It was a cold day in hell.... Just kidding it was hot as fuck as most desert wastelands are. It was a watch the gates kind of day which translated into paid to sit on your ass and watch for suspicious activity. Kamina liked to use this opportunity to its fullest by sitting in a lawn chair with an umbrella in the middle of the road in front of the gate. It was an extremely effective way to relax, watch, and get payed at the same time. It was a slow day, but that was to be expected since the village was in complete disarray. With ninja being murdered and no culprits being caught during an apparent time of peace it raised too many questions and not enough answers. Traffic between villages was slow. Letting out a sigh Kamina tilted his straw hat farther over his eyes to block even more of the sun out.

It was certainly hot, though such weather conditions should be expected of a desert that quite frankly she would had believed to be a wasteland. But the heat did not bother her very much, having spent sometime within the desert during her child and adult life and thus such a trivial thing as heat was not on her mind. No, she had a task to complete, and she would not allow herself to be distracted by anything. Not even the grains of sand that were for some odd reason, finding themselves into her shoes. It was a reason she had left her child in the hands of her brother, both located outside of the sandy lands. She needed to distractions, though it pained her to be so far from her closest relatives. But such a thing would be pushed from her mind.

Saika did not wear an Akatsuki cloak, it being impractical to wear such a thing within a place with heat so unbearable that no one really enjoyed making their way to the village that laid within. And she would not be going there if she had not found such an important asset that she would be stupid to allow him to slip through her grasp, nonetheless allow him to become her enemy. She had general knowledge of the man, for his abilities had made him infamous, and important to her.

She continued her trek through the sandy dunes in silence, only stopping when the gates of Suna came into view. A smile made its way upon her face, as her fingers ran through her hair. This was definitely the place she would find the man she seek. But she needed to find somebody that would know where to find this man. She glanced around as she walked closer to the gates, finally spotting an individual who relaxed in a chair, an umbrella looming over their head. Her eyebrows raised in amusement as she approached the man. And she would continue to walk until her shadow loomed over his form.

“Excuse my sir. I just need a moment with you for I have somebody within the village that I seek. Do you know where I may find Kamina, Kamina Shurajo, the man who dances in blood?”

Kamina was minding his own business when he spotted a speck in the distance it might have been an animal or just his mind playing tricks but he was able to verify that it was indeed a person as it slowly grew. Peculiar that somebody was visiting the village at time such as this and even more so that the speck seemed to be alone out in the desert. Not many braved deserts of wind country by themselves. Alas the person was still quite a ways from the gate giving Kamina plenty of time to rest his eyes for a moment.

As his eyelids closed his mind drifted off briefly whether he was actually asleep or not was debatable. With some time to himself he couldn't help but think about his past, his mother and even his father... De didn't even understand his own feelings anymore what was once a strong hatred and urge for justice has festered into something much much worse. There was less hate than before but it didn't just disappear it was replaced with a urge, no, a need for vengeance. Alas thats all he could make of it for now. His eyes opened to notice the shadow around him darken, the sun couldn't possibly have gone down already.

Of course it was still the middle of the day he hadn't been out for more than an hour thank goodness, but strangely enough a single woman stood over him. She asked a simple question, one which brought a smirk to his face. It was interesting to know that people had heard of him and from the sounds of things they were dark rumors.

"Ah yes I know the man, and I do in fact know where he is at the moment... May I ask what your business is with him?"

“Huh?” Was the nonchalant response that passed through the lips of one known as Saika Oshiro, her head cocked to the side. Amusement flickered in her eyes as she examined the man that knew the one she sought after, but had the gall to delve into the matters that did not pertain to him. Instead of snapping at the child and calling him quite noisy or rude, she smiled, a soft chuckle escaping her lips. Her eyes closed briefly as her back was straighten, her head tilted upwards so that her face basked in the blazing sun above. She let out a deep breath before bringing her head down once again, locking her eyes onto the form of the man.

“Such the reason I seek Kamina is of no concern of yours, for such business does not pertain to you unless of course, you are the one I seek,” Saika finally replied, a grin upon her face, as she rest her right hand upon her waist, leaning forward ever so slightly. “Now, please direct me to where I can find this young man. And if you still desire to know the reasoning behind my visit, than I shall find him myself. Either way, you shall not know the business I have with Kamina, unless you are her. So start singing, I have people to meet and thus do not have time to waste.”

She remained calm throughout her ‘speech’ for she had no reason to become angered nor agitated, though she did have a schedule to keep to. She had made this pit stop along her way to greet Neru, the new Mizukage. And thus, she desired to get there so that she can continue with some other plans. Plans that included a meeting with the members of Akatsuki to make an announcement as well as for the simple fact that it had been a while since any member had seen her face. Either way, such a thing would be halted until her job within Suna was finished.

