Description: After performing the correct hand seals a fuinjutsu application will appear on Izo's palm, which palm is up to Izo at the time. The seal resembles that of a circle with four outwards facing small triangles around the circle. Upon placing the seal on an object Izo then activates the seal and a propulsion of chakra will erupt from the applied fuinjutsu. The propulsion having the strength to knock away projectiles, stop a falling person, or levitate if placed on the ground. The jutsu's propulsion of chakra is also enough to kill if placed correctly but since the propulsion is wide-spread it won't slice through, only push with great force therefore crushing what's caught in the cone if placed correctly that is. The propulsion of chakra itself being a cone expanding to 3m originating from the fuinjutsu application. Activated with the Snake hand seal.
Notes: It should also be noted that Izo can choose whether or not to have this fuinjutsu application be dangerous. That means that he can use it for supplementary purposes such as a speed increase. When using this fuinjutsu application anything caught with the speed increase moves at two tiers higher in taijutsu speed capping at adept leaving no increase in master and not going further than master.

Description: This technique works like the simple Chakra Thread Technique in that Izo would attach his threads to an object and work them manually just as if he were using the normal Chakra Thread Technique. However, this technique is a variation of said technique by simple chakra thread manipulation. Izo has brilliantly thought of a way to manipulate his already attached chakra threads to other things by stemming smaller chakra threads from the original threads enhancing his ability to control multiple things at once.

Izo can also use the manipulation of the threads to use them offensively. For example, stemming the chakra threads by splitting them up would make the jutsu capable of attacking for him. This means that once stemmed, the stemmed chakra strings can be manipulated at will by Izo, if he created them, and can be used a piercing tools as well as controlling whatever it is he's controlling with the original chakra threads. Max amount of stemmed chakra threads is four from one string. Meaning after controlling one object with Chakra Threads, he is capable of making four more of that same chakra string and use it offensively while also keeping in control of the object he was originally controlling.
Weakness: Can't use hand seals while using this technique.

Chakra Threads: Need a weakness. Most likely can't perform hand seals because you're controlling the threads with your hands~

By flooding extra chakra into his chakra threads, Izo has the capability to effectively halt the opponent's ability to control whatever it is they're controlling by overpowering their chakra threads entirely. The jutsu lasts for the topic or until his chakra threads are severed.
Notes:

  • Power struggles can occur seeing as nothing is absolute all in its own.
  • The victor of the power struggles goes to whoever has the higher tier in Puppetry.
    • If the tiers are equal between the shinobi then the higher rank will win. If the rank is equal then the jutsu will simply not be effective.

The plain circle Izo draws will emit a dome of his own chakra that will be invisible of sorts. The opponent will be able to see a certain white glow about Izo and things inside of the dome, or if you're looking through it, will get distorted on the edges as if they were extremely hot and your eyes play tricks on you. However the invisibility doesn't last, for when an opponent gets close to the dome it reveals itself as chakra by turning to the color "blue", only turning this color when they physically attack it. The jutsu can block techniques up to it's own rank but has a natural weakness to the earth style as it can go underneath the dome and attack Izo through the unaffected ground beneath him. The dome lasts for two turns (time starting when Izo activates the technique) or can be destroyed by any technique A rank or above. It should be noted that Izo cannot control the chakra dome to attack anyone in any way shape or form. After drawing the circle the user will then perform the Tiger hand seal.

Description: Sloth is a juinjutsu that Izo found while researching such techniques in the library of the Cloud. While researching, Izo found a certain way to place mental anguish onto his opponents without the use of genjutsu. This juinjutsu isn't like Orochimaru's, it does not grant special abilities, instead it simply gives the opponent mental pain and dark thoughts of suicide, not only that, but it also will stop the use of KKG in the affected person. After performing said handseals, Izo would put the chakra necessary for such a technique into his pointer finger and his middle finger, touch the desired affected place and the Sloth will appear. Sloth appears as four lines pointing outwards that are joined in the middle of the four lines. Sloth brings a lot of pain to the opponent in the form of foreign chakra finding it's way into them and practically latching onto the opponent's chakra system blocking KKG usage. This chakra is ominous and the reason for the suicidal thoughts along with the pain. The pain is so great that it effectively cancels the use of KKG for a short amount of time, enough for the infected to get used to the extra chakra in his or her body to function. (4 posts)
Weakness: Can be unsealed by an equally ranked unsealing technique. Can still use jutsu that doesn't involve chakra while under the influence of Sloth. Doesn't stop advanced elements, only a doujutsu or something of that nature.

Hmm.... Would said "Power Struggles" still deduct the amount of chakra put into the puppet from each user. Meaning, if user used Mimicry and target resisted with 100 chakras and user put in 110, would user lose 110 Chakra and target lose 100?

