Mission Line:
Sachio groaned and moaned as he rose in a groggy state from his restless slumber on the hard creaking floor of the forlorn vessel. The teen wore deep red long sleeved Gi on his upper body along with a fishnet shirt underneath. Along his waist a black obi tied the Gi to his hips leaving only a few inches of the length unbound below his waist. His legs were covered in traditional ninja pants, then shinobi sandals of course, while his Kumogakure headband was tied around his forehead slightly hidden by the long messy strands of his blonde hair. "Uggggh, still haven't found land . . ." One hand on his head with shut eyes, Sachio felt a bit woozy from fatigue and a night of drinking with the other crew members. The other hand found a vertical wooden beam that had a few indents, his fingers skated over the markings. "Day twenty two . . . we'll die of dehydration in a few more . . ." He sighed as he used the beams sturdiness to help himself to a stand as he scanned the dim hull of the ship. Some were still sleep, but the sound of footsteps above on the deck meant that it wasn't as early as the Chunin had assumed. Rubbing both cheeks up and down with his hands, he then gave then a few harmful pats to try to look a bit more alive, before stepping out onto the deck.

As he opened the door the sun's rays punished him for the night of drinking as his pupils burned and he shielded them with his hand as the other rested at his side. Walking a bit out of the way of the working crew members he could barely remember why he was even on this ship, but after about a minute of searching he found the answer. He along with a few others was a hired hand to protect the vessel from pirates or whatever other mysteries the vast sea held. Sadly he could do nothing about this predicament of being lost. Nothing but give the Captain a dirty glare of dissatisfaction, as if it'd get them out of the rut any sooner.

'Hmm, I really feel as if we are going to die on this ship....' Tennin would think to himself. He cupped his mouth as he watched the Captain, wondering if this man was going to be the cause of his death. Tennin had on the same attire he has been wearing the whole time on the ship; that being his a sweater jersey and track pants and an old white bandana/cloth around his neck and brown knee-length boots. His hair today was a bit different as it was up in a small ponytail. Tennin would leave the Captain's side though once he spotted one of the other Shinobi from Kumogakure he had come with, Sachio.

He would slowly make his way over to the guy before standing beside him, "Sachio, look at everyone's face...it is so gloom. I know we are in dire need of fresh water and most if not all want to get to land soon but some of the things I have been hearing is really bad. I won't repeat everything I heard but it all leads to the crew mutinying." Tennin would tell Sachio, looking up at him. "So what should we do?" He would ask him. Why he would ask Sachio on what they should do is because he was an higher rank then him, older, and also Tennin truly didn't know what would do in this situation.

Tennin was young and really didn't care about somethings that don't mean anything to him. But he didn't know if this situation meant anything to him really. He understood why the crew would be dissatisfied with the Captain, and he was a little bit as well. But he doesn't understand or know if making someone else the Captain would be the best thing right now. Also he didn't think anyone would listen to an eleven year old. He knew he could probably take most of the crew despite being extremely smaller then them.

Sachio was leaning against the railing of the vessel looking out to the sea, half hoping to spot land which was very unlikely, but a guy could dream couldn't he. Both arms folded across his body on the rail, he let his weight rest on them as he rested his head in his arms still a bit tired. "Sachio." The teen's head turned to face who addressed him and he already knew who it was. The boy's name was Tennin, also from Kumogakure, but a Genin. The two were slightly acquainted having been two of five ninja on the ship, but this one had been who Sachio spoke the most with out of them all. He mostly tried to broaden his social circle with non from other villages. Some weren't as friendly as he'd like, but what could he expect none of the villages were exactly allied with the other.

"Mutiny . . . yeah that won't do anyone any good. His tone remained calmed and his eyes stayed out on the ocean, before looking at the child and remaining silent for a small moment." . . . I guess I'll have to talk to them since they won't listen to you. Come on follow." Sachio rose from his slouched stance and beckoned with a lazy hand before walking back into the hull of the ship. Some more crew members had woken since Sachio was last down there and a lantern was lit, giving the room a decent glow and volume of lighting. Walking more into the actual room of the hull, the Chunin sat himself on a barrel and hunched slightly forward resting his elbows on his knees. His hands folded -fingers intwined- he rested his chin on top of them.

