Description: Compressed wind by two hands becomes like a saw blade or a Shiruken however this cannot be thrown but used like a weapon to slice through objects or people in one quick swoop. Objects could be as thick or strong as a large tree making it useful against wood jutsu. Once it is used up it just disappears leaving no one to try to take use of it against the user and also less worry for cleaning or caring of a weapon.
Weakness:
If fire jutsu is tagged onto it, it will burn the user's hands
If used improperly it can cut the user
This jutsu cannot cut through other weapons