Sloth Curse: More startup would be nice. On top of that, it gives no clear representation of pain other than that its painful. Also, many KKG such as Sharingan or Uzumaki activate in this type of situation specifically, why would this tech prevent those?

That's... Not how this works... More complicated Fuinjutsu require more complicated seals. With CS mastery levels, you can draw them faster tho

It's rly not. There are no boosts. There is simply drawbacks for opponents just like a jutsu should be. Please reconsider :/

You have to draw the circle on the ground around you in some way.

There'd be either one of these two weaknesses I'd like you to add (you choose one):
- This barrier does not people from entering it, as it only repels chakra attacks.
- You cannot leave or de-activate the barrier while it is on.


Sloth Curse: This is still denied, as you are putting a curse seal on somebody.

Description: Chakra is kneaded within the body and then changed into special chemical substances which is then ejected through the mouth. When said chakra that was previously kneaded reaches oxygen the chemicals mix causing a poisonous reaction within the chakra. However, instead of expelling with a purple color, these darts are expelled in multitudes counting to fifteen in green glow. The darts are no bigger than senbon and the poison it contains originates from Izo's chakra mixing with the oxygen in the air. When the darts make contact with the enemy, their body will start to feel numb at the point of contact. After that, their entire limb goes numb. The poison this technique utilizes isn't registered because it isn't made, it's strictly from a chemical reaction with Izo's chakra meeting the oxygen.
Weakness: Can be washed off with water.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to use his sword to seal chakra from another jutsu into his blade before unleashing that jutsu with his next attack. This allows the user to be able to preform synergetic combos with his allies and supplement his fighting style with their jutsu. The user will create a chakra void in his blade during one post, in the next he will be the focus of his allies jutsu and will absorb and seal that energy into his blade rendering him immune to the jutsu he is absorbing. he will then unleash the jutsu through sword play.
for example: If used with an allies fireball jutsu, Crono could spin his blade around his body like a cyclone creating a fire tornado in which he is the epicenter. or he could concentrate the jutsu in a single powerful explosive slash. [for those that have played CT, this would be akin to creating duel techs with team mates]

the user only becomes a means of transportation for a jutsu, and must use one of his own jutsu to coincide with the "absorbed" one to unleash it. this cannot be used to block or negate an enemies jutsu only to synergize with allies.

As jutsu comes in many forms, shapes and elements. only physical "blast" types of jutsu can work with this with the exception of genjutsu. [fireballs, earth walls, water blasts]  if a user combines his own elemental jutsu with another elemental jutsu it will not make a KKG element but will rather be a combination of the jutsu that makes sense.. water jutsu+ user's lightning jutsu= a slash that expels electrified water, with the water increasing the voltage of the electricty.

in genjutsu's case it can be programmed to activate upon certain swordplay conditions[sound created from clash of the blade, light reflecting off the blade, direct contact with, etc]

if the allied jutsu isn't unleashed within 4 posts, the jutsu explodes out of the weapon unrestrained. it doesn't harm the weapon, but depending on the strength of the jutsu can severely harm the user.

the time it takes for allied Jutsu absorbtion and redirection can be near instantaneous. [example: user jumps up into the air, absorbs allies lightning jutsu into his sword, before slaming his sword down into the ground expeling the lightning in all directions around him.]

once a combination is achieved, the user will list that combination on his updates along with the user of the other jutsu, the jutsu absorbed, the jutsu the user used, and the outcome of the combination.  

Weakness: can only be used with up to B rank jutsu. to properly perform this, timing and preparation is critical and is impossible to use on an opponent's jutsu. requires both adept weaponry and basic fuuinjutsu.  Requires a Chakra conductive weapon.

Description: This jutsu is a work around for the pesky requirement of touch that is needed for most Fuuinjutsu. When cast with another Fuuinjutsu that is touch range, a seal envelopes the partnered jutsu in an orb, then launched at the target at the speed of the user's taijutsu. This orb carries both the partner jutsu and applies it to whatever it hits as if the user manually placed it, and carries the impact of a decently strong punch.
Weakness: Can only be used on one other Fuuinjutsu per use.

Your three most recent jutsu are going to have to be denied. Poison Darts because you need to buy chakra from the store rather than juts "making it with chakra", the second because the ability to absorb most ninjutsu is whack. Like almost any chakra projectile, you can just absorb willy nilly. And as for Seal Delivery, Fuinjutsu has very few drawbacks, touch being one of them. A technique that avoids that single drawback isn't going to work.

Mimicry is approved already

Barrier still needs more startup than just a circle. B rank fuin seals are more complex than basic shapes v-v. Sato is trying to crack down on this little stuff and honestly I dont wann have to do this double approval once again so my grading is going to be a bit more stern
