Ninjutsu: Basic At Basic level one can learn E, D, C, and B Ranked techniques of Ninjutsu typing. Indeed, at this level they learn how they have skill in this area and so they are able to use Ninjutsu of all kinds.

At this level, the shinobi has become moderately familiar with hand signs and can tell when a person is using any elements that the user already possesses. If the user already knows the technique being used against him/her, he/she can tell possibly before the hand signs are even completed if the set of hand signs is long and complex [5 Hand seals+].

Their hand seal speed equals Taijutsu Basic speed, so they can finish one or two seals before getting hit by a punch.

Taijutsu: None Not having any skill in this area limits a Shinobi to only techniques of E and D rank, since every human can punch someone or kick them. If they wish to learn any of the higher leveled Taijutsu techniques, one must first gain the Basic level.

Genjutsu:N/A Not having any skill in this area limits a Shinobi to only techniques of E and D rank, the most basic skills that every shinobi must have. If they wish to learn any of the higher leveled Genjutsu techniques, one must first gain the Basic level. Also, without any special training in this area they can only target ones sense of vision and cause simple ocular illusions. Ninja of this level have basic understanding of genjutsu Kai, and can break up to C rank genjutsu's with it. Anything higher requires some sort of pain

Ijutsu:Basic Not having Ijutsu as a combat style means that you cannot use these skills. These arts are too advanced, so someone who is not skilled with them in any way should not even try using them.  

Sensory:N/A Not having sensory as a combat style means that you cannot use these skills. These arts are too advanced, so someone who is not skilled with them in any way should not even try using them.

Weaponry/Kenjutsu:Adept Adept - Those of this level can learn weaponry techniques of all levels, including the powerful S-Ranked ones. At this level, compared to those who do not have any skill in weaponry your dexterity, speed and accuracy when handling a weapon are increased to the level of a Taijutsu Adept. You are given: 20 free Shuriken and Kunai (or Senbon), 10 Free smoke bombs (or 5 meter ninja wire) and bomb tags, and 1 long length katana, may not be S-Rank. You may only wield weapons A-Rank or lower, restrictions still apply, see Weapon System.

Not only that, now you can use weapons with all sorts of abilities. When channeling chakra through your weapons [by using Hien or similar techniques, stuff like Cloud Style Flame Beheading or such which blast the chakra are not affected by this bonus] you do not have to waste it, it travels in a circular motion, between the weapon and your body there is a circular connection due to which you do not waste chakra when channeling chakra through your weapons. Your speed is now equivalent to a Taijutsu Basic.
Fuinjutsu:Adept Those of this level can learn Funjutsu techniques of all levels, including the powerful S-Ranked ones. You still need to write the symbols with either ink of some kind or with your own blood, but you can write them on any surface and not just paper. At this moment you can seal chakra, inanimate objects and living beings. The only thing that your seals won't affect are summons and chakra monsters like the tailed beasts. You can use your skills in battle since now you can write seals quite rapidly, in a matter of seconds you an complete most of the complex seals. Now you got knowledge of all canon techniques of your element, even those which they do not know how to use, and up to B-Rank canon techniques of all other elements. Funjutsu up to Rank B costs half the amount of chakra to conduct.

Puppetry:Adept At this level you can use puppets of all levels, use puppetry techniques of all level and all of your puppets move with the speed of a Taijutsu Adept user. Also, your accuracy and dexterity are on the level of a weapon user with adept level who is specialized in a certain line of weaponry. You also gain 1 D-ranked ability for your puppet. You are given one free puppet frame, B-Rank max. 45m for chakra string.

Description:The user's use of Bone Dust is one that has an especially draining resource pool. This technique of keeping the Bone dust close to the body allows the user to keep track of the Dust, and in doing so allow them to pull it back into their body. However the area in which the Dust can be returned to the body is small. As such, so long as the dust used is near either the user, or a user-owned container such as a gourd or other type of container for the bone dust, the Bone will be able to remain within the user's reservoir rather than being consumed.
Additionally, if the Bone Dust is within 5 meters of another individual then a small amount of Bone Dust will cling to them and they are considered "Dust Marked". Certain Jutsu are either stronger against Dust Marked foes or may require them to be Marked in order to be used.

Weakness:This restriction adds a very tight leash to the user's bone dust attacks, requiring them to either stick to short-range combat or to strategically place suitable containers and lure Opponents within the zone, or close enough to the zone that the dust can be retrieved.

The stream has 2 posts to reach the enemy before it will disperse.

