If I get an implant from a clan that has no active members how do I learn the techs? Would I go to the village of origin and find scrolls?

I would think you create your own techs or independently recreate them. Such as how Neji independently came up with that rotation technique. That was suppose to be a main branch secret technique

Even though it's allowed, I don't think you should be able to, logically speaking. Unless you take the Kekkei Genkai from someone who had it transplanted into them. Taking KKG from NPCs shouldn't be allowed, but I guess it is here.

Aerie he means that he got the implant from a PC member but can't learn the techs because that PC member is, let's say, dead. And no one else is available of that clan.
