The Tenbungan, like many Doujutsu, comes with multiple stages.
Stage One: Blue Sclera

Requirements: At least Genin-rank, 400 words training topic. If a player starts as a rank higher than Genin, they can start with Stage One already mastered.
Abilities: At the activation of the first stage, the sclera of the user turns a deep, dark blue. The user is now able to see a person’s chakra flowing through their body, and is able to detect a shinobi’s mastered elements by the color of the chakra. The standard chakra natures come in the following colors: earth is brown, fire is red, water is dark blue, lightning is yellow, wind is green, unique, clan-based elements each have their own unique color.
Additionally, if the opponent has mastered multiple elements, the user can distinguish the order of the learned elements. The first element is in the center of the chakra, and any element mastered after that forms a new layer around the original element.
The user can also see what element is being tapped into when the opponent performs a jutsu, meaning the user can anticipate the element of a technique as its seals are being performed.
The range for this is 20 meters.
Stage Two: Two black rings surrounding pupil

Requirements: At least Chuunin-rank, 1500 words training topic. If a player starts as a rank higher than Chuunin, they can start with Stage Two already mastered.
Abilities: The user is now able to switch between elements at will. At the start of each thread, the user chooses which elements to start with. A character can never have more elements than they are allowed to have at their rank. A genin, for example, can only have one element at a time, but can switch between what element they want to use. The normal element rules still apply. So while each element can be used, not all of them can be used at the same time.
A character still needs to train elements to get acces to them. For example, a genin starts with one element. The normal rules apply to train new elements. The genin can learn all elements, but because normal genin have only one element Rikouru genin can only use one element at a time, and need to switch to use the other ones they have learned so far.
The range for the element detection is increased to 30 meters.

Description: A technique designed to provide clansmen with a standard go-to offensive attack for each element. This technique creates a large, circular shield about five meters in diameter from the palm of the user’s hand. It is treated as a typical defensive jutsu.
For a neutral element:
Lower rank as the shield: For each lower rank that it is, double the amount of technique will be required to destroy the shield. One rank lower means two techniques are required to destroy the shield, two ranks is four, etc..
Same rank as the shield: One technique will destroy the shield, but will be blocked itself.
Higher rank as the shield: One technique will destroy the shield and continue in its path, but will be weakened by one rank. For example, if an A-rank jutsu collides with a B-rank shield, the shield will be destroyed but the jutsu will be reduced to the power of a B-rank attack.
The element that the shield is strong against will use the system above with one rank in the user's advantage. In other words, the shield can resist up to two equal-ranked jutsu, four jutsu of one rank lower etc.
The elements and their weaknesses are as followed: wind is weak against fire, fire is weak against water, water is weak against earth, earth is weak against lightning
and lightning is weak against wind.
Weakness: An attack from the element that the shields’ element is weak to will destroy the shield completely and deal extra damage to the user.

Description: A technique designed to provide clansmen with a standard go-to offensive attack for each element. The user shoots a circular bullet with a diameter of about two feet at the opponent from the mouth. The bullet travels at about the speed of a thrown kunai/shuriken and has the power as an ordinary C-rank technique of its element. The bullet has the following powers per element:
Water: A bullet of compact water. Inflicts physical trauma to cause severe bruising and fracture bones. Often lethal when it strikes the opponent's head. Bursts into water upon physical contact.
Wind: A bullet of compact wind. Upon contact, the wind is released causing several blades of air to cut up the environment surrounding the area of impact for two cubic meters.
Lightning: A bullet of lightning. Upon contact, the bullet releases a shockwave covering two cubic meters. The shockwaves causes up to second-degree burns and will paralyze any limbs caught in its area of effect for one post.
Fire: A bullet of fire. Explodes upon contact, engulfing two cubic meters in roaring flame. Causes up to third degree burns.
Earth: A bullet of solid rock. Simple and straightforward, it causes severe physical trauma, breaking and/or fracturing bones whenever it hits an enemy.
Weakness: The speed of the bullet (and thus its power) decreases after a certain distance. At 7 meters it has only half its striking power left, at 10 meters it begins to lose height and at 12 meters it will have crashed to the ground.
Clan History:
The Rikouru existed before the founding of Iwagakure no Sato, living in their isolated temples hidden among the Earth Country's many mountains. Despite their pacifistic nature, early settlers that tried to invade on their territory were eventually met with violent countermeasures when initial negotiations did not work out. Eventually, the first Tsuchikage and his shinobi managed to wrangle them under control, and the two agreed that the Rikouru were allowed to keep their temples, but would become one of Iwagakure's clans. They have been a bit of an odd one out ever since. Although their Bloodline Ability makes them usefull on many levels, their unique style of life and generally isolated nature leaves most of their fellow shinobi baffled and confused. Nevertheless, the Rikouru are considered highly efficient jacks-of-all-trades, and are known to fullfill a great many roles; from teaching fellow shinobi master their elements to wrecking havoc on the battlefield.
