The Great Naruto Bridge, a structure that connected the archipelago islands that made up Water Country to Fire Country. It had been built over a century ago, a symbolic landmark of the Water Country. The bridge had received its name due to a young boy having helped the people build the courage needed to rise against the tyrannical business man that had ruled their lands. A cute backstory to say the least, but a backstory she could hardly care for. Besides, she would not be using the bridge for she planned to head straight for Sound, and thus taking a boat would be much better than traveling through the outskirts of Fire Country, on top of that, faster. The only reason Saika was even at the bridge was because she had instructed the other members of her group that happened to be in Kiri to go there. And when they arrived, the group would be taking a boat to Sound.

Thus, she leaned against the structure of the bridge, an occasional glance at the waters below as well as the path that led to the bridge. She was excited for this meeting that would commence in Sound, especially since after the meeting she and her group would seize Sound as their own country. And it was due to the invasion in Sound that her children would not be present, not wanting the two girls getting in the way or worse, getting themselves killed. Thus once the invasion was over, she would make the journey back to Kiri to pick them up or request that their caretaker bring them to Sound, until than her children would remain in the hands of Neru.

She sighed deeply as her eyes opened, narrowing slightly as she could see a figure approach the bridge. A smile graced her lips, someone had finally arrived.

The teen rubbed his eyes as he made his way to the rendezvous point. Today he would be meeting all the other people that were suppose to be in this organization. His brain told him he should be excited, but for some reason to emotion didn't set in as he felt that his expectations would only be shot. Somewhere in his mind he didn't think the idea of a bunch of criminals meeting in one spot was the greatest idea, considering most of these people were more than likely killers. Each may even have their own unique perk like Junpei's consumption habits, so he felt the meeting would just be sinisterly creepy. His left hand hung by his side hidden by the long sleeve of his yukata as the right was tucked in the garment, but was resting in the "v" of the spring time kimono. One blade on his right hip being Kiga, then Sakana on is left hip, he let his nose take in the last bit of Kirigakure air as he would soon be leaving, but probably not for long. That being because he had left Hikaru at the hideout, though he knew the teen would probably make use of his time and find something more engaging to do. At least Junpei hoped he did, for the hideout only would have him present since the workers were out in search of the Seven Swords.

He mentally counted how many days had passed since he had dispatched the six oafs and came to the conclusion he would need to return in about fifteen days to meet them when they were to return. He allotted them one month of time and in that amount of time if they didn't either have a blade or information on a blades whereabouts either someone would be dying or someone would be losing a limb. That later being much more appealing to Junpei, for he thought of it as motivation for them to work harder while alive and it also supplied him with a snack rather than a whole body. A body which he would feel obligated to eat in one sitting so it wouldn't rot and go to waste.

Seeing the woman known as Saika he cursed under his breath seeing he was the first one to arrive other than the boss. "Ugh this is like coming to class early and being stuck with the teacher." He said out loud as he distanced himself from her and sat on the leaned over the railing of the bridge looking into the water. But he also figured this time alone with this teacher could be used to learn something the rest of the class wouldn't. "So what are your plans with that girl? Just gonna use her as a pawn to attack Konoha or some crazy shit?" He looked over to Saika with a curious expression; wondering if she would answer his question or give him some slick loop around the actual answer metaphor shit like most "criminal masterminds" liked to in hopes of flexing their intelligence on others commonly their underlings.

The warm winds brushed their way through the air, pouncing and dancing atop the cold waters of Kirigakure. It was a beautiful day -- the trees glistened with dew and the sun shone brightly through the consistent mist that overlay the village. The older shinobi split his hair using his hand and took a deep breath, exhaling only when he felt his lungs full. A smile quickly found itself plastered on his tan face. He was excited to meet his partners in crime. They must all be pretty strong and unique to make it into Akatsuki, after all. Gleefully, he took a cigarette out of his back pocket and lit it, bringing it to his mouth. He picked up the pace -- his excitement clearly taking over his actions at this point. "Shit, I really hope they aren't assholes."

After a few minutes of walking at a brisk pace, he saw two figures -- their leader Saika, and a young boy alongside her. The boy was rather odd looking. His white hair reflected the sun's rays and nearly blinded the poor Senju, forcing him to cover his eyes, offering them more protection than the silk, black bandage that already shrouded them could offer. He took another whiff of his cigarette, then coughed harshly, and threw the butt on the ground, crushing it underneath his foot. It was bad to litter, after all. The trees didn't like it. The trees.... Life's greatest accomplishment.

