    Description: Regarded as one of the most effective uses of Shinobi Talents in conjunction with the Primitive World, this Village Protection technique incorporates the use of three Shinobi Skill sets. Despite the vastness of this technique's uses for a number of different villages, it excels most when used with unique environment of Kirigakure no Sato. Taking key principles from the Rain Tiger at Will technique, the user intertwines the natural mist that resides around Kirigakure with a mist stemming from the pores on the users body through the use of his Kekkei Genkai, the sheer volume at which the mist is released from the entirety of the users body causes the user to be unseen in its creation, this process acts to enhance the thickness of the mist and to extend the users chakra throughout the village. Using the Sea which surrounds the island of Kirigakure no Sato, the user only need to activate this technique once because the droplets of water  used in maintaining the technique derive from the sea . Now, the sensory portion of this technique comes into play when an individual makes contact with the mist, within the mind's eye of the user they become notified in a fashion dependent on the Sensory skill rank of the user. Through this method, the user can determine the threat levels of individuals and take appropriate actions through the use of Ninjutsu using the Mist's water as a base, through this process portions of the mist will be missing and the area is as followed:

    When danger arises and harm as dealt, the user can utilize the Ijutsu | Medical Technique portion of this technique. With the users chakra extended throughout the mist they can then utilize it as a base to cover afflicted areas of an individual, thus allowing them to treat wounds or anything else through the use of an Ijutsu technique. When Ijutsu | Medical techniques are used the Mist grows more dense because of the addition of more chakra, thus visibility is hindered to three (3 M) meters. Those with an enhanced sense of smell will be forced to succumb to the users smell in all of it's abundance since the mist originates from his body, thus causing him not to be smelled.
    Weakness: When an Ijutsu technique is used it applies to all within contact in the mist, thus they could effectively heal an opponent if not careful, seeing as the user cannot just have certain people gain the effects since the entirety of the mist is infused with his chakra. Ijutsu can only be used up to A Rank. The user can only use elemental techniques of the Suiton | Water Release nature during the use of the Ijutsu portion of this technique. In addition, the user must pay for this technique and the Ijutsu technique, thus making it more taxing. Those that enters the mist after it's production will require a -5 chakra to sense them. Ninjutsu discount does not apply and if a large body of water is not available the user must pay the upkeep cost.
