Description: The user forms the hand signs above, then chakra begins to coat the bottom of their feet. This chakra is constantly moving due to streaks of it rotating in a circular motion, slowly but surely, so the user at first moves like a slug without manually moving his feet, but once he/she begins to run, it speeds up the acceleration of the chakra, and thus it begins to look like the user is skating. They can go up to 15 mph.
Weakness: As long as the jutsu is active, the user can't stop moving, which makes it hard for being stealthy.
