Description: User can shoot concentrated balls of chakra out their fingertip by putting up their thumb and pointing their pointer finger out towards the enemy, leaving the rest of their fingers curled into their fist. While their eyes evolve to strengthen their aim.
Weakness: The balls only shoot in a straight line.

For this jutsu, you can make it so that it has up to 40m range. Charge up could be 1 post (1 minute durations aren't going to work out well here).

You can have 5 shots with this jutsu, but then each chakra ball will only be B-rank in strength and you have to fire all of them in two posts. Or you can just make it one A-rank chakra ball. If you make it so you can only shoot one Rerugan (A-rank), then it can travel at Taijutsu Mastery speeds. Otherwise, it'll be at Taijutsu Adept speeds. Up to you.

I'm guessing the chakra ball would be about 2 inches in diameter right? I'm also guessing that the ball would damage people like a regular bullet instead of something like a mini-Rasengan, which is far more destructive?