"So rumor has it you guys are talking about replacing the Captain with someone a bit more qualified or what you guys consider qualified." The room's atmosphere was put in a tight chokehold as silence plagued the enclosed area. All eyes on Sachio, some shifting between each other, most their expression were troubled, while others a bit hostile as if daring Sachio to speak further on the matter. He paid no mind to those nasty looks and proceeded. "Think of it this way . . . a new Captain will do nothing to help the cause of finding land and getting fresh water. If anything, while you guys are scuffling to tie the bastard up or kill him, you'll exhaust yourselves." He then stood up and stretched, seeds of knowledge planted in the brains of the merchants and they would grow and blossom whether they wanted them to or not. The truth was undeniable, but just in case some would still act like the buffoons some of them were, Sachio pushed his point a little further. After all, the only way to surely get what you wanted in this world was to provide a possible loss or threat to those you were bargaining with. Something Sachio slowly learned at the Grand Table where Kazan clan heads and elders meet.

"If any of you still wish to overtake the Captain, you'll have to deal with Tennin here first." Meech put a firm hand on the boy's shoulder, still eyeballing those he was speaking to, but with lazy half closed eyelids. "He might not look like much, but I'm positive he could take out all of you guys within the span of a two minutes . . . are we understood?" They were a bit reluctant to, but with one nodding came the nod of many others and eventually the whole hull. With that Sachio removed his hand from Tennin's shoulder and pressed off his knees to come to a stand and depart. "Good, now spread word around, so know one gets hurt. Dividing our forces and fighting each other will do nothing positive in times like these."

Back on the deck of the ship, Sachio stretched in the sunlight and looked at the Genin if he was still following. "I think that went well, how about you?"

Tennin would follow Sachio. He was truly glad that this guy would take care of the mutiny before it started. He didn't really want to follow him though as he thought his part was over, but did anyway in curiosity on how he would deal with it. They made it to the hull of the ship, Tennin would stand besides Sachio who would sit on a barrel. 'Why does he seem so lazy when he is about to do things?' Tennin would think to himself as he looked at Sachio and then the Sailors who expressions varied. Tennin was a bit surprised he got to the point of what he wanted to talk about so quick and also that he got everyone's attention.

Tennin kinda expected a long speech on why mutinying would be bad or some short and lazy, and it seemed to be the latter. Though that wasn't a bad thing as what he said wasn't bad, and would have problem been about the same as if he was going to talk them out of this mutiny.

Tennin would fill and hand on his shoulder, and then would get an shocked look on his face at what Sachio would say. 'Eh? The fuck did he say that for...I don't wanna hurt anybody unless I have to. Wait..I get it..' After thinking about what he said for a few seconds realized this was some type of scare tactic , so Tennin would play along. Pulling out a Kunai and already cut lemon, he had the lemon cause he was eating it earlier. "Yea...two minutes.." Tennin would add on. Everything would go great and the mutiny would seem to be adverted, and this was good. Tennin followed Sachio back topside, he would galre back though at any of the Merchants that looked at him.

"Yea, that did go pretty well. I was worried though when said they would have to go through me, but other then that fine. So no-..." Tennin would stop his eyes would catch something in the distance. "I think we are about to have some trouble after all...." Tennin would say as he would duck. After he ducked an cannon ball would fly passed him. It wouldn't hit anyone but the wall, but it would probably be the first of many."EVERYONE BRACE YOURSELF! WE ARE UNDER ATTACK!" Tennin would get back up to his feet, and serious expression on his face. Everything was going fine until this shit would happen, taking care of one problem seems to attract another it seemed. Tennin would head back down to the Hull to make sure everyone knew that they were going to be under attack, and after doing that would head back topside.

He would stare back into the distance at the other ship that was attacking them, he knew this had to be the work of pirates. Excite filled this young one as he had never fought Pirates before and wanted to actually see one, he had read stories about they guys and found they were a bit cool. Even though they were attacking them he kinda liked that, even though he hoped no one would get hurt from this attack.

Sachio was glad to see Tennin thought the talk went well. He wasn't consciously trying to impress the Genin, but it felt nice to know someone thought he did good. It put a weak smile on the unreadable facade he seemed to always have plastered on his face. The smile was short lived however. The break in the boy's sentence made the content and listening Sachio halt his decent paced walk. Looking at the Genin, then out to where he was looking, Sachio's eyes widened and he hopped to the side just for safe measures to avoid the incoming cannon ball.