While the woman continued on her tiny rant about how he had no business asking about her business or his business even though she didn't know it was also his business. The whole situation was somewhat amusing to him, however he didn't really keep track of the conversation until she had referred to the Kamina she sought as a she... Kamina couldn't help but let out a soft chuckle at the notion, and it only piqued his curiosity as to what kind of rumors were circulating these days. After he chuckled he eased himself out the lawn chair and stretched his arms letting out a soft yawn.

"Well there seems to some kind of mix up here miss. IF the Kamina you are seeking is a She then I can't help you... And as im sure you can tell, I am the living definition of masculinity and all that is man. I mean its pretty obvious. Oh hold on a second. Hey Carmello take over for a second I need a break."

He motioned over to a stand that held a rather tan boy who was supposed to watching the gates with him. His name wasn't actually Carmello but its just what he had decided to call him for the time being. Carmello nodded his approval before resting his head on the desk once more.

"Now lets talk a walk shall we?"

Kamina turned his body towards the inside of the village waiting for the lady to follow before he took off.

Some would had been exasperate at the man for pointing out something so trivial as her suddenly changing the gender out of the blue, but she could not be bothered. She instead sighed deeply, pulling herself to her full height whilst mumbling something about her job being troublesome at times. She would had retorted, but that would waste time that she did not wish to waste. Thus, Saika kept her mouth shut, a small smile upon her face as she listened to the newly dubbed Kamina wave Camello - what kind of name was that?- over. Her gaze turned to whatever Kamina was waving at, seeing the boy that he had addressed. She did not stare for long though, seeing the boy as a factor that she did not desire to add into her equation, not yet at least. She would do that later, as well as adding the information she had gained within her short stay outside of the walls of Suna.

“Of course I would love to walk with you, but I do not believe one can talk a walk. Perhaps taking a walk would be better, don’t you think?” Saika said, a grin spreading across her features as she waved her left hand dismissively in the air. Upon her taunt being said, she would run her fingers through her hair, following the young man as they advanced into the village known as Suna. She remembered the village well, she remembered a lot of things, and thus fascination did not appear across her face. It had all been seen before, nothing was new to her, unless you counted people. As she continued to follow the man, a question would begin to arise in her head.

“Where exactly are you taking me young man?” She would ask, suddenly halting her pace so that she now just stood still. She brushed her bangs from her eyes, as her brown eyes stared at the man.

Strolling through the streets of the sunny, windy Sunagakure was another casual day for Daisuke. Chitter chatter, kids running around, people trying to sell their "high-quality products." Nothing was different, not suspicious. Though, closing in on walking towards the gates, he could see a lady and a man having a conversation. Quite interesting however, there has never been a lady that had such an appearance before in the village. Was she a visitor? No, this seemed more suspicious than usual. Also, was that guard foolish enough to be letting in someone of not having some sort of identification? Damn security nowadays are falling back more and more.

Instead of directly following the two ninja, Daisuke took swift actions and hid behind the large buildings made of sand to make it less obvious that he was spying on them. Day to day activities would be regular, but this type of behavior was quite different from the usual in Sunagakure. Hiding in the shadows, all he could do was wait for the right moment. This was where the young jounin had to take his time and brainstorm his next steps. Whether he was going to interrupt, or stay in the darkness and see the outcome was all on him. There was also a chance of getting caught, as any ninja would notice something different in the atmosphere.

The man's mind was busy. A little action wouldn't hurt, right? Actually, it would. It would kill the reputation of the village even further and has a chance of injuring the citizens just doing their regular business. "Fuck." Daisuke thought to himself as he kept his cool. A young boy kicked a ball coming towards his way, and Daisuke put his hands on his lips to tell him to keep quiet. Having to escape, he had made a quick turn, landing behind at another building, still close enough to see the two ninja. Stay in the shadows, stealthily.

Talk the walk? Did he really say that? God damn brain was still in jumbles after his nap. Nothing he couldnt turn around though. Before he explained his peculiar words he started walking in the general direction of a safe house. Suna had many of these safe houses litered around the village, mainly for witness protection, but this particular one he had in mind was abandoned as it was more of an old school off the books interrogation room.

"Ya you know, talk the walk? Just somethin we say here. Means something along the lines of shut the fuck up and start walking. You'll catch on eventually. Anyways while we are walking is there anything you'd like to discus now or shall we wait for some privacy?"

