Description:
This technique is derived from her clan's technique Sight Projection Seal. That technique allows a user to see through the seal placed by holding a seal over one or both of their eyes, but the seal disperses once the sign over their eye is let go. With this technique, Artemis will be able to place the seal on any surface. The seal will be invisible, allowing for great spying opportunity. What the seal basically does is it allows Artemis to see through it as if it were a third eye, by closing one of her eyes. The seal establishes a connection to the closed eye, so she can see everything the seal can see just like a normal eye. The connection can be spread out to about 1km, so if she is within 1km that the seal is placed in then she can activate the seal. The seal stays on the surface, invisible, until it is removed somehow. To activate the seal, she simply forms the Ram sign and closes one of her eyes. As long as the eye is closed, the technique is active. Once the eye is opened, the seal is closed and she won't be able to see through it before making the Ram sign again. The kanji for "sight" will appear in black on the eye lid of the closed eye. There can be five seals placed at a time. Each seal is about the size of her palm. *The seal is invisible due to technique used to apply the seal
Weakness: It'll be hard to focus on two different things and areas so using this in battle is a big risk, and will most likely never happen unless she has teammates or someone protecting her.

Description:
This is basically an ear version of Third Eye Seal. The seal is also invisible at all times and requires the user to be within village length of the seal. The seal is activated by the Snake hand sign, then Artemis closes one of her ear or both to avoid noises at her end from stopping her from hearing what is being said at the seal's end. The technique is cancelled once both ears are no longer covered. The seal will be able to hear like a normal ear, though the sounds will be a bit enhanced so whispering won't stop her from hearing what is being said. *Must cover ear with her hand. There can be five seals placed at a time. Each seal is the size of her palm. *Seal is invisible due to technique used to apply the seal.
Weakness: It's impossible for her to make handseals while covering one or both of her ears, so useless in battles unless a teammate or someone else protects her.

Description:
This is a Futon version of "Hiding in water technique" and "Hiding like a Mole". Basically after making the hand sign, Artemis' body will turn into wind and make her invisible to anyone without a doujutsu that's able to see chakra. All the doujutsu will see is a big blob of thin chakra spread out. Canceling the technique requires Artemis to simply think about forming back again.
Weakness: Needs to wait two turns before being able to be used again. While in this state jutsu can't be used at all. Only good for hiding and escaping. Strong wind techniques of B rank will blow her away, while fire techniques gain a +1 advantage while in this form.

chakra chains are Uzumaki clan tech and your jutsu is too similar, for third eye and ear, how many seals can be placed at once, specify and state size of these seals.

Description:
Artemis places this seal using her clan's unique ability to have her chakra travel in a similar way to the Nara's to apply seals. What this seal does is, when applied I will contain a chosen technique that Artemis possesses. The technique will remain inside the seal, unactivated and sealed away until the seal is "broken or opened up". The seal can only hold techniques up to B rank, and only one technique per seal. Once the technique is used, the seal disperses. The seal's size will fit according to the technique's, so if a fireball would be released from it that would normally come from the user's mouth, then the seal would be the same size as the user's mouth. The form of the seal is that of a circle. Once the technique and seal are placed, the chakra for BOTH (the seal and the technique inside) will be taken from Artemis' chakra pool. To break the seal, or open it to be more exact, Artemis will have to simply focus on the chakra that was used to place the seal, which is her unique clan's chakra, and "shift" the seal's shape thus breaking the seal apart. Basically, move the chakra so that the circle is broken in half, releasing the technique inside. The seal can be placed up to 50 meters away from Artemis.
Weakness: The seal will not be invisible, even though her clan's ability to form the chakra so thin allows it to be invisible. This is so she can know where the seal is so she can "break" it open. This will allow opponents to see the seal and of course basic instinct would be to stay away from the seal as they don't know what it entails, right? This also makes it quite hard for her to use it as a surprise attack. She must also be within 50 Meters of the seal if she wants to break it open.

Description:
Using her clan's ability to place seals through manipulating her chakra, or simply touching the head of the target, she can place this seal upon someone's forehead. The seal will remove a specific memory of the person. Not big really, like make them forget their parents or stuff like that, but it will remove anything the target knows about that memory. The memory will be stored in the seal and stay there until the seal is broken. The chosen memory can be something like: Something someone said to them, something they saw or someone they saw only a few times. Once the memory is stored, everything about that memory is as well. So it would be as if that memory never occurred.
Weakness: She must know about the memory to seal it, and it is only simple memories that hasn't occurred often so it becomes to big and hard for THIS seal to store it.

After making the required hand seal, Artemis' finger tips will be covered in Wind Release chakra. The chakra will be shaped from the tips of her fingertips to about an inch outward. The size decreasing as it's length continues so it becomes sharp at the tips of the air bullets. They can then be shot from her fingertips, each of then ten bullets are able to tear through flesh easily and enter a person's organs or break bones.
Weakness: She can't make handseals while she has them on her fingers, each one must be shot first. They can be stopped by B ranked barriers and up as well, and they can not break through a Kaguya's densed skeletal.

Description:
By placing the seal onto a person, Artemis can restrict them of movement as the seal will quickly spread out all over their body. It basically drops a person's taijutsu levels by 2 tiers, which would ultimately lead to someone with Basic tai to be very slow and weak, a N/A tai would be faster and stronger than a basic tai affected by this tech. Someone with N/A in tai would become unable to move at all.
Weakness: A Taijutsu Adept will be able to move, but with N/A level speed and strength. A Master will be able to move with basic level speed and strength.

Description:
After making the five seals, Artemis release her wind release chakra from her body to form 15 small senbon sized "needles" made from compressed wind. The needles can then be shot, all together or a select few, or even just one at a time. They can easily pierce into a person's body, and once it stops moving it will create a small 5CM radius explosion from the compressed wind being release. The explosion can leave a hole in a person's limb or break a bone.
Weakness: All remaining needles that are still intact after the one post duration will disperse. They can not break through B ranked barriers and can't break a kaguya's condensed skeletal structure.

Air Bullets FInger shiz, but to B-Rank since you are breaking bone and digging through organs and shiz. with that you can also bump the range to 15m.

Mobility seal, lets say it lowers the persons Taijutsu levels, just so it's easier to calculate. It seems it drops them by two tiers, so that's cool, just add that info.

Lower Wind needles to 20m please
