The world of Xantara is our pride and joy. It is broken down into two societies, the east and west. Both of these societies are vastly different; one being a fantasy realm ruled by territorial dragons and the other a steampunk realm ruled by a clever sphinx. However, these are not your traditional magical creatures.
The western fantasy realm is currently being plagued by a race of dark and mysterious beings known as the Grue. They are sucking the world dry of magic. The eastern lands couldn't care less as they are still recovering from a very distant war that is nothing but a memory now. Their technology was almost completely destroyed and many good engineers died.
The situation in the West became so dire that the grand magus came out of retirement to call upon forces of good from other worlds to help them recover their lost magic. However, the Grue interrupted the ceremony, causing both good and evil to be brought to the world.
Now those who were brought to Xantara seek to either right the wrongs of the world or to return to their own home world. Either way, they have a long and difficult adventure ahead of them. Once a portal is open to a world, there is no closing it. Will you join us as your favorite character, and some you don't know, fight their way through a strange world?
