Arctic Body: All members of the Tōketsu clan are born with body temperatures that can only be described as freezing cold. This freezing cold body temperature they all possess never changes. The individuals themselves do not notice the coldness of their body because they cannot feel cold. Yet without being next to one, one would not have known that these individuals are cold to the touch. When in hot climates, their breath is visible. Their freezing cold body is simply the product of their KKG.
Population: Before the time of villages, when clans were at war with one another, the Tōketsu clan population was low. Despite their capabilities and the power granted to them, fighting a whole bunch of individuals who deem you a threat had proven difficult and thus their numbers had suffered. Seeing that soon enough they would be extinct if they didn’t do something, even with the clan training all members received at a young age, the clans had decided to freeze a select few to preserve their bloodline. When the clan was finally wiped out, this not counting those who had been frozen, the name faded into obscurity but the legend that had spawned because of the clan remained alive.
Training: Due to the environment the clan lived in as well as the many aspects of their power, the Tōketsu heads had decided to form a training regimen for their descendants so that they may survive the war between clans. For members of the Tōketsu clan, pain is nothing and fighting hard to continue the bloodline was a must. Controlling the various aspects associated with their clan was a priority, and not one child was allowed to be mediocre or weak. Yet even with these things in mind, the clan hadn’t made it to the age of the villages.
Physical Appearance: For one reason or another, members of the Tōketsu clan are always, always born with either the lightest shade of blonde imaginable or white hair and blue eyes of various shades. The reason for this is unknown, but it’s a physical trait all are born with.

: The strongest aspect of the Tōketsu clan’s KKG is their freeze aspect, or their ability to manipulate, control and generate the cold. By reducing the kinetic energy of atoms and thus making things colder, ranging from subjective feeling of could to absolute zero. With this ability, members of the clan can turn water into ice, rain into snow, and humid air into fog. Clan History: Tōketsu, now that isn’t a clan that anyone in the current generation would be able to recognize, not unless that person has managed to live over three centuries and had either bared witness to a member of the clan, were apart of the clan, or heard rumors that have spawn because of their KKG. Either way, the name has faded into obscurity, having never been recorded for they had existed during a time before the villages, where clans waged war against one another. They had been a powerful clan, their ability to control anything and everything to do with winter making them a people to be feared, and the legends that their clan had spawned didn’t help soothe the minds of the neighboring clans.
That is, they had been feared before they had become nearly extinct, having not survived to the time of the villages though they ensured that their bloodline would continue. Yet one can only imagine the power a single member possessed to bring out fear from their opponents, and imagining an entire clan of these terrifying individuals didn’t bode well for the survival of the clan. With fear in their hearts, the clans that neighbored the Tōketsu clan’s territory banded together, and a war that spanned over a century was waged. Members of the clan fought hard, but they knew that even with their fearsome capabilities that they would soon die out.
Their numbers were decreasing by the day, and when the threat of extinction loomed over the heads of the clan, those who led the clan decided to formulate a way their bloodline could survive. Various plans were attempted, but all except one would ultimately fail. It had come to the point where the clan elders were desperate, and thus they had devised a technique that would freeze a few members in time. Ten individuals had been chosen, swiftly carried off to a cave with a hidden passage way, a place where they would be put to ‘sleep’, a nicer way of saying the individuals were frozen in time.
The decision couldn’t had come at a better time, for a decade after the ten chosen children were frozen, all being fifteen or older, the last member of the clan fell. And thus, for a little over three centuries, the Tōketsu bloodline would cease to exist, fading into obscurity. After three long centuries, the ice that the children were encased in would melt, and the members of a once fearsome clan would walk the world once again, albeit not all had been unfrozen at once. Yet, of the ten who had been frozen, only five had survived. And thus, these last remnants of the Tōketsu clan begin their journey in a world that has changed drastically over the pass three centuries.