It wouldn't be much longer till they arrived at the safe house. Remembering the scenery and twists and turns from visits long ago. A sort of nostalgia swept over him and gave rise to another smirk on his face. He glanced over to the woman, not to let her fall to far behind him and potentially kill him if those were her intentions.

“Oh my, do all of your people talk the way you do,” Saika said, seemingly appalled at the language used by the man known as Kamina. The way she had said it made it seem that she was not use to hearing crude language, but honestly she associated herself with fouled mouth criminals all her life that such things were not really that shell shocking anymore. Even though, she must admit she strayed far from using that sort of language, having never found the reason to cuss somebody out. But Kamina did not know that, and thus she could act however she pleased. No one here knew her, from the looks of things, most would presume that Kamina was escorting her around.

“I would much rather discuss my business with you in private than out here amongst your people.” She would answer, waving her hand dismissively. She glanced at the building Kamina had so graciously brought her to, eyebrows raising ever so slightly. “What is this place?”

The two continued their talking, as if no one would ever care. Good, that was the plan. Daisuke continued to follow them in silence. Hopefully they didn't know he was following them, maybe they were just keeping quiet? As if. Dropping down a light, quiet sigh to himself, he took a step forward and took a peek at the two arriving at a destination point. They definitely wanted a private place to talk, however Daisuke, himself, couldn't let this slide. He was loyal to the village, but yet he didn't want to tell the Kazekage about the situation. What could he do? Anything would be good, but he thought of a plan.

Making it seem like an occasional basis, Daisuke walked out among all the citizens and acted as to blend in. As he was walking, he wanted to bump into the man and the woman. The plan was going good so far, however it wouldn't last for long. Whether this was his calling for death or not, at least he could say he died being a loyal shinobi to the Hidden Sand, risking his life. He made his way slowly towards the two, and bumped into the man walking. "Oh, I apologize..." Saying that, Daisuke gave a tiny smirk. By the looks of it, Daisuke could tell who the man was by his clothing. He was an Anbu Captain. No one else had such looks and clothing besides the Captain himself. Daisuke gave a small bow to the two. "Am I interrupting?" Daisuke asked in a sleek, calm voice.

They had finally reached the safe house, the dull gray concrete building was the opposite of anything special and the girl had noticed. Her immediate distaste for the building was fairly obvious. He was about to show the lady inside when another ninja had so 'casually' walked into him. He had seen the young jounin before but didn't know him personally. It was quite the coincidence that he just happened to show up at this exact moment. Continuing his conversation with the lady he turned his attention to the boy.

"This is a guest house I own obviously..And you are forgiven young sir... But yes as a matter of fact you are interrupting. I trying to casually invite this prostitute into my humble abode and your cock blocking up a storm. So if you please leave it would be much appreciated."

It to almost every ounce of willpower Kamina had not break character start giggling to himself. Without paying much more attention to the boy he opened the door safe house and signaled the woman to enter.

She would had said something to Kamina, especially since he called the place a guest house, but her attention was turned to a young boy who ran into Kamina. Her eyebrows raised slightly, and amusement flickered in her brown eyes as she watched the display. The boy apologized for running into Kamina, inquired if he had interrupted something, and Kamina had answered, though he could had come up with something more than her being a prostitute. Saika did not look the part of prostitute, for the clothing she wore did not expose much skin. She hoped the younger of the trio knew better than to believe the words of the older man, but last she heard, the current generation was not all the brightest. Unless you of course count the children gifted with an advanced intelligent, like her meticulous daughter who perceived the world much differently than anyone else. But she should not be thinking of such a thing.

“Kamina, please do not refer to me as a prostitute. I have never nor will I ever engage in such trivial things,” she said, folding her arms and flashing a smile at Kamina that radiated danger. “Now, boy younger than the other boy, what can we help you with. For the sooner you are helped with your malfunction, the sooner I can discuss business with Kamina and the sooner I can get an answer from the man, which also is sooner I can leave the god forsaken village and meet up with my family.”

Daisuke couldn't hold it in, he had to laugh. "Prostitute? I don't know if you know who I am, but I was a man that was offered the Kazekage position. I'm not as stupid as you think I am." He said as he calmed down. Never has he heard such foul language from someone his age. Daisuke looked down at the two. "I don't like to lie, but you two seemed suspicious. Like any ninja who finds something incorrect, they try to fix it. At least that's my case." He had nothing else to say to the two. But how was he going to carry out such a conversation?

"Hm, business? What business does that term proclaim? If something becomes that important, it could be valuable information. Hell, you could even end up killing the guy in that building he's leading you into." Giving a slight sigh, Daisuke turned around and started walking away. "Welp, have fun." Sticking his hands into his pockets, he walked off and went somewhere else calm and quiet.