Normally nonchalant or unexpressive, one could tell by the narrowed eyes the Chunin now wore that he was ready to engage in combat and so were the other ninjas that were hired for the task. "Looks like the dehydration won't be the only thing we fight this mission." With Tennin alerting the forces, Sachio and the other Nin decided to they'd start working up defenses from the onslaught of cannon balls. One ninja hailing from Iwagakure was physically strong enough to shatter some of the cannon balls with his kicks and fist, while the ninja from Sunagakure relied on his blade to split them down the middle. Sachio and the ninja from Kirigakure would rely on their prowess with ninjutsu to help the efforts of defense. Many spouts of water shot out the ocean after a completetion of hand seals by the the Kirigakure ninja and these spouts worked to stop the cannon balls and make them fall into the ocean ineffective not even reaching the Seadog. Sachio on the other hand, strung together a small set of hand seals, but held the Dog sign with his eyes closed. One of the ninjas consciously covering him as he focused, the reasoning to this madness was so he could channel and effectively use his Yoton Release. Given they were in the ocean the lava had quite the journey to make and issues with cooling could occur, this being something he learned time ago on a voyage to the Land of Wind with other Kazan clansmen. "Alright, I'm ready." He said and with that a 7m high and long wall of steaming black rock peaked out of the ocean about 10m away from the allied vessel.  Unseen by those on the Seadog, the side that faced the pirates bore many openings in it that dripped red hot magma. Leaping off the Seadog onto the top of this structure, the ninja from Kirigakure joined him and continued his defense efforts, while Sachio sat for the sake of focus. "Alright you can focus on hitting cannon balls that are headed directly for us, if they are out of the way let the others handle them." With that loud booming began to shake the wall of cooled magma and lava drenched boulders were being fired at the enemy ship. Some of the boulders hit other cannon balls, making lava spill into the ocean making solid rock platforms, while a few actually hit.

It seemed as if Sachio would end up sinking the enemy ship if things continued, but of course . ..  they didn't. Soon enough the enemy displayed the ability to use jutsu of their own. Gust of wind began blowing his cannon balls off course and some were even redirected back towards the two on the wall. "We can't keep this up, it's a waste of chakra and endangering us. Head back to the Seadog." The Kumogakure Chunin was disappointed to see his plan backfire on him, but being rash wasn't in his nature, so like he was told he retreated to the Seadog. "It seems like they're done with the cannon fire at least. You ready for this little man?" This was the Iwagakure ninja speaking to Tennin, a very muscular man, obviously a Taijutsu specialist, this was assumable before even seeing his display. The Sand Ninja sheathing his weapon, nodded to these words and the Ninja stood by as the crew members continued to prepare boarding procedures. "Any pointers for someone whose new to skirmishes on the water?" Sachio asked and the of course the ninja from the Land of Water began to educate the Nin in attendance.

Tennin well was going to be no help when it came to defending against the cannon fire, unless warning everyone was something. So he would take cover behind one of the Shinobi that was on the ship, a big muscular guy, this was because well he didn't want to get hit. But that really won't be the case at what he would see Sachio and one of the other Shinobi do something to stop the assault. '..Seems I may be the weakest one on this ship, ain't that a bitch...' Tennin would say as he would head back down to the hull, he needed to grab something. As he made his way down he began to get a bit anger that he was even here, the only Genin on this mission. He would punch a barrel and break it he would then grab his blade that was within it, just a practice blade but good enough for what he was about to do. He would quickly make his way back up topside and next to the Iwagakure Ninja.

"Don't insult me with that crap." Tennin would say as he would bite his thumb, a little blood would come out and Tennin would look at it. He would close his eyes for a second and then reopen them. Tennin's heart would begin to beat fast and he would grip his katana more tightly with his right hand, and in his left would pull out an kunai. He wouldn't move from his spot just yet as he saw the enemy ship come closer. Tennin planned on docking with the other ship before they could do it themselves. 'Now!' Tennin would say as he would begin to rush to the railing, he didn't need much room to take off. He would push of and go flying through the air toward the other ship. At this time they were about to board the ship he and the others were supposed to be defending.

He landed on top of one of the enemies with his blade in the guy's side, failing in his attempt to kill one right when boarding. It didn't take him long to look around and see the amount of enemies he had jumped in the middle of. '.Maybe I shouldn't have done this..To late to change up now though.' Tennin would think to himself as he would use the kunai in his other hand to slit the throat of the guy he was on top of. The guy he hit was actually paying attention when Tennin jumped from the other ship and this was the cause of him being taken out so easily.

Tennin would jump to his feet as he looked at the lot that was surrounding him, it seemed the wouldn't commit many people to the boy but about five. The rest, except the Captain, would head over to the other ship. Tennin would jump to the closes one to him and swing his blade, but he would miss or better put it would be dodged. The guy had exhale a somewhat powerful stream of wind from his mouth so he would be able to get back from Tennin's deadly slash. It also made Tennin get sent back a few feet and sadly into the blade of one of the others, but the wound wasn't that bad from how it felt and Tennin didn't just stand there after he felt it hit him. And also someone, the Iwagakure Ninja, would jump over and knock the one who got an hit on Tennin to the the side.