Saito made it to the bridge in the middle of the young boy's sentence. He heard him speak of the little girl as nothing more than a tool. Granted, she was, but it was far more complicated than that. "The girl's purpose isn't much to your concern at the moment, boy." Saito scoffed. He wasn't trying to be a jackass, but it would be fun to gauge Junpei's reaction. Most young people are hot headed anyways, so egging them on was quite the pastime.

A smile would cross the lips of Saika at the words of Junpei, a boy that despite his skills was still a normal boy of seventeen, of course except for his taste for human flesh. “Hello to you too, Junpei,” she would say before he continued on with talking. His concern was not about the plans of Akatsuki nor what had been planned within the land of Sounds, but about the girl that had been kidnapped from Konoha a couple days ago. Of course this young boy assumed that Kami would be serving as a pawn in the chess game constructed by her. And though he may be somewhat right about her intentions with Kami, it was not the only reason why she had kidnapped the youngling. She would had answered the inquiries of the boy, but one of her trusted members soon arrived, his comment towards the boy meant to shut Junpei up. And made her chuckle at how direct Saito was.

She desired to see how this would play out, but Saika had not the time to watch whatever events would occur upon Saito’s comment. “Now, now Saito. Junpei is merely curious, though he should be warned that curiosity killed the cat,” Saika said, her voice filled with amusement as she glanced between the two males. “But since I really have nothing to hide from Junpei, especially since it merely pertains to what I desire to do with little Nori, I shall tell you since you seem to care for the girl.” She would pause, sigh deeply, before she would resume talking. “I merely desire a playmate for my little girl, Haruna. Nori served as an excellent candidate, thus she was taken from her home. The fact that she has a strong desire to burn Konoha to the ground is merely a lucky bonus.”

She smirked softly, pushing herself off the structure of the bridge. “Now if there’s no more inquiries, shall we be heading to Sound. I am afraid that those within the country have been waiting far enough for our arrival, and I do not desire to keep them waiting. Do you not agree, Saito?” Her gaze would primarily turn onto the face of Saito, that smirk never leaving her face. "I promise the faster we arrive within the country, the faster you shall receive the fun I have in-store for everyone." That comment had not been directed at Saito, but Junpei. It was as if she was saying that asking anymore question would slow them down, and thus she was advising against them.

[Ichirou is having family issues, and thus cannot post. Do we assume he travels with us, or should we just say he was left in Kiri?]

Seeing a new man approach him being of darker complexion, he continued about his discussion until he was rudely interrupted. Before Saika could speak Junpei would quickly speak his mind to the man. Just as he expected a crew full of dumbasses trying to flex their muscles on the other. Junpei was a bit cocky too, but as of late he had become a bit wiser with the battles he chose, his questions, and his actions. Reason he didn't ask what the occasion was was because he would find out eventually, but he wasn't to sure if he'd be told Nori's real purpose, so he decided to question that. And though curiosity killed the cat, closed mouths also have the tendency to not get fed, that in mind Junpei opened his responding to the dark skin fellow. "There's always one in groups like these that has to flex on the other members huh?" Junpei's eyes only shifted over to locked straight at where the mans pupils would be. He already had boiling blood and a grudge against this one, looking around with his eyes still bearing daggers he wondered if anymore douches were gonna show?

"Forget the question, lets just get on with this. Anymore coming or what?" This would be stated before Saika could explain her plans for Nori and things of that nature, Junpei now just ready to get this mission over with, so he could go back to searching for the Seven Swords. Seeing Saika began to move, he looked at the darker complexion man, then followed her lead.

Ichirou came strolling up to his sister and two other men that associated themselves with the Oshiro's. It's not like he did not know there name, but he did not care to much on their opinions. He was late, or right on time; to him he was never late. He scanned the three not trying to read what was going on nor trying to jump into the conversation. He just stood there rubbing his hand through his red hair. The sunlight shine on his small red earrings causing a red glow over him.

Saika shook her head, jumping from the bridge to the boat waiting below. Her brother had arrived safely as had the other members. It was now time to go to Sound and stir up some chaos within the country.

Ichirou looked at his sister then followed suit jumping from the bridge to the boat. He sat down immideiatly and looked out across the vast body of water. This was going to be a long trip with a boat full of shady characters with their own ambitions. What could go wrong?
