Description:

Otogakure is minor nation and is often looked down upon but strength in numbers is not the only aspect. A saying of quality over quantity also exists. Otogakure aims to train each individual Shinobi to be stronger than the average Shinobi. Expand your strength by training at least 3 C-rank or higher Jutsu.

Description:

Similar to a squad formation get to know those in the village. Experienced Shinobi such as Chuunin and Above should meet and greet the Genin, help them to work as a team, tips and tricks and effectively let them bond with one another to build a stronger village. One may do battle exercises or even mind games to challenge their strategic brain.

Genin will also receive the rewards if they participate.

Description:

Otogakure too has a ANBU, though it may not be as famous as those of the Major Hidden Villages, they too are a force to be reckoned with. Form a squad consisting of minimum A-rank ANBU members under the control of the Daimyo. an Additional 100 Ryo will be paid out to each team member for each squad member that forms the team. The squad however is limited to 4 members.

Remember that this squad is for ANBU meaning not anyone can join. Those forming a squad should test one another physically and mentally. ANBU does not also mean the gathering of strong people. ANBU are meant to effectively execute and be prepared for any situation.

This presents a lot of danger to those who would even consider taking on such a mission. However, it is necessary that we indulge in this. As such, the mission is rather simple. Take a squad of at least 2+ Shinobi from Otogakure and conquer Amegakure.

Description: In an effort to cement Otogakure as the ruling state of all minor nations. It is the Daiymo's, secretly the Anbu Captain's wish, that all minor nations are ruled by Otogakure. Take a squad of at least 2+ Shinobi from Otogakure and conquer the Land of Tea.

Must request to take this string of missions and it may be done multiple times, but once in each Major Village. Upon completion once, Otogakure, will be considered a Major Village.

Simply make a topic in the Daimyo's office and title it Otogakure Mission Tree. There I will assign you your partner and brief you ICly. You can assume the role of being called into my office if you like.

Description: With Ninja Training having started back up, I'm assigning some Jounin specific students to focus their training on. These will be their pupils and will work as a tag team combo. With more individualized training, for the Genin I see have special potential we can start to breed more unique and outstanding ninja, so make sure you instill great teachings into them, while keeping them on the path of village loyalty. These ninja are your responsibility and if they defect it will be on you. This is the first part of your journey, for now just get acquainted with you new partner.

Description: Now that you and your partner have become acquainted with one another, it's time to strengthen that bond while also strengthening yourselves. A journey to a Major Village that you two have agreed upon. Not only is this good for a short vacation from the village while tempering your bond, but this is also an act of diplomacy. You are to be on your best behavior as these are the first steps to reestablishing the Land of Sound as Otogakure, not a minor village, but a Major Ninja Village. Once you arriving to the Major Village you two have agreed upon, complete at least 3(three) missions, these can be done together, but that's not required. Also try to meet some of their fellow ninja, so our presence can be known. If trouble emerges at village gates with an issue upon entering, do not trifle the guards and simply send word to the Daimyo's Quarters and it will be taken care of, this is a very delicate situation.

Description: Good, you've made it thus far, so now it's time to go a little further. What's a Major Ninja Village without its secrets? This mission is designed to test the bond you and your partner have created and also to harden the nerves of the the lower ranking ninja, assuming you have acquired a Genin under your wing. This will be their first true steps into the ninja world and failure on this mission is not acceptable, meaning if you are caught, you are both to detonate the explosive tags I have given you before you started your journey, thus erasing you from existence. This must be done clean.

Now onto what you will actually be doing. Make a topic in the village you have visited titled Otogakure Pt.3[Open to (insert village here) Ninja] This is so the topic is open for intervention since you will be kidnapping one of their ninja preferably a Jounin or higher(NPC) and bringing them back to Otogakure for research. A ninja's best secret are the secrets that lie within. If you are intervened by another RPer/PC, then this is where you and your partner decide whether to take two bodies back to Otogakure, eliminate yourselves, or if you have not been identified flee the scene. The transformation jutsu is your friend during this covert operation, tread carefully.
