Description: A traditional method in Tai Chi teachings, when suspended from the ground by an opponent upon an upward movement the user can seize an opening for a counter-attack. By, relaxing the whole body and concentrating their focus and strength to the opponents neck they will force it upward, thus causing the neck bone to become crooked. This action causes enough pain to force an opponent to put the user down out of an involuntary reaction. At this moment the user will turn their body to position their leg in front of the user and by transferring their weight they can send the opponent tumbling about five (5) feet away.
Weakness: The user must be off of the ground and also in physical contact with an opposing person in order for this movement to work.

Description: When facing in front of an opponent, whether they be attacking or not, the user will shift his weight and stance toward the area inside between he and his opponent while simultaneously parrying his arms to the outside area of an attacking arm or chosen arm. By swinging his arms back around from the previous direction and pushing up on the opponents outside arm both of the opponent's arms and body will abruptly follow by the shifting force. Using the same hand that pushed up on the opponent's arm, the user will grip that arm and will continue the motion by using the leg from the side the attack started on, swinging it backward causing the user to perform a half-spin and using this moment they will send an opponent tumbling away in that direction about five feet (5 Ft.)
Weakness: The user must be close enough to initiate the first movement which sets off the chain of events. Also, the users hands must be unoccupied to initiate the grab and swing.

Description: When faced with a forward striking opponent the user will intercept the incoming attack with their forearm and move it the appropriate outside location, in the midst grabbing ahold of the opponent's arm and guiding it inward toward the outside region of the opposite side of their body. The users body will be forced to teeter backward on one leg with the other being raised at the knee at a 90° angle, as a result they will quickly shift which hand holds the opponent. This causes an opponents body to become unbalanced and they will rock forward on an unsupported leg, from this the user will teeter forward and from there other techniques can be established.
Weakness: Striking at the leg that the user is teetering on will force them to become unbalanced and fall to the ground if an applicable force is not applied to the countering-strike.

Description: Though elementary in nature, this technique simply uses the user's foot to come crashing down on an opponents foot, the degree of damage caused to an opponent is based upon the users Taijutsu Spec. A D rank equivalent of this technique can be performed through the simultaneous use of the Puredetā Hijutsu: Suishin no Jutsu | Puredetā Art: Propulsion Technique to increase the destructive and driving force of the overall technique by one tier and capable of piercing defenses below the user up to a single rank higher.

    Basic | Those of a single Taijutsu Spec. lower than the user will experience major bruising in the afflicted area, a second well timed strike will cause the foot to be broken.
    Adept | Those of a single Taijutsu Spec. lower than the user will experience broken bones in the afflicted area, a second well timed strike will cause the foot to require immediate medical attention because nearly all of the bones in the afflicted area will be completely broken.
    Mastery | Those of a single Taijutsu Spec. lower than the user will experience nearly all broken bones in the afflicted area.

Weakness: An opponent with an equivalent or higher Taijutsu Spec will not experience any damage other than slight pain from blocking this technique at E Rank.

Description: A simple technique that delivers damage to an opponent equivalent to their Taijutsu Spec. through the use of their shoulder. By shifting their weight forward the user will thrust their shoulder into the shoulder or armpit of an opponent. If applied to the shoulder of an opponent it will simply knock them off balance with two to three retreating steps, but if applied into the armpit it will knock them off balance and send them tumbling backward five feet (5 Ft.).

A D rank equivalent is applicable through additional use of the Puredetā Hijutsu: Suishin no Jutsu | Puredetā Art: Propulsion Technique. The built up chakra enriched steam will propel the user's shoulder forward at an increased rate, the driving power added by the propulsion allows one to deal enough damage to cause the inflicted area's strength to be diminished by one (1) tier for two (2) posts
Weakness: Users with Taijutsu of a single rank high will merely step back or not budge at all depending on physical characteristics. A Taijutsu technique of the same rank applied by an opponent of an equal or greater Taijutsu Spec. as the user can intercept this technique.

