Looks Description: Bandaged from head to toe, harboring soot black skin, Mumei is the embodiment of unknown. He wears a traditional Kimono that loosely hangs, over his skinny body, and holds an array of medical tools. He always has a look of displeasure or irritation on his bandaged face, but shows a sinister toothy grin that shows even his gums, when he is offered money. Only a few messy strands of hair, his eyes, and mouth peek from under his bandages. His limbs and digits are even covered in these wrappings, never showing his toes in his wooden sandles.
His voice is calm and smooth, yet raspy an unsettling. He knows body language very well and knows how to shift his body to appease to situations, whether it make him appear clam, happy, mad, sad, etc.



Personality Description: Money, money money. This is a man that would do almost anything for money, but he does have a small sense of loyalty. If you have paid him, he will keep his word and will not rat you out, even for a larger sum. He still has honor, though he has committed shameful deeds in the past. He talks all about business and if you have known with him, you are not on his mind. He also has a tendency to disappear for large periods of time.
Due to his line of work, he does have to ability to tell the most intricate lies at any given moment. This is thanks to hid intelligent brain, from constantly studying medical books and scrolls. His knowledge of the human body, surpasses even the most highly regarded medical ninja.
He keeps his wits about him and rarely gets angered and even when angered it is hard to tell. He tends to only get angry when cheated out of money, which rarely happens and is unheard of, for he would fight to the death if it did happen.
He has a sense of judgement and morals, but uses it as he pleases. He seems to have a place of weakness for the unfortunate or the underdogs in most situations. If he wants to help you, he will, if he doesn't even if money is shown he will not. It is an awkward phase he goes threw, when he is working on new procedures.

History: Mumei is rogue ninja, who has completely erased all trails of his existence. No rumors can even be inferred to where he originated from, for he shows no favoritism to any nation. Know one can pin point when he became such an entity or when he began his services.
He was banished from his village, after experimenting with forbidden medical techniques. He then performed a facial surgery on himself, but due to his lack of practice horribly failed. Thus why he has covered his body in bandages. He now treks the land offering his highly skilled medical services to people, while practicing advancing more techniques in the mean time. If they have the money of course. He never settles in one area for too long, making him almost impossible to track.
