Sasuto heads at a quickened rate out of the village he resides in, Konohagakure of course. His hair blows within the massive gusts of wind as he unsheathes his Gunbai from his back, which was originally strapped diagonally to his back. He revealed his scythe, holding it in his right hand with his Gunbai in his left. He slowly walked down the street with disinterest, not in a hurry to head to Kirigakure, and fend it's people from it's own weather. He left through the gate, walking slowly and finding himself nowhere close to the outskirts of the Hi no Kuni. Luckily he left Konoha early in the morning, and so it was noon. Insects of all type buzzed and bwoozed throughout the thick forest, as Sasuto gathered a large amount of plants, and then killed a decent amount of deer in order to gather venison. He stored the skin, to perhaps sell later on, and shot up into the trees, concealing himself as he shot forth at a rapid amount of momentum. He cleared throughout the forest at a high speed, and after a long amount of resting and traveling, he'd met the outskirts of Konoha. He found himself looking at two pathways, one seemed to be more lively...and the other...a dead..swampy forest with a large amount of mist. He used instinct and headed down the dead looking woodland. Along the way he took out many scouting ninja from Otogakure, seeking out the oppurtunity to cheat him out of his ryo, or his strength in terms of being a ninja. Eventually he began to cross a long bridge, the night grasshoppers' sounds being inaudible by the thick mist which consumed the prescent. The bridge rattled slightly, tilting right and left but keeping it very stable to walk on at the same time. He perceived the sea below him at long rage with ease. Eventually he manasged to cross the bridge, into Mizu no Kuni.

Sasuto spun around and cartwheeled, avoiding all of the senbons and deflecting them with a single kunai at the same time, his Gunbai strapped diagonally across his back again. His scythe was concealed within his Gunbai. He landed on either foot of his, glaring at the ninja within the treetops as his eyes became dark red as he activated the Sharingan. Sasuto weaved handseals at a quick rate, flinging shurikens and then launching a massive flurry of small flaming combustions the size of baseballs. They shot forth at a rapid speed, flashing towards the ninja in an instant, shurikens with steel wires concealed in the fireballs shooting forth. The ninja dodged them, landing on the ground infront of Sasuto, before being suddenly binded by wires. The shurikens, no longer burning, wrapped around the tree trunk. He clenched his teeth upon the steel wiring, releasing a burst of flames from his maw in the form of a wave, blasting the ninja to ashes. Sasuto turned, dropping the wiring from his mouth and dashing off closer to Kirigakure no Sato. Sasuto finally arrived at Kiri, discerning the sight of many people. He leaped high up, climbing stairs leading to the top of the gates, looking down upon a large area, no longer civilized, just a large, gaping hole created by the effects of a tsunami. He watched the waves of water shoot back and forth quickly, soon the tsunami would come, again. The Uchiha Chuunin reviewed the effects of the rumored Tsunami, heading to the sight in which many Kiri Jounin and Chuunin alike prepared themselves for the weather effects. 65% of the people he questioned were capable of using wind release. He nonchalantly spoke as he saw the water shoot forth at a massive wave, "Everyone, release as much Wind jutsu as possible, it'll help."Sasuto said, as he weaved one single handseal, and from his maw emerged a massive blast of flames that could destroy Kirigakure from his mouth,
"Katon : Gouka Mekkyaku no Jutsu!"He shouted.

Sasuto felt his chakra draining away overtime, but he inclined a massive amount of chakra into it, taking up 1/3'd of his chakra up with such a powerful increase. The flames overid the power of the tsunami, completely. The flames pushed back, as Sasuto widened his eyes as people screamed, knowing that his technique wasn't enough. Suddenly, Konoha genin, three from a special team that had been together for two years shot beside him, releasing a massive fireball from eachother. The fireballs mashed with Sasuto's own fire, creating a massive tsunami of flames that consumed the water and blew it back completely into the sea where it belonged. Sasuto stopped the rushing flames from shooting from his mouth, as he dropped to his knees, huffing heavily and allowing his Sharingan to dissipate from notice. He stood up slowly, nodding at the people who roared towards him in happiness for being saved by his "efforts", even though he required help to do so. He didn't like needing help to complete tasks that were his problems. He notified Kiri officials of his completion, and then headed out of the village. After two days of travel, he finally arrived back at Konohagakure. The first thing he did when he got there was recuperate whatever lost chakra, then he headed to the Hokage manor, where he reported success with the mission. He thought to himself, knowing there was one thing left...a new technique.

The ground crumbled beneath him, fissures forming around the caved in pathway behind him. He extended his right arm out, piercing through the tree trunk and allowing a massive detonation of lightning to explode from his hand in the form of a bolt.
