Looks Description:
Gaze upon Hala Ryuusei, the newly graduated Genin who hails from the village known simply as Kiri. You would first notice her smile, or lack thereof as she holds up a straight-face. Rarely does a smile grace her features as happiness is not something she expresses often. If you are lucky enough to earn one from this otherwise callous individual, it's either a smile of condescension, cockiness or faint amusement, though you may earn a brief happy smile. To move your gaze upwards would find yourself staring into stormy gray eyes. Eyes that can chill many to the bone, due to the coldness they possess. Moving along you would find yourself staring at one of the few interesting things about her. The young girl possess platinum blonde hair which is short, but that's not the interesting thing about her. No, the interesting thing is the two cat-like ears that are found on either side of her head. But you would find it good to know that she does not have cat ears, no, it's merely her hairstyle and it's not something she is looking to change. To finish her physical appearance, the youngling has a fair-skin tone.

Now that you have finished looking at Hala's physical appearance, it's safe to move along to her attire. The first thing one would notice about her attire is the purple, high-collar cloak with a dragon design that she is usually seen in. The cloak has golden trim and a golden button on either side of the opening of the cloak, located at the base of the collar. A purple piece of fabric is attached to these two button, which keeps the cloak on her. Lastly, the inside of the cloak is a red color; the cloak also has the length to go down to her ankles. This is cloak is only ever worn with the second variation of her outfit which you shall find out later.

With her cloak out of the way, we shall move on to describe what is important, the outfit itself. The outfit consist of a purple dress and a beige coat, the latter covering the majority of the former. Due to this, only the bottom of the dress is ever seen leaving the upper portion a mystery. Depending on the form of dress she decides to wear, the bottom frills can either be a simply white or black with intricate patterns. Usually the dress with the white frills is worn when she decides to wear her cloak. Her beige coat has runes going down the front; the coat is kept closed, but opens upon passing her belly. The coat is shorter than the purple dress, but not by much. Neither the coat nor the dress have sleeves, which leaves her with bare arms. A black sailor collar is attached to the coat.

Hala has two different belts that she wears, both serving their own purpose. The first belt is located around her belly, which keeps the top of her coat closed. It's decorated with golden rings which a metal clip would fit through in order to adjust the tightness of the belt. The second belt is not one that goes all around, and is located underneath the first belt. This one is loose compared to the first belt, with three ornament flowers. Two strings dangle from two of the flowers, attaching itself to the black scabbard, allowing Hala to have her sword hang freely on her left side.

Moving on to the last details of her outfit is what we do next. Upon her arms is large golden bracelets, her feet golden shoes as well as black socks. Upon her head a pair of headphones with the Kanji word for 'Harmony' written in gold.

(Note: A modified version of this outfit involves the purple skirt with white frills being longer than the one with a black design. On top of that, the beige jacket is shorter, now only going pass her rump instead of her thighs. The skirt's length has become longer, now going pass her knees where the other one stayed above her knees. The shoes also change, where she wore boots, are now replaced with ninja like sandals which is still gold. White socks are worn on her feet and two large golden anklets on her ankles. This modification is only seen when she wears her cloak though she does not always wear this modified form of the original outfit when she wears the cloak. - Such changes in her outfit can be seen if you compare the two different pictures presented to you. The first would be her usually attire, minus the cloak and isn't always worn with the cloak, whilst the second would be her other outfit, which is always worn with the cloak)



Personality Description:

• Callous ~ Hala can be quite the insensitive individual. A theory is that since she had not received the love a child needed at a young age, she had decided that the world did not deserve her love. This makes her a very unsympathetic being, who does not spare the feelings of others nor sheds a tear for the pain and suffering others go through, even if she's the one to have done it. Remorse for her actions is not something she feels. And thus the chances of this personality trait going away is quite low.
  
• Condescending ~ Many believe that Hala has a higher-than-thou attitude, otherwise known as a superiority complex. This is partially due to the condescending comments that tend to leave her mouth, she speaking them without a second thought on how it shall effect her victim mentally. They would be wrong for she does not just spew out condescending comments every chance she gets nor does she exude an aura of condescension. She just sometimes can not help make a comment, which just comes out in a condescending tone and sounds like it too. It's not something she has noticed.
  
• Sarcastic ~ Unlike condescension, Hala knows she can be extremely sarcastic. This part of her personality is normally bought out whenever somebody decides to ask her a stupid question, or at least a question she determines to be obvious. It's something that comes naturally, she does not have to prepare a sarcastic comment. No, the words just flow from her mouth with her voice dripping in sarcasm.
  
• Proper ~  Despite what many would consider faults in her personality, Hala is known to be a proper individual. Never has she been seen in anything but the most immaculate outfits, outfits that are taken great care of so that they do not become ruined. She address those higher than herself properly, and is sure to be respectful within their presence. This does not mean she suddenly puts a smile on her face. No, just that those higher than herself are exempt from her sharp tongue.
  
• Intelligent ~ Hala is an intelligent being, something that many could boast. She is also a strategic individual. Something that many could still boast, but few could boast of having both. Due to this, Hala has the capabilities to come up with a plan on the spot which range from simple to complicated. She uses the information she has gathered in order to come up with a plan with the highest success rate, and thus uses her other personality traits to initiate the plan. Her intelligence also knows no bounds, and thus she tends to learn things at a faster rate than others her age. We can also add cunning into the remix.
  
• Manipulative & Deceitful ~ This is an aspect of Hala that isn't actually known by the populace. No, this is one of the few traits that has not been notice, especially due to the subtle way she uses it. But for you to know, Hala is a manipulate and deceitful little girl. She has the capabilities to lie at the drop of a hat, weaving together a intricate story that would be hard not to believe. She can also manipulate people which is usually done when she desires to get her way. Due to these two qualities, she can see when others attempt to manipulate or deceive her. And she may fall for such a thing if she sees that something can be gained in the end.
  
• Morbid ~ Hala is quite the abnormal individual for she has a disturbing interest in morbid jokes, and is known to make some of her own. This has been known to make people rather uncomfortable, especially if they are the subject of said morbid joke. But she shall tell them without a thought about the feeling of her victim, which only further proves how insensitive she is.
  
• Blunt ~ Hala is not one to beat around the bush, nor is she the kind of person to spare the feelings of other. This makes her a blunt individual. This also makes her the kind of person to let others know what she is thinking without restraint. This does not mean that no matter what you ask her you would always get the truth. No, that would imply that she is a truthful individual, which she is not. It just means that if she doesn't like you, she shall tell you. If she thinks you are weak, than she shall tell you. But ask her what she thinking about, and you properly end up with the most dull thought out of the many she has. For she is not the kind of person to allow someone a glimpse into her psyche.
  
• Gleeful ~ It's rare for Hala to express such an emotions such as glee or amusement, and many see it as a happy day when she does. She is usually gleeful upon achieving her goals, and shall go the entire day, sometimes the week, without having something mean to say to somebody. When happy, Hala is actually a fun and nice person to be around. She laughs a lot, smiles a lot, and makes jokes that are far from being morbid. But once gleeful day/week is over, she goes right back to her old ways.

• Hala likes to train for training helps one become stronger and becoming stronger than her current state is one of her many goals.
  
• Hala likes to spar for sparring allows her to see what she needs work on and what she's good at.
  
• Hala likes to read when she is not off on missions or training, it's usually the only quiet time she has.