"You good little guy? Seems you got more then you could handle." The man would say as he would give Tennin a smile, he would then begin to do battle with the three pirates that were behind him. Tennin would spit on the ground, not liking what that guy said to him. Tennin would rush once again at the guy who had dodged his attack but this time when he tried to use that jutsu again would through his kunai above him, also he would stick his sword into the deck so he won't fly back, but then use the another kunai to hit the one sent above him. This caused the first kunai to be go downward, the pirate wouldn't notice this, and it would hit him in the throat.  'Shit, he isn't going to die form that...better do this quick....' Tennin would think as he would begin to rush forward to the now down Pirate with a kunai in his throat. Tennin would stick his sword through the guy's skull, this to end his suffering and take care of him.

Tennin would turn around to see the Iwagakure was doing pretty good and just had one more guy left, he would then turn to the ship and see that it was well dealing with a lot of guys. Tennin though didn't know if he should stay on the ship or go and find the Captain, as both would need to be dealt with but he didn't know which was more important.

"Come on we are heading back over!" The Iwagakure nin would say as he made it over to Tennin.

"No you go I will go after the Captain." Tennin would say, a serious expression on his face as he would turn from the guy and begin his search for the Captain. The Iwagakure Nin would sigh as he went back over to their ship, he believed they needed to take care of the lot on their ship and then get the Captain. He did hope that Tennin would not though get hurt trying to fight the Captain himself. Once back over to their ship the Iwgakure Nin would begin to do battle with the pirates. If he would spot Sachio he would say this, "Hey! Kumo guy! Your little pal is going after the Captain all alone, you should go help him!"

Tennin would spot the Captain who was seemingly just watching his crew attack, a small grin on his face. He didn't seem at all worried and if he had to would step in and take care of those Ninja that were taking out his crew. Tennin would grip hi Katana more tightly and pull out another kunai, only having eight left. He wouldn't go straight out to attack just yet though as he was thinking of how he could take the Captain out in one go.

Being fed information by the Water Ninja, Sachio kept his eyes forward on the oncoming threat until the faces of his foes could be distinctively seen. "I'm going over." Sachio and the others nodded. "Ok we'll focus on defending." Before he knew it crew members were slamming large planks of wood from the Seadog all the ay to the enemy vessel and the enemies were doing likewise. Some just jumped the decent sized gap between the ships, while some tried to run on the planks to cross. Eh this is going to be pretty bad . . . where's Tennin? Sachio thought to himself, but in almost no time at all his allies were overtaken on the planks. The pirates proving to have some decent combat skills had overrun them and were now boarding the Seadog. Don't have time to worry about him, he should be good by himself . . . "I hope." "What was that?" The water ninja called out due to Sachio's last words being verbally spoken. Eyeing his opponents as they began to surround him, the Kirigakure Representative, and the Sunagakure Ninja, he shook his head as he took his Kusarigama off his hip and began to rotate a short length of it vertically to his side. "Nothing, lets get this over with quickly." The Suna ninja nodded and unsheathed his dual blades, while the Kiri Nin equipped a single kunai and entered a crouched stance.

Launching the weighted end of his weapon at a pirate first, it wrapped around the length of his blade as he tried to swing at the weight. Snagging on the chain, Sachio didn't disarm him, but instead pulled the reluctant ninja to make him lose his balance. Stumbling forward, with a deft and lithe dash, Sachio immediately closed in the small amount of space in between them. His foes blade wrapped up in his Kusarigama's chain, even in close proximity the Chunin couldn't get cut by the blade and used that advantage to plunge his weapon deep in his targets gut. The sickle digging in like a feral beast's fang, he pulled the weapon out the man's side creating an even large wound of course and rendering him unconscious from pain alone.

