Description: This technique despite its name has absolutely nothing to do with genjutsu. This technique is a signature of Hakai's, an advanced version of hidden mist jutsu; without using water elemental chakra. Instead of using standard water as a source to create a mist, Hakai uses chakra to create a black mist. The veil works similarly to Hidden Mist jutsu, creating a massive battlefield sized obstruction, preventing any vision from everyone inside. Sight even an inch from ones face is impossible, ones own limbs are lost in the mist.
Preventing sight is only the beginning, for this black mist houses 10 clones. The clones move throughout the mist racing around opponents, leading them to believe they are about to be attack. As the opponent reaches striking distance, nothing will happen. For the clones can cause no physical harm, they are basic clones. Targets trapped in the mist are unaware of this fact. They only hear the foot steps approaching or the noise of an attack about to hit them. They may even be alerted by advanced sense or a doujutsu to enhance their vision. They think they are being toyed with unable to actually see the clones causing the confusion. These clones are controlled by the caster. Due to the nature of the technique it is easily thought to be genjutsu. The mist is able to render most doujutsu useless, like hidden mist technique.
Weakness: Takes sight away from caster, targets and allies.

Hand Seals/Charge up: Index and middle finger erect, one handed seal.
Description: Member of the Hozuki clan can create a special and unique type of water clone. Using both water and hydration chakra, the clones like their  creator are able to take on his hydration body. Allowing them all the same physical advantages of his kekkei genkai. Making them a very powerful technique, with the same weaknesses as well. This jutsu once formed requires no chakra. As long as their is a continuous water supply for them to rebuild. Making the hidden mist village idea for this technique. If the opponent only cause physical damage to the clone it will reform immediately, like the user.  The jutsu will reuse its own water it was originally made from, before using outside sources. They have 1/2 the chakra the user did and are limited to]water techniques.
Weakness: Lightning ninjutsu, clones have limited range, only able to preform water elemental techniques.

Description: The user will cause a blast of water from a near by source(10 meters) or from their mouth to blast towards a target in the form a dragon. The impact is enough to smash a through a large tree or cause broken bones. Upon crashing the water from the technique shapes back into a 10 meter water dragon; made from hydration chakra. Which is capable of hitting the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water. Because this dragon is made from hydration water chakra, it is able to continually reform when it take physical damage. After its creation it needs no amount of chakra to reform just a sufficient water source. . Or it will reform into a smaller version of the dragon. Once formed the dragon is able to strike hard enough to cause   bruising. The dragon is also capable of swallowing an opponent with the attempts to drown them.
Weakness: Lightning ninjutsu C rank or higher, disperses the technique, must stay within 20 meters of the user, lasts 5 posts.

Description: A member of the Hozuki clan is capable of interjecting the path of a water elemental technique. Accomplishing this task by using their hydration body to absorb it the water technique. Taking the water into their own body and expanding appropriately. They are also able to do this when near a large body of water. They can then use it to increase parts of their body or their entire body if they please. This can also be used on ally or enemy jutsu through the user's hydration technique.
Weakness: C rank cost while water is held.

Hand Seals/Charge up: Single seal and blast from mouth.
Description: This defensive and offensive jutsu, the technique creates a wall of  rushing water around the user. The amount of water is that of Bursting Water Wave jutsu. The water is summoned in front of Hakai from the mouth. It blasts forward in a rapid counter clock wise rotation around the Hakai, to block a incoming attack. As the technique blast around Hakai it launches forward in a powerful aquatic attack sent at the opponent. The rushing wave like technique can knock over most tree, push loose earth and carry off horse sized animals.  It is able to easily block elemental attacks, because of its size. It also is able to absorb lightning techniques due to water being conductive.
Weakness: Traps user as technique unfolds.

Name: Water Clone: Projectiles

Description: The user throws 1 shuriken ( or any other tool ) and makes hand seals to make copies of them with Water chakra. Just like shadow clones but made of water. They will stay as weapons even after they hit. They gain the physical properties of the item.
Makes up to 10 copies.

Bump this back to B-rank. This black mist you're using is actually more advantageous and thicker than the D-rank Hidden Mist. You can still see inches in front of yer with the Hidden Mist, and it looks like Zabuza has to keep the mist up by constantly keeping a semi-Tiger hand seal up, whereas in this mist, it'd remain active so long as your chakra is fueling it. Zabuza could control the thickness of his mist depending on the chakra kneaded in the first place. And the clones just add onto the complexity of the technique. Lower the amount of clones down to 4 or 5.

Remove this too. As I explained to another Kiri ninja, sensors are still able to find you because sensory jutsu has shown the ability to detect the raw amount of chakra, and unless you divide half of your chakra into this mist, sensors will be able to find you very easily.

How many copies are made? Where will the water come from that is being used to copy the ninja tools?

Changes made, I lefts the clones however. Because they really are an E rank jutsu. A genin can make a mass of them. Kakashi made 200 on the naruto bridge right before he collapsed, they are like no chakra. But if you still think I should alter I will.

How many copies are made? Where will the water come from that is being used to copy the ninja tools?

It will be created from the water chakra like water clones.

Well, it's actually sex... but babies can result from it, of course. With the gametes of a man and a woman meeting, the zygote will be produced, and no other sperm cells can't get in. The zygote will develop into an embryo, go through all of that differentiation and morphogenesis in the woman's ovula, and yeah. That how you born. And that how I born. That how we all born.

Forbidden Genjutsu: Hells Mist:
Fair enough, although I'm not sure if you can create multiple clones with the clone jutsu as the Clone Rules state that only one clone can be produced with any type of clone jutsu, so I was giving you the extra quantity, just at a fewer amount. This can be addressed in the near future.

Water Clones: Water Projectile:
So you'll make one water shuriken/kunai/etc. clone per use of the jutsu?