After having dealt with a somewhat troublesome boy, Kamina was left a little irritated. It obviously wasn't some chance encounter but the fact that he gave up so easily and left was somewhat disturbing. Perhaps he was just trying to get a look at the womans face or perhaps he planted some sort of device while he wasn't looking. Or maybe it was a chance encounter and Kamina simply weirded him out... Or the death stare the woman was giving him may have had something to do with it.

"Well in any case please enter. I dont get many guests so i dont keep the place furbished year round but if you walk through the first room and to the door on the left you will find a room with two chairs and a desk."

It didn't take long for the two to walk through the plain room and into the interrogation room. Being the gentleman he was Kamina pulled the nearest chair out for the woman to sit on before taking a seat himself.

"Now that we are in the privacy of this solid concrete room how about we properly introduce ourselves? Im Kamina, And you seem to know quite a bit about me... But I know little to nothing about you... In fact the only thing I do know is that you aren't a prostitute."

Saika would follow the man into his sparsely furnished abode, a place that would serve well as keeping the conversation to come private from those who desired to ease drop. Not too much time had went by before they arrived in the room that the man had talked about; the two taking seats, the man being nice enough to pull out her chair before sitting. A smile crept onto her face, she smoothing the back of her dress before taking a seat. And upon sitting down, she crossed her legs, much like what a lady would do.

“Such a gentleman you are, I had thought such a thing like chivalry had fallen out of fashion a decade ago,” Saika would say. Though she did not get further than that comment before Kamina would begin to speak. She chuckled as he brought up so valid points, all of which she would address, though she would not allow him to know her name until his decision had been made.

“Right down to business, Mr. Kamina. I like that,” she said. “I am, as you say, not a prostitute, such a thing made clear by my earlier comment. And though I wish to fill you in about me, I shall not do so for I like the air of mystery that circulates my true identity as well as intentions.” She paused for a moment, allowing her words that could be taken as meaningless to sink in before continuing. “But, I shall allow you to know the business I have with you. And you never know, depending upon your answer, I may give you some information about myself. Until such a time, you may refer to me as my false name, Hana.”

“I am currently recruiting members for a cause that I hold somewhat close to my heart. Such a cause is going to need members with skills that can hardly be rivaled by another, which you have. And thus, I have come to recruit into my cause and into my organization. Though such a thing comes with its risk, which I believe you are smart enough to figure out.”

Leaning back in his chair Kamina let sighed softly and scratched the stubble on his chin. He listened intently to everything 'Hana' had said. It was quite the interesting offer if it was indeed real. If times weren't so rough and with the villages in disarray one might think that this was a test of ones loyalty. It became obvious throughout the day that this was not the case though. Pondering the thought of leaving he already knew his answer but he wanted to learn more before conveying his thoughts.

"Hmmm quite the risk indeed. You know how uncommon it is for a man of my position to up and leave? Well im sure you do and im sure you've done your research as well. The relationship I share with the Kazekage has certainly thinned over the past months. That alone isn't enough for me to up and leave... But. I do have my own goals that I would li... No, need too fulfill before get too old. Im going to go ahead and assume that there would be plenty of traveling involved in your organization and I need to go many places... That being said I believe you already know that I'm going to say yes. After all; All I needed was the opportunity to leave."

Still the thought of just leaving did leave a bad taste in his mouth, but this chance was just too good to pass up. Maybe now he could find his father... But then what? What was he going to do with him once he found him?

Saika smiled, very much pleased that the man had already been mulling over the thought of leaving his village. And since she had presented the golden opportunity to him, a chance of a lifetime to complete whatever goal he desired without being hindered by his village, he would be a fool to turn it down. A fool he was not, for he had accepted the offer though not without asking some rhetoric questions. Or at least, such questions were rhetoric to herself, but that was because she assumed he would know the answer. And perhaps he did, people did have a habit of speaking aloud when they do not mean to.

“You have made a grand choice, Mr. Kamina,”
she would say, “one that I like very much. I would go into finer detail with you about the entire thing… but, I have people to see and family to catch up with. Thus I shall leave you with this. To test your resolve, I shall task you with seeking out Moriko, the snake charmer.” She tilted her head, “I wish for her to be amongst my ranks, and thus you shall escort to the Sound village, but only if she accepts the offer of joining. Once you have arrived, well… I shall give out more information as well as allow you to get to know those you may be working with.”

Saika stood up, “until than, I wish you good luck on your endeavors.” With that said, she would leave, not waiting for the response of Kamina. She had places to be and people to see, she would find out upon arriving in Sound rather or not he had completed his task. And thus she left the safe house, venturing pass the gates before disappearing amongst the grains of sand.
