.
Swelling increases when heat is applied and one feels more pain. Medically healing starts once substantial heat is present. Hence athletes use ice baths when they have games close to one another. Pain is also a sign of healing please note that.

For swirling cups, please understand the medical roll will not affect transplants. Unless it is an A-rank Technique.

You're right. Everything you said makes sense. I removed the swelling aspect to Relieving Mist, but left the pain relief because magic chakra is magic, lol. Also, got rid of the reduced roll count in Swirling Cups, because I still want it to be a B-ranked technique.
