Kiaga wears a see through mesh shirt that stops just over his pants. A silver buckle connects the ends of a black belt. A pair a grey sweat pants hang from the belts to the middle of his calf. A pair of black boots with steel melded to the heel of his shoes protect his feet. His body resembles that of a runner. He has no real build but he's toned in his arms and calves. His body is covered by a giant white cloak with a rose on the right side.
His hair stops at his ankles and two large strips hang in front of his ears. His eyes resembles those of a snake and he has extremely large fangs. His ears are slightly pointy as well and his nails are longer and harder than most people. On his neck is a silver chain that holds a rose in the center of a heart on it. A large thorned bow staff lay on his back.(One paragraph if you have a picture)
Personality Description:
Kiaga is a very serious person. He tends to focus on the mission and the mission alone. If in a casual setting he's serious only to hide his extreme clumsy demeanor and scatter brained tendencies. When fighting however it's as if a new person has taken over his body. He barely talks in any situation and tries not to speak too much in one setting. Instead he makes facial expressions and releases certain levels of chakra to signal how he feels.

Nindo: A fight can go both ways until the match is over. There is no decided winner until one has chosen to lose. And to chose to lose means that you didn't give it your all and this fight didn't have meaning to you. This fight has meaning to me, so i'm going to give it my all until one of us falls and can't get back up. (Must have one. You're ninjas way)

Kiaga was born in a ritual when a group of people were attempting to create their own tailed beast. Instead they created someone with a similar amount of chakra. This was done when kiaga was a child. They set him in the middle of a giant seal they called the god link. Around kiaga were several other infants and children that were going through the same thing kiaga was going through.
The ritual was supposed to send the chakra from the nearby organisms into the children and increase their strength in various ways. However, this ritual back fired. When it started the chakra did what it was supposed to do. It was dispursed into the children, the ones that couldn't hold all of the chakra died and released all the chakra they had and sent it to the rest of the infants. Then abruptly the chakra rippled and all of it began to enter kiaga.
The energy still spilled into the infants around him, but they were merely junctions to help the flow of the chakra better enter kiaga. The chakra slowly drained from nearby villagers as well and the ritual couldn't be stopped at this point. His body began to morph as he scream and cried. The Seal itself began to be pulled into kiaga as well. The chakra rushed into him like a slow hurricane. Abruptly a huge explosion went off. Energy spewed everywhere and then reversed its course and plumed upwards like a bomb.
When the explosion settled standing in the center of where the seal used to be was a child now of the appearance of 13. He was squatting on the ground breathing extremely heavily. Next to him was a bat the same size as him. It was a vampire bat from the appearance and a hungry one at that. Kiaga was looking around in a panic as he didn't know what to do.

Ninja Academy:
Kiaga lived with a poorer family than most. The leader at the time of kirigakure decided that it'd be best if he was taught how to be a ninja and how to fight for his country instead of surviving on the streets and growing a steady hate for us. The advisors agreed and put him in ninja academy. There they learned of his extrodinary abilities.
The amount of chakra he released was more than anybody in the village. They later examined kiaga to find that the chakra that they've been witnessing up until this point was a fraction of his talent. The rest of the power was sealed in the god link as well as shared with his vampire bat he named fang. Now he's just waiting for the next opportunity for him to become a chunin.
RP Sample: Kiaga stood in the woodline as he looked at the mob of people that stood in the open area. The one place you shouldn't be when you're trying to fight someone with numbers rather than skill. Kiaga leaned back and pulled out a kunai with a paper bomb at the end. He slung the kunai with a silent strength and impaled on of the targets in the head. The shock of seeing their friend with a kunai in his head made them look over the thick white paper hanging from it and the explosion knocked several off their feet.
Kiaga took this time to jump into the fray. He stomped on the chest of one of the enemies as he landed on the ground. The groaned and spit out a decent amount of blood as kiaga jumped off. He rolled to the side and sweeped two more ninja. As he did so a squad appeared behind him and attempted to attack. A dark brown stream flew past and took the three of the four out of commission. Kiaga kicked his left leg upwards as the girl continued t try and hit me. Fang flew up and appeared next to him. "Dive bomb." Kiaga said silently. He clasped his hands together as fang flew into the air. He made a slight arc and rocketed downward as a yellow chakra erupted around him. When fang made contact the entire open area broke and large chunks of earth jumped into the air.
Kiaga took this opening to the enemy and finished off the rest of the ninja army. As he finally stopped a still wind began to blow. "Easy."