Description: A technique only available to Puredetā members with a Sensory Spec, after completing the hand seals a user will then begin to sense chakra through the medium of one of their five senses. Certain senses such as a users ability to hear and taste can not be paired with this technique due to their complexity. Each of the available senses experiences a different sensation when it comes to chakra which can be found listed below:

  • Touch | When this technique is active the user can literally feel chakra emanating from objects upon the raised hairs of their skin. Shinobi or objects with incredibly large volumes of chakra can be felt an extra 5 meters away, this applies to shinobi of a single Tier level and objects of higher rank than the user's own. To the skin the chakra appears to vibrate more intensely as they get closer to the source of the user.
  • Sight | When this technique is active the user can see items and individuals with a chakra source, their mass will be consumed by what looks like a flame, which in reality is their chakra.
  • Smell | When this technique is active the user can depict what chakra nature an opponent last used through a smell given off by the their bodies. Each chakra nature has a unique characteristic to its smell: Katon = Peppers, Fūton = Garlic, Raiton = Lemons, Doton = Morning Dew, Suiton = A Sea Breeze. Chakra Natures composed of multiple elements will smell like the two elements its comprised of.

Weakness: The user must have a Sensory Spec. While this technique is active the user can not activate or stack on the abilities of Puredetā Hijutsu: Gokan o burendo no Jutsu | Puredetā Art: Blended Senses Technique using that sense. Chakra Masking techniques of an equivalent rank and higher can fool the sense of Sight & Smell.

Description: Before administering a physical strike the user will build up chakra within the special glands of their body at a predetermined area, chakra enriched steam will build up before being released from the body in a three foot (3 ft.) spray. The thermal properties of the heated steam are not hot enough to cause any damage toward an opponent, it's true purpose is in its' ability to draw a reaction from an opponent, thus creating an opening for a counter-attack.
Weakness: Those with heat sensing capabilities can gauge the steam's temperature and see through the feint.

Only thing I have to say before all techniques are approved is that you must have Sensory Adept before you can start distinguishing chakra natures, the chakra pool of an individual, etc according to the CS system.

Name: Shinsei no Godaime Mizukage | Rebirth of the Fifth Mizukage

Description: The first of two Signature fighting style's passed down through Puredeta lineage, this one in particular is derived from a false translation of the Godaime Mizukage's lineage, made possible through the combined use of Jōki Kikan no Jutsu | Steam Engine Technique and Suiton | Water Release techniques. Throughout the process of kneading Suiton | Water Release chakra in a Puredetā's stomach they simultaneously use the Jōki Kikan no Jutsu | Steam Engine Technique, this pairing of the  two results in boiling hot liquids being expelled from their bodies, the degree of burning to an inflicted area is directly correlated to the amount of chakra expended. After it's initial use, it only requires a D Rank upkeep until the three post limit is up wherein the user will have to pay for the technique in its entirety again. Unlike the true nature of Mei Terumi's Boil Release wherein PH values are changed, this technique makes use of the literal translation by using Boiling Hot Water.

  • B Rank | Although normally second degree burns with a partial thickness effect would succumb to opponents when a B Rank amount of chakra is expended by a Puredetā member, due to having to heat up a foreign liquid source within the interior of their body, techniques of this nature will deliver First Degree Burns.  
  • A Rank | Although normally second degree burns with a full thickness effect would succumb to opponents when an A Rank amount of chakra is expended by a Puredetā member, due to having to heat up a foreign liquid source within the interior of their body, techniques of this nature will deliver Second Degree Burns with a partial thickness effect. Remaining in the liquid for Two (2) Posts will then result in Second Degree Burns, but with a full thickness effect.
  • S Rank | Although normally third degree burns would succumb to opponents when an S Rank amount of chakra is expended by a Puredetā member, due to having to heat up a foreign liquid source within the interior of their body, techniques of this nature will deliver Second Degree Burns with a full thickness effect. Remaining in the liquid for a single post after the initial post will then result in Third Degree Burns.

Weakness: Do not come in contact with the water. Defenses of the same rank and higher can shield an opponent, while Earth Release Techniques of a single rank lower can shield opponents up to the A Rank expenditure. Characteristics such as the water bubbling and boiling are clear indicators. Techniques will not discriminate between friend and foe.

