Kotaro Puppets

Poncho is the puppet Kotaro used to first start peddling his puppets now he poses as an Anbu member, when Kotaro chooses to use him. He appears as a typical human and when Kotaro uses him, he likes to put on a deeper gruffer voice. His torso is wide and stoutly, similar to that of a barrel. His arms are thick and wooden, but it should be noted this puppet was painted to have a peachy skin tone. Though constantly covered in a cloak, whether it be black or yellow or any other color, Poncho also has an assortment of mask.

Selling puppets however, isn't an easy job. Not many needs for them and not many people wanted to buy deadly and armed tools from a ten year old. So what was he to do? This made the child adopt the alias as Poncho. Using a puppet to sell puppets, the middle man was dressed in an all black poncho like garb. The mysteriousness behind the persona, also proved to be a force to draw in more customers. Whether it be for little nick knack puppets or battle ready killers, people came to see what all the commotion was.

So ever since then Poncho was the medium for Kotaro to get his goods to customers and his even brought with the Genin on missions and things of that nature. As much as he is a casual puppet, he is equally a combat ready and fully armed puppet, ready to defend and attack.

Smoke ScreenExposing the body part this item is held in, a thick black smog flows onto the affected area and lingers for 3 post. It causes no real bodily harm, just limits vision and causes minor coughing and hacking. Affects a 5m radius. D-Rank chakra cost
If the puppet wielder possesses other smoke like jutsu, they can be used through this component. Equivalent to jutsu's chakra cost. Range is still 5m radius

Coiled Needle Point: ***LINK***Similar to the mechanism Sasori possessed, this cable with a sharp thick rapier like point, coils throughout Poncho's lower body, where he is not weaponized. This makes him extremely bottom heavy. The opening for this weapon is his mouth and back naturally, but after firing his triangle blades, many more slots open up, allowing unsuspecting and swift attacks. It reaches a total of 10m, with not amazing maneuverability, but it is enough to get by. Its speed it great enough to easily pierce solid rock and metals. Takes 2 spaces in a puppets weapon area.

Senbon Compartments ***IMAGE***Poncho's skin being painted like that of a real humans, these compartments that hold five senbon each are hidden on his arm. Upon activation, the compartments peek off his arm and spray senbon at the enemy at high speeds. Five compartments make up the circumference of Poncho's arm, meaning twenty five needles are shot. Range is 25m

Poncho being crafted as a stoutly man man, possess a barrel torso. It can be opened with latches, similar Kankuro's Black Ant puppet. The inside of this barrel is composed of high quality rubber. Being rubber, when struck the chest absorbs the blow rather than tries to resist it, making it resilient to taijutsu, electricity, and even explosions to a degree.(Only absorbs C-Ranked abilties that fall under that jurisdiction)

Triangle Blades- ***IMAGE*** These triangle shaped blades, are launched from many compartments and connected to small explosive balls. The blades are sharper than the typical kunai, but what they lack in the numbers of a kunai launcher they make up for with sharpness. Only one resides in each slot, so no reloading is done. Once they are fired, they are done. Explosion covers 1m radius. Range is 15m.

Lonely as ever in his workshop, Kotaro being an only child longed for a sibling. So Tamekaze is just that, except it obviously can't speak. Tame wasn't Kotaro's first creation, but it is by far his favorite and most treasured. He was created when Taro was 8 years old and every chance he got he would show off his little brother. Sadly being a ninja, he knew he would need to arm his little brother, so Tamekaze was equipped with many deadly traps and surprises for his enemy's.

Tamekaze has yet to claim his first life and Kotaro tends to keep him that way. Much like an older brother would watch over their younger brother, Kotaro does just that. When people see Kotaro out in the streets with Tamekaze, they tend to think the child is a bit . ..  unique in the head. He notices the stares, but he doesn't mind them, instead he know carries Tamekaze on his back, in a piggy back fashion. Kotaro's parents think the behavior is a bit awkward themselves, but with Kotaro being their only child they try not to say anything to offend him.

Every night before retiring for the day, Tamekaze is always polished and cleaned to make sure he is in tip top shape. Tamekaze has only suffered major damage once, when Kotaro had brought him to the academy. The kids seemed to like the little fellow so much they basically dismembered him, of course this pissed Kotaro off, but it made him realize he needed better materials. This version of Tamekaze is the upgraded and more sturdy model.
