Kellerin can be described as a very scrawny and frail looking boy. His small frame and height make those around him laugh at his attempts at physical combat. His lean frame, however, allows for quick movement that surprise friend and foe alike.
His eyes glow green with intent and the desire for strength, and show the proper morals he was raised with and swears by.
He tends to dress in a way that shows people his preference for the refined side of life. As a majority of his time is spent in sand, this sometimes stops him dead in his tracks and forces him to rely on more unsightly garb; if he can stand the heat or is outside of Sunagakure, however, he tries to look as nice as possible.
He has a large array of dress shirts and dress pants at the ready, but also has cloaks and straw hats to brave the harsher sides of Sunagakure's weather.
Personality Description: Kellerin is often interpreted by others as a stick-in-the-mud or a coward. In his words, he's a realist. He loathes going up against impossible odds, and operates on a firm logic.
He's often a voice of reason amidst insanity; though a lot of the time more negative than he needs to be. He prefers to have full information on an opponent than to wander into an uncertain outcome, and will often refrain from direct confrontation until sufficient information has been gathered.
His one weakness to this is when someone close to him is in danger. He can only become brave and even reckless when doing it to ensure the safety of someone else. Other times he is more reserved in the midst of such conflict, or even frightened if it's obvious his opponent is above him.
Outside of battle, he's fairly outgoing. He talks to people, but isn't the apple of anyone's eye. He gets along with most people, but doesn't particularly brighten up anyone's day with his presence. He likes to have fun, but doesn't go out of control.
Likes: Quiet, fancy clothing, reading.
Dislikes: Loud people, sand, insects.

History: Kellerin grew up in a rather normal home. As part of the Vendextrous clan, he lived in a middle class home that made a decent living for themselves. Neither of his parents were shinobi, and sheltered their son quite desperately to prevent him from such ideals.
However, fate had other plans for the boy.
One day, out of nowhere a group of bandits attacked Kellerin and his family in the middle of a trip back to Sunagakure after a vacation with some relatives from another village.
Their supplies were plundered and the family was left deeply scarred.
Before the bandits could escape with their newly earned reward, a jounin of Sunagakure intercepted the group.
It was over before Kellerin could receive the information that a conflict had begun, and it was a sight that continued to amaze him to this day. The bandits were all subdued, not killed, and restrained very heftily.
The family's supplies were returned, and the jounin traveled with them the rest of their way back to the village.
Before the jounin could depart their company to report to the Kazekage, Kellerin tugged on him and asked how he could become strong like that. The veteran ninja smiled and responded with something that Kellerin took to heart and kept in the back of his head every day thereafter.

After finally allowing the jounin to leave, Kellerin began to seek out the ninja academy for training, and enrolled as soon as possible. Not just to prevent something like the bandit attack from happening again, but to become something like the one who saved him that day.
He quickly discovered a gift for weapons, as well as began honing himself in the art of Ninjutsu to a higher degree than others his age. He has, in addition, more recently discovered a talent for the techniques of Jiton. As such, at least during his academy days, he was very well unmatched with his weapon usage due to the magnetism he could control.
Kellerin's cautious and analyzing nature on his best days put him near the top of his class, while his more cowardly and reluctant side on his worst days would have one perceive him as the class clown.
Nevertheless, he worked hard at his studies, and recently graduated from the academy. At the moment he awaits a team to be assigned to, and from there, the true road to improvement.