Description: The Second and the last of the two Signature fighting styles passed down through Puredetā lineage, it's roots lie in the fighting style utilized by the one known as Han, Jinchūriki of the Five-Tails and often regarded as the founder of Puredetā clan. This style of fighting is composed of Taijutsu strikes enhanced by the powers of the Jōki Kikan no Jutsu | Steam Engine Technique to create a formidable Steam Taijutsu combo. The built up pressure allowing not only for the users strength to increase beyond those in the same tier, as seen in the Steam Engine Technique, but the pressure now augmenting their speed beyond those of the same tier, this increase in speed proving a challenge to untrained eyes at the Adept level of Bukijutsu and Unmastered Two Tomoe Sharingan. Physical strikes and Steam based techniques released from the user will follow the B Rank guidelines under the clan abilities.

Due to the mass production of pressurized steam in their bodies, the user can afford to expend some of it without the assistance of chakra, thus every two posts that this technique is active the user can perform up to two (2) D Rank techniques or one (1) C Rank technique Steam based technique without the cost of chakra.

Throughout the entirety of this techniques use the Jōki Kikan no Jutsu | Steam Engine Technique is the constant supplier to all that is granted, thus the upkeep of a D Rank amount stems from that after the initial activation amount is paid by this technique.

Weakness: Physical contact must be made in order to succumb to the effects of this technique. Those of a single tier higher than the user in Taijutsu and of an increased Adept or Mastery tier in Bukijutsu can keep up and/or evade the user. Only Taijutsu and Steam based jutsu can be used in this form.


Name: Puredetā Hijutsu: Suishin no Jutsu | Puredetā  Art: Double Propulsion Technique

Description: A somewhat of an upgrade to the original Suishin no Jutsu | Propulsion Technique where in the user incorporates the addition of his other leg, thus increasing the overall distance and force at which the user is expelled. Working much the same way as the parent jutsu, the user will circulate their unique chakra throughout their feet causing the sweat glands to heat up and the contents inside to boil until it is converted into a pressurized chakra enriched steam. Through the action of stomping or pushing the user will expel said steam and be thrust in a given direction so long as there is an opposing force to counter the push. This technique can be performed while in mid-air, but the overall distance becomes halved. Those that come into contact with the steam will succumb to first degree burns.
Weakness: Must have an opposing force on land. Distance is halved in air.

Description: With most of their techniques, the user incorporates a fighting style named Cannon Fist Tai Chi with the chakra enriched Steam produced by their bodies to create a formidable defense. A member of the Puredetā clan focuses on circulating their unique chakra throughout their bodies, in turn this causes their special glands to heat up and the contents inside of them begin to convert to built up chakra enriched steam. This Steam, once chakra is no longer provided to the given areas, will be expelled from the pores all across the user's body, thus creating a semi-dense sphere of chakra enriched steam at a one meter (1 M) radius with the user at the center. The force at which the Steam is expelled causes the user to be lifted from the ground, in addition, temperature of said steam is capable of causing first degree burns upon contact. Such an act repels most techniques as soon as they hit the sphere. Lastly, weaponry techniques that are repelled or touch this steam will have their metal's heated to a point where it is impossible to hold without a type of resistance for a single post.


Weakness: Earth Release techniques of an equal rank and higher can breakthrough this defense quite easily. The strength of the Steam against physical attacks is relative to the user's own Taijutsu Tier, higher tiers will pierce straight through with no degree of burn affects, but lower ranks will succumb to 1st degree burns.

Description: This technique is means of self-defense, after being struck the user will simply allow their bodies to go limp and fall to the ground in the direction of the punch, it seemingly appearing as if that one strike took them out. In reality this is a feint, the position of the strike being anticipated beforehand and as a result the body will shift away at the last possible second, thus minimalizing the damage they struck. Now where the offensive portion comes into play, before hitting the ground the user will release a jet of pressurized chakra enriched steam against the flooring below them, thus quickly rebounding the user onto the opponent like a whiplash and delivering a counter-strike enhanced by the abilities of the Jōki Kikan no Jutsu | Steam Engine Technique. The speeds at which the jet of steam is emitted and the user being lashed back against an opponent is equivalent to the users Taijutsu Tier.