His right hand wielding the sickle was now brought in the air diagonally after following through with his slash. With this positioning he eyed another pirate and tossed the sickle towards him with unexpected finesse. Sachio's right arm sailing close to the head and over the shoulder of the pirate he executed prior, the attack was very unpredictable and with that it landed. The outer part or crescent shaped end of the sickles blade jammed right into his neck, making him emit a horrid gurgling sound as he gritted his teeth in pain. Yanking on the chain length, Sachio recalled the weapon and in unison the two bodies hit the ground. Letting go of the chain to free his hand to catch the handle of the sickle, out his peripherals he noted a pirate approaching already reeled back to strike. Knowing he wouldn't be able to counter in time with his sickle with how things were going, he quickly rotated his left wrist and raveled a bit of chain around his left hand. This armored his palm and allowed him to actually block the oncoming blade and grip onto the blade since his hand was covered. Now catching the sickle in his right with an outstretched arm, he swung the blade in to execute this pirate in one blow, but the target actually released his grip on his weapon and jumped back. "Tch." Sachio sucked his teeth in minor annoyance as he took two steps forward while flipping his weapon around to attempt a back handed swipe at the pirate. Swinging again, the pirate proved to be quite the slippery bastard, but Sachio expected as much. As soon as the slash cleared Sachio's chest, his left hand that bore chain with the weighted end of the Kusarigama was sent forward in such a way that the weight shot right into the man's face. From the brunt force of the attack, the weight bounced off a bit and upon it coming off the face, blood gushed out his nose for a small moment, before it died down to a trickle. Stumbling backwards and covering his bloodied and broken nose, the pirate's eyes closed involuntarily from pain. Catching the loose chain of the weighted end, Sachio used the sickle to end the mans life with a gash from one side of the collarbone to the other. Taking a breath, both his hands rested at his sides as he looked around him and watched the others fight until the Iwagakure ninja approached him.

"Hey! Kumo guy! Your little pal is going after the Captain all alone, you should go help him!" Dammit, that's where that kid went off too. Shoulda known he was the hot headed type. "Alright thanks for the info, I'm gone!" With that Sachio took off to the enemy vessel, leaping off the deck of the Seadog onto the railing, one more leap and he planted his feet firmly on the deck of the other ship safely. While he was in the air, he had placed his kusarigama back on his right hip, while he also withdrew three kunai in one hand and three shuriken in the other.

Landing on the ship, Sachio would execute a quick spin while he released the weapons he bore in his hands. Each accurately striking a foe only two were immediate kills -headshots- while the others were fatal wounds to areas like the neck or chest. "Looks like I'm a bit rusty." Crouching down out of his spin, he formed the Ram seal and in a small plume of smoke he vanished. First moving straight up, Sachio clasped onto the netting that was above him, before leaping over into the crows nest that was vacant. Using the vantage point to spot Tennin, he was relieved the Genin hadn't engaged the lone Captain yet. "Perfect." Meech thought to himself as he jumped out the crow's nest to a position above the Captain while he took in a deep breath. Expelling a stream of grey ash towards the Captain, Sachio made sure the amount was only enough to effect the leader of the pirates. "You won't be successful using petty techniques like that against me!" Sachio was surprised when his presence was taken note of and even more surprised when the Captain countered his technique with a jutsu of his own. No hand seals needed, the Captain utilized Wind Release: Great Breakthrough. Not only did it blow away Sachio's jutsu, but it also knocked the ninja back as he collided with the jutsu head on. Crossing his arms and ducking his head, the Chunin guarded the only way he could and as he was sent backwards he used a single backflip to regain his aerial equilibrium. Landing on the deck safely on his feet, the Chunin only stumbled backwards one step as he rose.

'There it is!' Tennin would think to himself as he say his opening, and probably the only time he would be able to land an quick killing blow. The opening would be made when the Captain would counter Sachio. Tennin would throw five kunai directed at the man's thighs and knees, and as he threw them he would move from his position and head straight at the Captain. He would use the few seconds he had from his Kunai hitting the guy to slash at him with his sword, and it seemed as it was about to go alright. Well until the Captain would pull out an Blade of his own as he saw Tennin coming at him, but at that time it was too late. Tennin would be behind the guy now and when he looked back the guy's head would well fall back, but not off, the Captain did though get a swing off but Tennin made dodged it. He would be like an pez dispenser now as his blood gushed out. Tennin would sheath his sword but before he would turn around he would feel an sharp pain across his chest. He would fall to one knee and when he put his hand on his chest and looked at it would see blood, he would then fight the pain to look back at the Captain.

Tennin was confused as he fell forward, not understanding how he could have gotten injured like this. What he didn't know was that the Captain had performed an Jutsu to increase the range of his weapon, Wind Release: Vacuum Blade. But Tennin didn't notice that. "It hurts...AH!" Tennin would force himself to his feet, he couldn't let this stop him. He had enough energy to think and speak so to him he didn't believe it was fatal.

He would pull his blade back out as he needed to help him stay up,"Hey! ugh...I got him! Let take care of the rest!" Tennin would struggle to scream out to Sachio. Tennin would walk over to the Captain and slowly get his kunai and put them back in his pouch. Every time he moved he would grit his teeth, this to fight the pain a bit. He would then begin to make his way slowly over to the side of the ship, he was going to jump back over to their ship to assist in taking out the rest of the pirates or whatever they are.