Weakness:This jutsu consumes 30 liters of Bone Dust. Additionally if the Hand seals are not used to perform the Jutsu is reduced to C rank in power and the stream will only last 1 post while still costing B rank for chakra use. Additionally, if the user does not have line of sight on the enemy, the Bloohound will not be able to find them unless they are Dust Marked. However the bloodhound will not be able to distinguish between dust marked targets and will simply go after the closest one, making this a dangerous jutsu if an ally is marked and poorly positioned.

IF the target area is within 5 meters of a Dust Marked individual, then the Jutsu will travel there almost instantly, but otherwise moves at Taijutsu Basic speed. The Jutsu will only take 1 attack from jutsu of equal rank, but will simply soak up lower ranked jutsu.

Weakness:This jutsu consumes 30 liters of Bone Dust. If the user does not use the hand seals for this jutsu, then the power is reduced to C rank for defense, and only lasts for 2 posts, as well as having a reduced range of 10 meters while still costing the B rank cost.

A puppet can store 60 Liters of Dust, but can only store 20 liters without being slowed down by 1 rank, and only 40 Liters before it loses the ability to move.
Puppets with specialized containers for Dust use said container and do not use this technique.

Description: This technique is a result of rigorous training to use one's mouth to wield a blade rather than one's hands, leaving them free to manipulate their puppets while fighting.

Weakness:The use of the mouth obviously is far more restricted as the blade will only face one direction unless it is a two-bladed weapon, additionally the user can only hold one weapon in this manner. Additionally the user's skill in puppetry and number of puppets they can control effects the vulnerability of the user. At D rank and only being able to control 1 puppet, the user is incredibly vulnerable, it is only at C and higher ranks that the user, fighting along side two+ puppets, that the technique truly shines.

Weakness:This jutsu requires Basic skill in both Kenjutsu and Kugutsu. Additionally it requires the Samurai Puppet Art: Amputee Blade, as well as at least 1 puppet. Additionally, the jutsu does not protect from attacks from below. Also, B+ rank jutsu penetrate the barrier easily.

Description:By using ninja wire connecting the user to their puppet, by trapping opponents between the Puppeteer and the Puppet, the user can use Ninja Wire as cutting wire and slice enemies trapped between them.

Weakness:The range of this Jutsu while potentially very large, is dependent upon the length of chakra threads the ninja casting it can make, due to the force needed to exert, the range between puppet and puppeteer needs to be at least half of the max chakra length they are capable of or less for proper leverage. Additionally this jutsu requires at least basic in both Kugutsu and Kenjutsu. Lastly, if a enemy has a weapon C rank or higher, they can easily cut the threads and thus separate the puppeteer's connection to their puppet, leaving them with severely detrimented defense and offensive capabilities until they can reattach the strings, this is incredibly hard to do if used when the puppet and puppet master are far away from one another. Additionally requires Samurai Puppet Art: Amputee Blade to use. Also requires adequate length of Ninja Wire

Weakness:The use of both legs leaves the user as well as their puppet somewhat vulnerable to attacks during the attack. Requries Basic Kugutsu skill to use, additionally the puppet needs to be within 5 meters of the puppeteer to use this in a timely fashion.

Weakness:Requires Fuinjutsu Adept in order to seal the puppet on the user's body. Additionally requires the user to have a seal matrix either on their skin or on the back of a shirt or jacket.

Description:The user Uses a single chakra thread to attach to an individual or object, and uses a single finger to direct and manipulate it. To those unskilled in puppetry the move seems to be telekinesis due to the incredibly low amount of chakra used specifically to ensure it is not detected.

Weakness:The range of this Jutsu is very dependent upon one's Puppetry skill and Ninja rank. Additionally due to the very minute amount of chakra in the thread, unlike Normal Chakra Threads they only last for 4 posts.

Description:By using chakra to control the Bone Dust produced by one's body to perform various jutsu. Due to the regenerative qualities, massive amounts of Bone Dust can be created and used.

Weakness:Due to the strain on the body, only so much Bone dust can be created before the user must rest. The user can produce up to 60 liters of Bone Dust without having to use a container such as a gourd. Unlike a Gourd, the user cannot reuse the bone dust, instead the user must use a resting topic to replenish, much like chakra restoration. Additionally the dust leaves through pores in the skin, if the user is in an environment under 40 degrees ferenheit then the constriction of the pores causes the dust to damage the skin on the way out, causing bleeding.

Weakness:Has a considerable cooldown, also uses Bone Dust Manipulation Technique, and as such consumes Bone dust from the user's reserves. Uses 10 Liters. The user must move at a speed one rank below normal in order to retain the shield. Jutsu above B rank ignore the shield completely.