Weakness: Those of adept in Bukijutsu or an Unmastered Two Tomoe Sharingan and higher have a chance to evade and if they posses the same mastery in Taijutsu as the user they can block the strike.

Description: A signature technique developed by Rōarku Puredetā involving the combined efforts of his skill in Taijutsu and the product of his lineage. While within the air the user will thrust their palms skyward while simultaneously releasing a jet of steam which stops and redirects the users momentum, thus sending them rocketing to the ground and creating hundreds of thousands of cracks within the given area. From here the technique works in one of two ways:

  • Instant: Upon crashing to the ground the user will release a great amount of steam from the soles of their feet, by utilizing the radius of the cracks within the earth the user will have it erupt up like a geyser with them at the center. If within the given radius this technique not only throws an opponent off balance but also sends them ten (10) feet into the air.
  • Build-up: Upon crashing to the ground the user will build-up a great amount of steam which accumulates in their soles, the radius of the cracks will be used in much the same manner, but the user will not release their steam. This manner of building it up is followed by a stomp to the ground utilizing their strength in Taijutsu to increase the distance of the crack lines within the ground and the distance of the technique by 5 M. From here the user will release the built-up steam and carry out the technique in the same manner as the above.

Weakness: Must have Taijutsu Adept. The steam released from the ground will not result in any burns to the opponent. Only affects those within the given area, does not discriminate between friend and foe. The user must stay within the radius of the crack lines in order to use the Build-up way.


Name: Buraindotacchi no Jutsu | Blind Touch Technique

Description: A signature technique developed by Rōarku Puredetā involving the combined efforts of their skill in Bukijutsu and the product of their lineage. Utilized through the use of  Gokan o Burendo, the user will link together their sense of Sight with their sense of Touch which effectively turns them blind, this can be seen visually by their iris' turning pale. Beneficially, the user's enhanced sense of touch extends to their eyes turning them into something akin to acoustic lens', thus allowing the user to see through vibrations that objects or people make within the given range. Now with this increased field of vision the users skill in the art of Bukijutsu comes into play, this now allowing them predictive capabilities in combat by interpreting the direction of vibrations made by an opponent when on the same medium.

Weakness: Does not work as effectively on those of a single Taijutsu Tier above the user. All other enhanced senses range's are halved during the use of this technique. Throughout the use of this technique the user's other senses can not be linked together.

Weakness: Futon techniques of the same rank as the one that was absorbed will disperse the expansion, but another of an equal or greater rank will be required to completely disperse the technique. Steam must be collected within two posts of the technique occurring.

Description: Like other clone techniques, this techniques makes a replica of the user with the exception being that the clone is composed entirely of pressurized steam. This technique traditionally uses the steam from the user's body to develop the clone, it can revert portions of it's body to steam to cause first degree burns to those delivering a physical strike. However, a sufficient enough attack or one that destroys the entirety of the clone will cause the technique to dismiss. As the technique dismisses a small scale explosion occurs forcing those of a single Taijutsu tier lower than the user to be pushed back five feet (5 Ft.) and succumb to slight first degree burns.
Weakness: Clone Rules, Only Steam Based Jutsu can be used by the Clone.

Description: A signature technique developed by none other than the Apex Predator himself, Rōarku Puredetā. This technique works in one of two ways. The first occurring when the user supplies chakra to the sweat glands in their palms, the contents of these glands begin to boil then rapidly produce steam, in the process the users hands begin to glow red. Using their chakra as a shell, the user will build up pressurized steam in the form of a misty white sphere that when met with an opposing force will cause an explosion whose destructive prowess becomes based upon the chakra expended. A veil of steam will be released in the wake of the explosion.

The second method utilizes a D rank amount of chakra that goes into coating their hands in a cloud of steam, these steam gloves acts to collect steam from previous techniques that reside in the surrounding area and use this in the process of pressurizing and creating the sphere, thus eliminating having to produce it oneself. In order for it to work enough steam must be left over from a residing jutsu to cause the explosion effect: I.e. C Rank Steam Technique = C Rank Explosion, etc… Two (2) D Rank techniques worth of steam can be utilized to create a C Rank Explosion.

