Hand Seals/Charge up: Write Kanji lettering in a quick flick to cause a air disturbance making a gust of wind causing the creature to be made. One must use their fingers to draw the Kanji, the Fingers will light up with chakra to cause the disturbance in the gust.
Must wait 1 turn for concentration and chakra build up.
Description:
This jutsu is very similar to "Super Beast Scroll" ink art. However unlike it's many capabilities and being a solid figure this jutsu is used to create creatures of wind that cannot be handled with like a solid object.
These creatures vary depending upon the person and the Kanji, usually the Kanji lettering is a hint to what the creature will take form as.
鳥-Bird-A speedy though short lasting jutsu able to take itself through an opponent like a weapon however dissipates once it's target has been hit.
猿-Monkey-A good use to confuse the target, it lasts for a bit longer but cannot attack it's merely a means to either anger or confuse the target long enough to give a blow by the user.
亀-Tortoise-A defensive measure, however it takes more time to make and drains much more chakra (-5 cp) It's ill advised to use unless one has no other defense for this lasts for a good while, around the limit of the time is 3 mins even with tons of chakra.

The animals can differ for the user
say one uses a Hare rather than a Bird, merely just different letters but generally the same attack and effect.

It's a very versatile jutsu and can be used for almost any kind of combat however instant battle is near impossible since this is concentration on getting the jutsu out rather than just quickly making a sign.
Weakness:
This jutsu is a cost on time and puts the user in a bind of defenseless use.
Any mess ups in the Kanji lettering can result in a blow back, meaning the jutsu not only failed but can push the user with their own wind attack.
This jutsu takes time to make, it takes at the very least one turn just to concentrate the chakra power needed for it and then to make sure the Kanji is drawn out just right with the perfect amount of wind pressure.
You can't use hand sign jutsu while this jutsu is in effect HOWEVER you can use non-hand sign jutsu but only once this has taken effect.
