Looks Description: Black hair with a long, girly/manly ponytail tied 'round him. Edges of his hair covers the sides of his head and bangs stop just a centimeter above his eyebrows. has a ninja mask that's tied around the lower half of his face and neck using a rather durable band that can help protect the user from pointed projectiles, although the mask itself is of a pretty light fabric. For clothing, Jotaro wears a thick black straightjacket that can be magnetized as it's partially composed of magnetite and neodymium. The same can be said for his black ninja leggings. He wears leather shoes. Ninja pouches located at hip areas, and his headband is located on his right arm.
Overall has a pretty sharp face and semi-athletic in build.
Personality Description: Loyal to the Amekage and Amegakure's cause, Jotaro is one of Amegakure's finest ANBU black ops in history, serving as its proud ANBU Captain. Always alert, Jotaro can be described to be a paranoid, meticulous, and detail-oriented individual, which can press upon the privacy matters of others, but all in good will in the name of the Amekage and Amegakure. He has no qualms about interrupting conversations and assemblies and use violent force in order to resolve the situation. He is the type to employ a variety of strategies, switching between them in order to accomplish his job quicker, although this may be a bit inefficient.
Likes: Moon-gazing, falling from heights to test endurance, playing tag, fire.
Dislikes: Missing Ninja, mud, and genjutsu.

Description: Utilizing his Magnet Release kekkei genkai to magnetize a large quantity of shuriken, Toroi then throws them in the direction of his opponent. Any individual that comes into direct contact with these shuriken are themselves magnetized; as such, it is crucial that the opponent avoids all of them as even a single deflection will result in the production of a powerful magnetic field around their body. Anything that touches something he has already magnetized, and so on Once the person has been magnetized, Toroi can manipulate the magnetic field in such a manner as to make any subsequent attack using a metallic weapon impossible to evade. The weapon thrown doesn't need to be specifically shuriken. It can be kunai, senbon or, any metallic material the user prefers.

Description: Jotaro forms a 6-foot long lightning spear from his hands and then launches it (moves at Taijutsu Adept speeds). It'll transverse aerial distances until it lands upon a surface, where electricity will spread outwards from the tip in a 10-meter radius, shocking anyone that is caught in it continuously for one full turn (until the next time they post after they get hit) that their movements would be severely dulled and erratic.
Weakness: Tipping the lightning spear off while it's moving through the air by anymore than an inch will cause it immediately explode without landing on a surface - this can be caused by virtually anything (even a kunai thrown with enough force) aside from natural gravity and forces like that.

Weakness: Small size and brightness makes it easy to notice and dodge from even several meters away (unless you have no reaction perk whatsoever).

Description: Jotaro casts electricity from the palms of his hand that he can freely manipulate the direction of. Anyone who gets hit by this will be electrocuted violently to the point that half of their body would be charred, but it also has its uses in amplifying (or being amplified by) conductive materials. The electricity can also spread through conductive materials if they're in contact with each other, adding its electrocution power and standard electrical properties to the conducted material. If conducted through water, then opponents will be knocked out from this attack for a lengthy period of time.

Description: Wind Release: Great Breakthrough is a relatively simple technqiue where the user creates a sudden intense burst of wind. This technique requires no hand seals or physical action to perform, and they can choose which direction the burst of wind shall travel towards. This attack can knock aside any projectiles flying opposed to it as well as greatly improve the velocity of those flying inside of it [three times faster than normal] and can send anyone who is not using Supernatural Walking Practice flying backwards several metres. In addition, a katon technique of at least C rank can set this burst of wind ablaze, causing it to form a massive raging torrent equal to B-ranked damage.

Description: Jotaro blows out a compressed sharp wave of wind from his mouth that is capable of slicing through solid rock and even metals (up to iron). Jotaro can also "open" up the wave, decompressing its cutting power in favor of a more non-lethal attack although it still applies great force (usually used to propel objects and accelerate them significantly to a very fast speed).
Weakness: Jotaro can alter the direction of the wind wave by moving his head, however, but not until the wind wave reaches a surface or its normal range limit.

Description: Jotaro can create an attractive magnetic field on anything he touches. If one or two magnetic objects are within 10 meters of that magnetic field, Jotaro can pull them towards it with a strong magnetic force, and practically stick them there for 1 full turn. Jotaro can also do this with metallic objects without having to touch them to create the magnetic field, so long as it's within 10 meters.
Weakness: Taijutsu Adepts and above can break out of this with sheer power

Description: By generating a thirty(30) meter radius magnetic field, the user is able to manipulate any magnetic object that enters the field's area of effect. This jutsu allows the user free use of their hands and, control the movements of weapons at the same time. As a by product of this technique, throwing and, physical weaponry are rendered useless because, the user is easily capable of stopping attacks from such tools from reaching them. (objects when manipulated move at a speed reflecting adept skill level in weaponry.)
Weakness: Can only manipulate a maximum of twenty(20) objects at a time. If an attacked is landed on the user, he loses brief control of the weapons (1 post.) until they can commence manipulating them again. (Jutsu is still active.)

Description: Jotaro can magnetize one object that will, upon activation of the jutsu, momentarily attract up to twenty other magnetic objects within 20 meters of itself so that they all stick together to create one unique, magnetic structure. Afterwards, the magnetic structure will disperse in a violent manner, sending the magnetic objects downwards moving at Taijutsu Mastery speeds (this includes the free-fall acceleration) raining upon the enemy.
Weakness: Destruction of the central-magnetized object will cancel out the jutsu.