  • C Rank | Explosion
  • Blast Radius: 15 M
  • Burn effect: Those caught within 5 M of the explosions origins will receive C Rank Burns in accordance with the Clan Guidelines in addition to concussive damage. Weakness: Defenses of the a single higher rank can shield a person, the exception being Doton | Earth Release techniques which can shield at the same rank up until the A rank. Those of a higher tier can resist concussive damage and blow back. The user is exempt from the burn effects, but they can still be knocked away because of the techniques concussive nature. Discoloration of the hands is a giveaway. Must have previously used a technique in order for the 2nd method. The steam veil lasts for two posts.

Note***: The user can  not use the steam from this technique right after to perform it again, another technique must be utilized to keep the steam from dissipating.

Description: A signature technique developed by Rōarku Puredetā involving the combined efforts of his skill in Taijutsu and the product of his lineage. While within the air the user will thrust their palms skyward while simultaneously releasing a jet of steam which stops and redirects the users momentum, thus sending them rocketing to the ground and creating hundreds of thousands of cracks within the given area. From here the technique works in one of two ways:

  • Instant: Upon crashing to the ground the user will release a great amount of steam from the soles of their feet, by utilizing the radius of the cracks within the earth the user will have it erupt up like a geyser with them at the center. If within the given radius this technique not only throws an opponent off balance but also sends them ten (10) feet into the air.
  • Build-up: Upon crashing to the ground the user will build-up a great amount of steam which accumulates in their soles, the radius of the cracks will be used in much the same manner, but the user will not release their steam. This manner of building it up is followed by a stomp to the ground utilizing their strength in Taijutsu to increase the distance of the crack lines within the ground and the distance of the technique by 5 M. From here the user will release the built-up steam and carry out the technique in the same manner as the above.

Weakness: Must have Taijutsu Adept. The steam released from the ground will not result in any burns to the opponent. Only affects those within the given area, does not discriminate between friend and foe. The user must stay within the radius of the crack lines in order to use the Build-up way.

Description: A signature technique developed by Rōarku Puredetā involving the combined efforts of their skill in Bukijutsu and the product of their lineage. Utilized through the use of  Gokan o Burendo, the user will link together their sense of Sight with their sense of Touch which effectively turns them blind, this can be seen visually by their iris' turning pale. Beneficially, the user's enhanced sense of touch extends to their eyes turning them into something akin to acoustic lens', thus allowing the user to see through vibrations that objects or people make within the given range. Now with this increased field of vision the users skill in the art of Bukijutsu comes into play, this now allowing them predictive capabilities in combat by interpreting the direction of vibrations made by an opponent when on the same medium.

Weakness: Does not work as effectively on those of a single Taijutsu Tier above the user. All other enhanced senses range's are halved during the use of this technique. Throughout the use of this technique the user's other senses can not be linked together.

However, a sufficient enough attack or one that destroys the entirety of the clone will cause the technique to dismiss. As the technique dismisses a small scale explosion occurs forcing those of a single Taijutsu tier lower than the user to be pushed back five feet (5 Ft.) and succumb to slight first degree burns.

Description: A signature technique developed by none other than the Apex Predator himself, Rōarku Puredetā. This technique works in one of two ways. The first occurring when the user supplies chakra to the sweat glands in their palms, the contents of these glands begin to boil then rapidly produce steam, in the process the users hands begin to glow red. Using their chakra as a shell, the user will build up pressurized steam in the form of a misty white sphere that when met with an opposing force will cause an explosion whose destructive prowess becomes based upon the chakra expended. A veil of steam will be released in the wake of the explosion.

The second method utilizes a D rank amount of chakra that goes into coating their hands in a cloud of steam, these steam gloves acts to collect steam from previous techniques that reside in the surrounding area and use this in the process of pressurizing and creating the sphere, thus eliminating having to produce it oneself. In order for it to work enough steam must be left over from a residing jutsu to cause the explosion effect: I.e. C Rank Steam Technique = C Rank Explosion, etc… Two (2) D Rank techniques worth of steam can be utilized to create a C Rank Explosion.
