The shield is able to completely block jutsus one rank lower than the user's rank.  A jutsu used of equal rank to the user is able to damage the shield while a jutsu of higher rank than the user will break it.

Description: The Rasengan does not require any hand seals to use, relying only on the chakra control of the user. Once it is complete, it becomes self-sustaining, which does not give the Rasengan a definite limit like the Chidori. The compacted nature and moving speed of the chakra allows the Rasengan to grind into whatever it comes in contact with to inflict major damage. This tends to launch the target spiralling backward after being hit or, if the target is lying on the ground or being launched to the ground, the destructive force is enough to form a crater.

Description: A technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching his or her body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. The technique is usually preceded by a swift upper kick that will launch the target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. This move by itself is harmless, but it is usable as a stepping stone for a great many powerful techniques like Front Lotus and the Lion Combo. That being said, it also has a rather high degree of difficulty.

Description: A clone that is created by using chakra to alter the user's own cells into vegetation. The clones can be as simple in function as a wooden dummy for use in the Body Replacement Techniques or completely mobile and able to perform techniques. They have the ability to travel far from the user and are able to communicate with the original. Moreover, since the wood clone has the ability to merge with plants and trees, it is also great for reconnaissance missions.  By directly touching the wood clone with his hand, the user can absorb the information it gathered and change the shape of the clone. Unlike other clone techniques, the wood clone doesn't disappear when hit and takes the damage to a certain degree. These clones can also be dispelled like normal clones, however.
The tracking seeds.
If a wood clone is changed into a seed and ingested into the body or left on a target, it can be used as a transmission device of sorts. The user can use these to track their target as the seeds respond to their chakra only.

Description:
Ankle weights that weight a lot more than they seem.  Just the sheer force from dropping them is enough to cause a crater to form in the ground.  (This is basically what Lee had).  Normally, the weights would weight around 25lbs each or so, but with the seals added, the weight is increased drastically and steadily increases the more the user becomes used to it.  The weight doubles every 50 posts.  Once mastered, the weights can be removed and when the are removed the user finds that their speed has been increased drastically.  Ex. Taijutsu Basic can move at the speeds of a Taijutsu Master
